The location is quite good. Roughly a 20 minutes walk from the city center amd a 5 minutes walk from the seaside. There is loads of free parking around. The room was clean and the staff was really nice

The room is not really spacious and it would have been nice to have a place to put our suitcase. It is definitely a room for a short stay. The lighting is also not great as all the lights are extremely bright or blue. Overall it would have been nice to have some bedside table lamps so that we didn't have to turn the big light on as it's extremely bright (especially at night)

The host was very nice and helpful. Has a great pizzeria right next to the place. The location was great and quiet. The room was very nice and had all the facilities listed.

the room was not clean, the first day we had to call the owner to change our bedsheets they had very bad smell. the toilette was dirty, the shower was blocked.

Quite close to the beach and a bus stop. Was possible to check-in one hour earlier than as a rule.

Communication: We agreed on check-in time 13:45 when rapidly got a call from a host at 13:30 asking where we were. After got known that we could reach the place at 13:45, he answered "Okaaaay, I can wait". We didn't get it. Besides, a day after of our check-out I contacted him again as I lost my charger, and thought it might have been left at the room. He had never ever answered afterwards both via sms and booking chat. Hospitality level 0. Room: I expected to get a room with sauna for almost 80 euros per night. However, it was my mistake that I didn't check the room type while booking as there were only 1 booking option and I didn't read the description. So for 80 euros we got a small room with a dirty madrass, old towels and poor quality furniture. It looked more like a room in a hostel, and I would estimate the price for such room as no more than 40 euros as a LAST MINUTE OPTION.

Clean, close to the beach, shops and restaurants.

The jacuzzi In the room was the cherry ontop the cake. The place is located 4mins walk from the beach. Many restaurants in the vicinity. Had outside line to hang our wet beach wear . We were allowed to check in early. Daniele was in constant communication with us

We only had one toilet paper for two people for 2 and half days. No hand soap provided in the bathroom.

I loved to have a spa bath available everyday and to have the beach super close so we could have the most relaxing holidays ever!

The towels were very old.

We found a parking spot easily. There is a smart TV with Netflix

The check in was only a hand over of keys, it took only a minute. nothing else was explained or mentioned. The bathroom smelled of urine and wasn’t really clean. There were stains on the faucets, which made us wonder if it has been cleaned at all, because they could be wiped off easily. Thus we decided to not use the shower there. The room was only divided by a sliding door from the rest of the property, so it can be really loud - depending on the other guests. The room smelled of old sweat. The closet had seen better days. The fridge was extremely loud and we unplugged it because we couldn’t fall asleep. The balcony door was broken so we could not fully close it. It is located on a highly frequented street, so in the night we were disturbed by loud cars and ambulances and the waste collection. Due to the broken window we could hear it as loud as if we were camping directly on the sidewalk of the street. However, the most upsetting thing was the bedsheet: it didn’t fit at all. When we first laid down it detached at the sides of the bed. we tried to tighten it again, but it would come off any way. in the morning we discovered several stains on the mattress, since the bedsheet was detached at all sides and crumbled up in the middle. We basically slept on the uncovered mattress with the bedsheet piled up between us.

The location is good. Close to the beach.

Quite noisy, small and no facilities apart from bed and bathroom. Expensive for what they offer considering is the same price as a full apartment in the same area.
