Very charming Hotel, clean, staff is very friendly and dinner was fantastic. Building is renovated recently and rooms are modern, comfortable and also very nice decorated. I 'll hope to come back to this charming place

Very comfortable room and great aesthetic.

Breakfast was a bit expensive and the breakfast room didn’t seem as pleasant as the rest of the hotel, so we decided to skip it.

Clean, comfortable, wonderful staff, plus the fun of having a beautiful attached trinquet!

The staff was fantastic. Catering, polite, and attentive. Our labradoodle was treated like royalty as the hotel provided his very own doggy bed and a bowl. The bed was superb, our kids said eve the sofa couch is better than their bed at home😅. We had dinner at the restaurant and it certainly did not disappoint with all the reviews I've read. A must try. Kid friendly as well as they cater to whatever my kids "did not" eat😅😅. However, my oldest loves the bass n mussels.... And the desserts are to die for. Parking on site with a security guard on site. A real gem find. We will be returning hopefully soon to stay and explore the basque area.

The greeting was excellent and we were shown to our room by a very efficient receptionist. The room was clean and very comfortable with a balcony with great views.We booked for dinner and food and service was first class. Breakfast was very good and all members of staff were friendly and professional. The director refurbished the property 2 years ago and has done a great job as well as selecting and training staff on how to look after the needs of his guests.

Check out a little slow but it was rush hour.

Superb hotel/restaurant. Great location and super quiet. Very friendly and professional staff. Can highly recommend it.
