Our family enjoyed the property. Very spacious. We love the location - close to restaurants, etc., but not overly crowded. We will definitely stay here again.

As my mother has always loved the beach, I find a time each year to take her back for a week. Watching her at complete peace warms my heart and I will remember these times forever. Staying in this condo brought comfort, convenience, and calm to our busy lives. We love to unplug here so much, we rent a couple of times a year. The owner has created a space of escape in a clean, well-supplied, and homey atmosphere. It is a true home away from home.

Had a great month stay here. Everything we needed was provided. Seen the Blue Angels practicing from the balcony on Tue/Wed each week. Really liked the 2 master suites. Quiet building and very friendly neighbors.

The condo was large and clean. The other tenants of the condo were super friendly. Very well stocked kitchen and overall one of the better VRBO’s we have stayed at. Carter is super quick to respond to questions and being a Marine with my son in the Navy it was perfect place for us to get together and celebrate Thanksgiving…. With an absolute gorgeous view of the Gulf and Big Lagoon. Restaurants and shopping are super close and if the condo didn’t have it then just a couple min drive to the local Walmart, Target, Winn Dixie or Publix. The fishing right by the dock produced some monster Reds, sheepshead, Puppy Drums and tons of other fish. Grays Bait and Tackle along with Lost Key Tackle are just mins away. Overall a great place for a great price…. Definitely coming back! We had the best time with family and enjoyed time with our Sailor. Bonus…. The Naval Air Museum is just inside the back gate to the base and it’s open and free to the public.

We stayed here with our family in July and loved it so much that went for a last minute getaway. We can’t say enough to describe how comfortable this condo is. A true home away from home!

Our third stay at this property and once again it was fabulous. Carter is very responsive, the unit was well cleaned and stocked with everything necessary for the week. Hope to return next year!

Upon entering, the unit has an overwhelming tone of home, cleanliness, and comfort. There was plenty of room! Even though the master bed closest to the sound (two master suites) was quite firm, the topper helped ease the firmness. Actually, how you sleep can either make or break a vacation. So, this was quite important for us. In the long run, it would be nice for it not to be so firm. But, the unit's comfort and location were so great that we actually reserved it again for next year while there on the fourth day of our week vacation. In saying that, it is obvious that the bed was well-suited for the short-term visit. We had a lot of rain, but there was plenty of plush seating in the living room area where we could all get comfy and spend time together. The extra bunk room allowed us to drop hints to our kids about how nice it would be to 'fill it' with grandchildren. We were able to cook meals and spend evenings on the beach. It was so laid back and felt removed from the crowds... a truly peaceful retreat. It is perfect for any age, for access to the room was smooth. I can't explain how wonderful and ideal the unit was in so many ways. Thank you, Carter Nice, for your professional and courteous communication. We look forward to next year's laughter, games, fishing, swimming, bike-riding, eating, book-reading, boat rides, Blue Angels, sandy toes, beach towels, lapping waves, & starry skies already! (A huge perk is seeing the dolphins so close every day!)

This is our 4th time at Harbour Pointe but our first time in this unit. The views are amazing and we love the space of an end unit. The extra beach towels that are there really came in handy for us. Fantastic stay and we plan to return next year! The unit was well equipped with everything we needed and has a few smart tvs. Everything was very clean.

Communication wirh Carter was top notch. The condo was perfect and exactly what we love. There were plenty of supplies to get you started for the week. The kitchen has exactly what is needed if you decide to cook at the condo vs going out to eat. We will definitely be back! Thank you Carter for an amazing vacation!

Amazing location if you're NOT wanting to be in the heart of tourism! Very spacious, almost like being at home. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Will definitely try to stay again!

Beautiful condo on 7th floor with great views. No traffic sounds, so most of our time we used the balcony as our living space.

We had an amazing week. Many in our group said this was their favorite place and we wish to return. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, dishes, pots, utensils, etc for all our needs. The bathrooms were stocked well also. The provided beach towels were an added plus. Plenty of room for our family group, including a toddler. Thank you Carter.

We really enjoyed our stay at Harbor Pointe! It didn’t hurt that the weather was unseasonably warm for our spring break trip. The condo was cleaned, spacious, and well stocked with everything we needed. The view is beautiful! The pool/hot tub and the beach on the lagoon were perfect for the kids. It was our favorite place we’ve stayed in perdido key and we hope to come back!

The condo was great! We have a family of 7, and there was plenty of space for everyone. Everything was so clean, neat, and comfortable. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and watch the boats go by, and hear the sound of the water. We even saw dolphins once! The condo is located within 10-15 minutes of restaurants and grocery stores, and also Johnson beach. There are several beach towels, at least 6, in the condo to use. If I had known that before hand I probably wouldn’t have packed our own towels just to save on space in the car.

We enjoyed the condo it was spacious and nice. The view was wonderful.

Rental of this condo was easy. Carter does a great job with instructions and access to unit. As I had questions or concerns he was always yuck yo respond. Thanks Carter for a great experience.

I want to preface my review with the notion that this condo was a fantastic find and I absolutely recommend it. I like to leave reviews for families like ours with young kids who are looking for what to bring/do/visit. 1) Very safe building and surrounding area. You are between towns so plan to drive 10-15 min (or more) to get to Perdido Key, Pensacola Beach, Orange Beach, etc. There is a Dollar General 2 miles down the road, which is clean and well-stocked. 2) You are on the Bay, not the gulf. There is a small beach in front of the condo, but the water is very still and brown. There are jellyfish, sharks and dolphins, so keep that in mind (H2O +vinegar for jellyfish stings!). The grounds, including pool area, are clean and well maintained. -The unit is on the corner of the 7th floor, which is great. There are two elevators and grocery/luggage carts to help get things to the condo. -The unit itself is spacious. While it was “clean”, it hasn’t been “deep” cleaned in awhile I’m guessing. The carpets in the bedrooms are questionable. The two master suites are very spacious and have king beds. Each has a large en suite with tub and shower. The one on the bay side has patio access to the balcony as well as a jetted tub. Masters are on separate ends of the condo, so two couples could easily share this space. Each have large, walk-in closets. The queen bedroom is spacious and has a nice sized closet, and access to a full bathroom which shares access to the hallway where there is a nice washer and drier (bring a cheap hamper/baskets). We did have to buy hangers. The kitchen has a pantry, toaster and coffee-maker (but you’ll need #4 filters — not standard). You will need to bring garbage bags, kids plastic cups, a sponge, disinfectant spray, and dishwasher soap. There We’re some extras that recent occupants left behind, but I wouldn’t count on that. Plan to bring detergent/fabric softener/dryer sheets as well as paper towels, tissues, and toilet paper. -The patio has a nice table and a few extra chairs. -Downsides: needs a deep cleaning; mattresses are reasonably comfortable but need to be replaced; carpet is less than desirable; No real “supplies” are provided; checkout time is 10am, which makes departure tricky for a family; you have to drive to a beach if you want the classic gulf waters. We HIGHLY recommend Johnson Beach, Surf’s Up Dolphin tours, and Fishermen’s Corner. I hope this helps you pack! Enjoy your FL vacation, we sure did!

Have stayed there many times, and would return again. Away from the crowds, great view, most of the residents are friendly. Condo owner is quick to respond with any issues or questions.

We enjoyed our stay in 2021 so much that we came back in 2022. It was even better this year. The condo was spotless on arrival and had everything we needed. Hopefully will visit again in 2023👍

We really enjoyed our time at Harbour Pointe. The view is gorgeous and just a short drive to the national seashore with a gorgeous beach and clear water. Fishing from the bank right at the back of condo was also a great experience. This is a fabulous and quiet location away from the crowds and the condo is very well kept. We were very comfortable and had plenty of room, so we didn’t feel cramped at all whether inside or on the balcony. We will definitely look to rent this condo again in the future. My family and I had a great time as usual. This was our 4th staying in this complex. Always a relaxing fun time.

This condo is just about perfect. The location is just right, between gulf shores and Pensacola. It's massive, and is perfect for multiple families. We saw stingrays and dolphins from the balcony, and the view is amazing. Would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a home away from home.

We were very happy with our stay in this property. We have 4 children, ranging in age from 14-21. We also allowed two of them to bring friends. This meant we had 8 people there. There was plenty of space for all of us and the condo was well stocked with essentials. Instructions were clear and communication from the host was excellent. He thought of every question we would ask and provided us with all the necessary information before we arrived on site. I would strongly recommend this property and host.

Great location! Perfect place to watch the sunrise and sunsets. The pool is relaxing with a fantastic view. This condo is a great location and easy to get to Pensacola or Orange Beach.
