Lots of welcome gifts. Well stocked kitchen and refrigerator. Outside was a disappointment. Campers nearby had sewer smell. Outside deck included garbage cans view. A little dated in the bath and furniture. We did enjoy one night on the pier for the sunset. Nothing for young kids to do. Beach was not convenient and no pool. We even left a day early to go to the Courtyard for pool and beach. I would not stay again.

This townhouse was a perfect fit for our family. Loved the location. Spent alot of time on the pier.
It was very clean and we appreciated the basket of snacks and all of the little extras that were there…laundry detergent, soaps, LOTS of towels. Went across the street to the beach to see a rocket launch! Will stay here again if we come back to the area.

The property and its location have exceeded our expectations. The townhouse felt like home, very clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is so well equipped, we were able to make our favorite meals as if we were at our house. Both bedrooms have a lovely view of Banana River and the king-sized beds are very comfortable.
We loved the deck with gas grill which we used every night. I really enjoyed the dock and would take my cup of coffee in the morning to watch manatees swimming around. It was very serene.
The location is also within walking distance from the beach and neighborhood is quiet and very friendly. Kathe, the host, is very easy to reach and responds immediately in case of need. We were very happy with this rental and felt like we got really lucky to find it.

Family trip to the beach and NASA visit. Everyone loved the view on the back porch and the beach was very close. Will be back! The kitchen was great as I cook a lot on vacation. Too expensive to eat out these days.

Very nice cul de sac location on the Banana River in the middle of Cape Canaveral. Beach is not close per se but you are right on the river; so great! Views at sunset are magnificent. Lots of wildlife - fish jumping, ducks, wood storks, pelicans and lots of manatees.

Went to this great accommodation with a golf group. The unit had everything as advertised, and more! We could think of nothing we needed that wasn't there. The location was great and very quiet for being just off A1A. Two good golf courses with 11 miles and plenty of good eating places. Great shoreline relaxation spot with fantastic Banana River views .

Kathe's place had the most beautiful view! I stayed in the downstairs bedroom off of the deck. I’m not even sure if it was the master, since there was an equally spacious and beautiful room with a king bed with a balcony and adjoining bathroom upstairs. We arrived after dark and my teen boys (15 & 17) headed straight for the upstairs room and loft, which had the perfect amount of space and privacy for them. The downstairs closet was full of everything you’d need for a day at the beach and more. The private dock on the Banana River right behind Kathe’s place was the best part. She had fishing poles and a small tackle box that we were able to use. My younger son was out there for hours each day! The view from the pier (and my bedroom) were stunning. We saw dolphins once as well as a few manatee that visited throughout the day, just next to the pier. There were all kinds of birds on the shore and in the palm trees. She even had a really nice pair of binoculars for the guests to use. There were cold bottles of water in the fridge, coffee (Keurig) and creamer, and even one or two frozen meals in the freezer (which my boys scarfed down when we got there). Kathe was very responsive to messages through VRBO and said to help ourselves to anything in the kitchen and that my son could use the fishing gear. She even had a book with info on the area and a few menus. All of her neighbors were very nice. I hope we’ll be back next year! Thank you Kathe for the perfect stay!

We really enjoyed this home, it was centrally located to all of our destinations. Upon arrival we aere pleased with the size, layout and how clean it was. We enjoyed several sunsets fishing out on the pier.

We had a fantastic stay at Kathe’s townhouse right on the river. It was a great location on the water and the dock made it so convenient for my husband to fish both mornings and evenings. The condo has everything you can need and is comfortable and clean. We have stayed at several VRBO’s and this one definitely had more amenities than most. The owners have thought of everything you might need for a week stay from beach chairs, umbrellas to toiletries. We are coming back in the fall and will definitely stay here again!

This property was everything that our family of three needed! It’s pretty spacious, definitely would be comfy for a group of 6. Home was clean, attractive and had comfortable beds. The beach gear is awesome. The deck and dock were just awesome. And we were close to so many great things! Sunsets during our stay were gorgeous. We enjoyed a kayak tour with Cocoa Kayaks. We saw manatees and turtles and tons of dolphins. We very much hope to return!

The property is situated in a very quiet area and has a lovely view over the Banana River. The property was homely and is very well equipped.
Kath was very quick to respond to all our queries and was a great host. Nothing was too much trouble. Wish we could have stayed longer here, and would certainly recommend.

This property is exactly why I rent homes during vacation - it was home away from home. The house has everything we needed, kids loved the toy closet and the beach wagon was so convenient. The beach is only 10-15min walk or quick drive. We spent one day on the beach, the other watching the launch - what an experience! The views from the back are breathtaking. I wished we stayed longer!

The place was exactly what we needed. The whole family really enjoyed it. Loved being able to fish off the dock, and being so close to so much to do. The price was right and the owner was very nice. Will probably stay there again and will remember to bring our tennis rackets next time (looked like some really nice courts right across the street)

A REAL FIND!
This condo's location, layout and cleanliness is truly a 'find'. Everything you could possibly want in a vacation condo is stocked - from the kitchen to linens to beach cart+, local information games and toys. The beaches were the best and the host responsive. We could not have asked for more. Thank you for being incredible hosts!

Beautiful view of Banana River
The property is extremely clean and well kept. The furniture and beds are very nice and comfortable. Kitchen and beach supplies are plentiful. The backyard and view of the Banana River is just beautiful. Both bedrooms have a perfect view. The grill on the porch and all the appliances worked great. The location is convenient to the area. We had a very nice stay and will be back.

great quiet location with quick access to everything
the condo was beautiful, and so well stocked! Not only did it have beach chairs and towels, etc, it had all kinds of games and toys. It also had things you don't think to buy like flour, vinegar, hydrogen peroxide, Band-Aids, caladryl, etc. very thoughtful. Super well stocked kitchen.
The location was perfect for the space center, port and it's restaurants and the beach.
The backyard was a huge bonus. Beautiful river view with dock .
the only drawbacks - ( I can rewrite this if you want, without this part) was we couldn't figure out how to turn the heat/AC off. We would have slept with the screen door open, but there was no screen door.
Also, there appeared to be a camera in the living room. It was not recording was it?

Me and my family stayed here for the weekend and could not have asked for a better stay/ weekend from walking in to our last moments with the house was a true pleasure. Very homey very beach house vibe and very beautiful back yard pier. We woke up to DOLPHINS in the backyard. Totally phenomenal and spectacular weekend. Our family will definitely be coming back again ! Kathe was a very kind host and very easy to contact and very responsive! A beautiful and lovely home again thank you again for everything !

Amazing Sunset and View!
This is an amazing property to stay for a couple of days in Cape Canaveral. Near Cocoa Beach, Kennedy Space Center and other attractions. The best part is the house itself. Is welcoming and accommodating. Both upstairs and downstairs rooms have a stunning view of the dock outside leading to Banana River. Neighbors are very quiet and welcoming as well. If you want a relaxing vacation please stay here!

Relaxing stay on the Banana River!
The place was perfect for us. We were in Cocoa for just a short weekend but the place was very clean. The guys used the pier off the back and fished a couple of times and caught something every time. We saw dolphin swimming right by us on the pier. It was located right on the river and about a half mile from the beach. They had plenty of beach items like chairs, umbrellas and a boogie board plus a cart to haul it in. We would definitely stay again!

Cape Canaveral Townhouse
Stayed for a short late-summer vacation for family of 4 with older kids. The rental was clean, in good condition, and exactly as described. No surprises except…the extras like beach buggy, beach chairs, boogie boards, etc. The rental is convenient to the beach and all the local attractions. Enjoyed eating seafood, kayaking on the river, watching sun set on the private pier, and of course, obligatory trips to Ron Jon. Kathe was very professional and responsive with questions. Would stay here again.

Perfect mini trip
We had a wonderful few days before our Disney world trip. The views of the river (lagoon) and the long pier deck made this condo extra special. We enjoyed watching the bioluminescence fish swim below us at night and the dolphins durning the day. The extra beach toys, wagon, chairs and umbrellas were very handy for the beach. The condo is well maintained, clean and comfortable. We can’t wait to come back for a longer stay.

Home away from home
Our family of 6 consisted of 2 young adults, a 12 year old, my husband and I and my mother-in-love who is 60+. This townhome was a perfect home away from home for our summer vacation. It's exactly as pictured and even more spacious than the pictures can show. It's near multiple grocery stores, pharmacies and really good restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a family breakfast. We were able to do laundry. There is a closet with a wagon that has everything we needed for our beach days: a wagon, chairs, umbrellas, toy bucket and shuffle. We didn't use them, but there was even ponchos and a fishing pole and tons of things to keep younger kids entertained. Her neighbors also made us feel welcome. Cape Canaveral, in general, is a really quaint town and we enjoyed so much of it. I would love to return here for vacation.
We live in the southwest, so we were pretty far from home. Where we lay our head, while we aren't home makes a big difference for us. Kathe went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable by ordering extra blankets, when I couldn't find them, and having them shipped to us the second day of our stay. If we are ever in this area again, I wouldn't spend my time looking anywhere else. This is the home I would stay in.

Relaxing getaway
This is a wonderful townhouse on the river with a private dock for fishing, comfortable accommodations, close to restaurants, stores, attractions. This was our third stay. Highly recommend it.
