Great location, Nice bed, Nice view

Excellent location, right on the main tourist street - it can get loud, but cannot expect silence on main tourist street. Very good value / quality rate. Nice view from the balcony AC and other appliances works very good.

Curtains could be thicker - already at 5:00 becomes very light in the room

We were very disappointed we arrived and Buddha suites greated and did check in at the chinese restaurant Chloes. the waiter took us to our suites outside of the restaurant to the entrance of our room which was at the back entrance of the Chinese restaurant past the kitchen and bins which were filthy. We had to go up 3 flights of stairs where the smell was getting worse to a point where we got to our floor there was a dirty bucket with a dirty mop and dirt on the floor which made the smell really bad. The heat was umbearable cause the actual room is on the roof and part of the entrance and kitchenette is covered by a plastic roof . it took forever to cool the place cause not even the AC can cool down the place . sheets were torn and pillowcases had some ink stains. We asked to get them changes and clean up the stairs but with no response. We tried to look for alternative accomodation but it was late and decided the next day had to leave the room. it was very unpleasant going up and down to the room cause it upset my stomach so much i actually felt sick each time passing through the filthy back side of a Chinese restaurant is not very nice . As we hit sunrise the room was fully lit cause there are no proper curtains or blinds to keep the light out . we decided to look for alternative accomodation the next morning cause it was umbearable staying there one more night. Their respose to us leaving was a blank face . Hope everyone reads this review and think twice to book. For us it was the worse accomodation and hope it will be removed from this site

Great location , right where all the action takes place . Walking distance to all bars and restaurants, plus the beach. Chinese restaurant underneath is a big plus , even if the smell made me constantly hungry :)

the view from the balcony is amazing, but other than that we were a bit disapointed

there were not shampoo as the description. the bed was not comfortable. the bathroom was not clean

The views from the apartment were AMAZING!! The balcony was perfect to watch the Tri-althlon from!

The apartment was a little worn in places.

A highly maintained suites with splendid view of the Beach and balcony view , with comfy bed and many restaurants nearby and public transportation nearby. A must recommended place for travellers to Paphos city!

In the vases present in the room I saw trash Left out by previous hosts, which can be cleaned.

In the middle of the season, it can be loud coz it's situated near the promenade. But it can be also a +.

The room had loads of ladybirds inside for some reason and it was very dark and the stairs to, get to the room, in fact partner said there was 30. It needs some work everywhere inside and out towels and bedding were grey and did not smell clean

The staff is super nice, and kind. Location is just perfect. The room looks, as we expected, like on the photos. I recommend to try the chineese restaurant below the rooms. It is truly a great experience.

We found 2 little cockroaches in the bathroom. The walls are quet thin. We could hear the talking and other "activities" of our neighboors. If you do not spend too much time in the room, it is not a big problem.

I contacted the staff beforehand to inquire about the noise situation and got a response that assured me that noise was not an issue in this place. Turns out the manager knowingly lied about this. There was loud music from the restaurant below nearly 24/7 and the neighboring room can be heard as if there was no wall at all. We couldn't sleep for 2 nights straight. We had to ask 3 times before we finally got a second blanket and the room was full of old spider webs in all corners. There was stuff in the showers from previous guests so I assume those weren't cleaned properly either. The location is great but I would strongly recommend to avoid this place by any means. They charged 85 euros per night and did not even provide some of the most basic amenities and services. When I confronted the manager with all the problems and the very bad experience we had, he did not bother to apologize or give any refund. There are lots of nice places in Paphos. Don't choose this one.

Location was positive .it was a cheap and cheerful simple place if you want a cheap place with accesibility to the harbour that is it . Don't expect a cleaner but all in all ok Don't pay a over 300 for a week . It's not worth any more

Definetly not for a longer time period, the kitchen equipment missed and there was no frequent cleaning. I asked for cleaning the room in 5 days in row. There sholud be definetly some cleaning equipment in the rooms as well.

Location Location Location..... Accessible to everything Supermarkets, restaurants, attractions,bus station It was difficult to realise where or how to get in or get the room. However the Chinese restaurant staff were very pleasant and supportive. View view view Very nice balcony you can enjoy the sea and the trafic of tourists

Stairs it is almost a third floor room you have to go up almost 4 stairs shifts ;( so going up and down is something to be considered. Lack of Kitchen tools as it has a kitchen station not a full one. However it is smart :) The room Needs a bit of face lift for the furniture the pictures are true but old. A more careful cleanning is needed speciall the bathroom.
