We really enjoyed our long weekend, despite the weather. The location is great and the deck has great views of the water. As long as you are prepared to bring a few essentials (sheets, towels, soap), I would highly recommend Nick’s house.

Nick was easy to communicate with and thorough in his instructions. Space was clean and more spacious than the photos, was pleasantly surprised. One block from the beach with a roof deck, highly recommend.

Beautiful vacation home in a perfect spot close to the water as well as bars/restaurants. Would love to come back and stay again.

The house was perfect for our girls weekend! The property is so close to the beach and the roof top deck was a great hang out spot in the evening. The host, Nick, was very accommodating and responsive. We would definitely book this place again.

The house was perfect for what we needed. Just a few houses from the beach, promenade, and mini golf. The house was clean, and well stocked with things that we needed. Room enough for everyone in our family. Would definitely recommend!

I was so happy to finally get to Sea isle waited all summer to just relax an have fun. EXTREMELY disappointed in how was told place was gonna be. Did a walk through before we rented was told it was gonna be painted didn’t happen .. ok so no biggie . Many things wrong Very dirty I had to clean it before we even started the vacation. Vent cruddy outlet not working screen door on upstairs deck light also didn’t work. Main bathroom disgusting. Kitchen not well equipped but that did matter oven couldn’t be use couldn’t tell if on what temp it was at. The grill one big grease pit all the food we brought with us had to come home with us ridiculous !!!! Deck off the living lEXTREMELY UNSAFE loose floor boards an spindles we were afraid to let our kids out on it. Coffee maker had mold in it.the kitchen stink was yellow clean it with Clorox an elbow grease like the shower an wow it was really white . The lil ones couldn’t take bathes them tub stopper didn’t work. First room off the front tv didn’t work an looked like someone just threw everything in there. Also closet up in the kitchen wow what a crap room an Liguria all over the floor . Detached smoke alarm . My family an I have come down the shore all our lives never stayed at a place like this. We made the best of it an managed with six lil one to have fun an be safe while staying here Many things need to be addressed. Safety first !!!! For your next renter …

We had a nice stay in Sea Isle City and property was close to beach, shops and restaurants. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathrooms need updating and bedrooms needed to be cleaner. I hadn't realized that I needed to bring linens because I didn't get the detailed information until late in the afternoon before having to request before arrival. Owner was responsive but we needed to go buy linens when we got there.

Fire your cleaning service look under Couches and sand in the shower Location location location is everything and it was perfect. roomy for 8. The roof deck was fantastic

We had a great time everyone uncomfortable with pre check in cleaning. Air conditioning difficult to adjust very cold especially on 1st floor which is where most bedrooms are.

Short walk to the beach. Shops/ bars/ restaurants within walking distance. Bike ride on the promenade. If you stay here you will be close to shops, restaurants and entertainment, yet still have peace and quiet to relax. Top deck provides views of both the ocean and the bay..

Great location, super clean and well kept. Roof deck was a super nice bonus. My only complaints were that the air conditioner may need some maintenance as it would not get below 80 degrees. A lot of the screens were broken so we couldn’t open the windows to cool it off. The fridge also would not get cold, and instructions said not to adjust the temperature of the fridge. Other then these issues it was a great house and we enjoyed our stay.

I want to give a list of a few glitches encountered during our stay. There is a difficulty with the turning of the entrance lock. Also we got a shower and half of hot water before the water was cold Are you a where there are doves/pigeons roosting on the upper deck messing the entrance door. They are close enough to the door that they almost hit you upon entering

Great property, roomy, open living area lots of windows...light and bright. wonderful outdoor space.. ( although the fabulous bonus of a rooftop deck with its long views did not get as much use as it deserved.....) our group made good use of the ample deck off the main floor living area. Property was very well appointed with all the creature comforts one would need and some extra, unexpected, appreciated details. And, very important....terrific location. Stones throw to the beach and perfect park and leave car and walk to anywhere and everywhere . Landlord was very easy to reach and very accomodating . Just loved this place.

The condo was super cute on the inside. Can’t beat the location - a block from the beach and the roof deck was a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine at night! I will definitely return next summer

Great property and even better location. Steps from the beach with a great rooftop view. The owner answered any questions we had before and during the stay.

Quite a lovely home with awesome ocean views from the upper deck. The kitchen is stocked with a nice selection of dishes, silverware etc. Downside is that there is no ice maker in the current refrigerator. Aside from a couple cosmetic items namely replacement of a shower curtain liner and the front porch chairs damaged, the house is a great rental and Nick was a pleasant host.

Pros: Location! Just a 2 min walk to the beach, with no need to cross heavy traffic. Beach & ocean visible from deck and roof deck. New flooring - very nice wood composite flooring just installed, much cleaner and nicer than carpeting in rentals. Nice furnishings - tasteful, comfortable furnishings throughout the house. Unique layout - house has a unique layout, first floor bedrooms, walk up to kitchen, master, living, another floor up to roof deck. Very cool, felt like a treehouse. Great owner - very responsive and professional, made our stay very easy and allowed for an early check-in. Cons: Front screen door broken First floor kids room light out Unsharpened knives in kitchen, not a great selection of cookware available (1 cutting board) Poor spice collection in kitchen Aside from the roof deck, the other decks needed some serious tlc - worried about splinters in kids bare feet. Kitchen had a lot of storage and cupboards, but haphazard to no organization or logical grouping of cookware and other items. Had to open every drawer multiple times looking for things. Outdoor shower was unusable during our stay - hose not hooked up, filled with random items, needed cleaning. House had no internal noise privacy. Downstairs bedrooms could hear walking, talking from upstairs. Downstairs queen bedroom had TV but it wasn't plugged in and no outlet to be found. Missing vent cover in master bedroom. Windows in pretty awful shape. Instructed not to open - such a shame when you are going to the beach for the fresh air. Hope the windows are the next upgrade the owner does. Fridge froze some of our food, instructions from owner said not to change fridge temperature. We probably lost $30 worth of food. No tupperware in kitchen for storage of leftovers. Overall, we had a great stay at the property. The location is the real draw of this property. Nick was a great and responsive host. Some minor fixes in the house, maybe some more kitchen tools and organization, and a window upgrade would bring us back again.

Great location, nice property. Loved the rooftop deck and so close to the beach. Kitchen and living area was great. Some more items in kitchen would have been great but otherwise a great stay.

Our stay was perfect from start to finish! I absolutely love this home and the host is also wonderful. I wish I hadn’t already booked a different house for our vacation next year.

Perfect house in a perfect location in Sea Isle

We were very impressed with the rental, rooftop deck had great views, so close to the beach, plenty of room for everybody, highly recommend for a family!

I rented this property out for New Years Eve with a group of friends. The house has great amenities, we had everything we needed to stay in and cook dinner, the house is super close to the boardwalk and beach - and is only a few blocks from the bars and restaurants in Sea Isle (though we mostly just went to Wawa!) We had a great time!

We had a really great time here. Two blocks from the beach and not too far away from all the main attractions in Sea Isle. Great for groups.
