Great experience overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful, the apartment was very clean and the location in reach of the main attractions.

There is a very small lift but you have to go up 2 1/2flights of stairs to access it!!!!!! Shower in ensuite too small with no shelf to put toiletries. We all had to use main shower but access woeful. No where in apartment to hang towels!

Location, location, location. We did most of Rome by foot from this location, including easy/fast access to the Vatican. Great, relatively quite, location with great restaurants in the vicinity. Apartment is roomy, perfect for travelling with a teenager (separate rooms).

The apartment was beautiful and was the perfect size for our family. The location was excellent. we loved the restaurants and cafes right outside our door.

The location is really perfect. Few steps from piazza St.Pietro, Castel D Angelo. Many restaurants directly on Your street, but not noisy in the night. Metro station Ottaviano 7 min walking. The apartment is really nice, big. Cleaning service every day.

Beautiful apartment on excellent location to visit all Rome highlights on foot. Also excellent welcome by host on day of arrival with tips and tricks to visit Rome. Sofa bed in living room of very good quality (also for adult).

Very spacious, clean and well kept.

The only thing we found difficult was parking, as expected. There was a private garage for parking we but had to leave our rental keys which we didn’t want to do.

The location was perfect - right next to St Peter's Square. The apartment is very spacious and clean, the kitchen is well equipped.

Bathrooms could be bigger, there were no hangers to hang wet towels.

- short period for free check in (16-18), later charge 30-40€ although there is a key locker installed by the door - why don’t use it? - tiny bathrooms - electrity dependent on key - e.g. you cannot turn on dishwasher when being outside the apartment

The location was perfect! Jess was lovely, so helpful and made sure our stay was comfortable and that we didn’t go without everything we needed!

The internet connection wasn't as fast and reliable as it could be.

Everything about the stay was wonderful! The bedrooms were comfortable, and the pull out sofa sleeper (according to our 28 yr - 6ft son) was excellent! It had all the amenities needed, including a safe for valuables.

Jessica was the best host! she was very accommodating and made herself available for anything!

elevator does not go to the floor of apartment- this was really a negative for our elderly mother- I specifically asked if there was an elevator, yes there is an elevator but only goes to upper floors above 3 Ed floor- too much amid a climb for elderly- please fix the air conditioning system in second bedroom- it rattles violently and makes so much noise when it kicks on. lots of noice from upstairs tenet. no soap holders in showers and no place to dry towels and no toilet paper roll . very tight spaces in bathroom -

Modern apartment in historic area that is close to so many sites! the Vatican is around the corner with lots of great restaurants!

as for most places in Europe bathrooms are terribly small and not sound proof from neighbours. no towel rack or hooks to place wet towels in bathroom and no place to put you shower items in shower. no English Netflix
