Dies ist ein ruhiges Öko-Studio-Apartment oberhalb des unberührten weißen Sandstrands und des kristallklaren Wassers am Hyams Beach.
Dieses neue, eigenständige Studio ist ideal für Paare und verfügt über eine moderne Küche und ein Bad, Wäschemöglichkeiten, einen Grillbereich, kostenfreies WLAN und einen 55-Zoll-4-Zoll-TV.
Das Deck ist nach Norden ausgerichtet und bietet einen weiten Blick auf das Wasser. Es ist buchstäblich zwei Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Im Winter wird die warme Sonne und im Sommer kühle Nachmittagsbrise eingefangen.
Hyams Beach Eco Cottage ist solarbetrieben, verwendet Warmwasser und Regenwasser für die Waschmaschine und die Toilette und trägt dazu bei, die schöne Umgebung zu bewahren. Für die aktiveren Gäste haben Sie Zugang zu den Wanderwegen Scribbly Gum und White Sands im wunderschönen Nationalpark Jervis Bay. Sie müssen nicht weit gehen, um die Tierwelt mit Vögeln zu genießen, die sich auf dem Deck ernähren, und Kängurus, die das Anwesen regelmäßig besuchen. Das Hyams Beach Cafe / Restaurant liegt nur einen kurzen Spaziergang entfernt.
Gäste haben exklusiven Zugang zum Studio- und Grillbereich. Parkplätze abseits der Straße stehen an der Auffahrt zur Verfügung. Die steile Einfahrt eignet sich nicht für Rollstühle oder für Personen mit erheblichen Mobilitätsproblemen. Ein kostenloser später Check-out ist möglicherweise verfügbar, wenn an diesem Tag keine Mieter kommen.

Perfect location for those that want to explore Jervis bay. Everything in the house was as described and has everything you need to enjoy your stay

Bill & Jenny’s place was well located and very comfortable for our few days at Hyam’s Beach. It is convenient to the beach and to some lovely bush walks, and a short drive to all the attractions of Jarvis Bay.

Reasonably well equipped kitchen but a couple of microwave proof small dishes would be handy.
Very friendly, while unobtrusive hosts!
The only criticism was the bed. I am used to a firm orthopaedic mattress.

Perfect place in Hyams beach. Great view, quiet serene location. Compact unit with all we needed for a comfortable easy stay. Our hosts provided us with lovely extras, coffee, tea, breakfast cereal. Gorgeous beach and beautiful Jervis bay National Park were less than 5 minute walk. We loved our stay.

Great spot to stay for a couple, a steep driveway to be aware of but we had no probs with it. A good kitchen, bathroom and a washer too. Just wished we could have stayed longer than 2 nights! Lisa

After we had booked and paid the Stays system did not let us communicate with the host - apparently it was listed as booked ???? The check in process didn't give us an address nor a phone number. What a pain.

Beautiful property, great location and stunning views. Had a lovely weekend away exploring Jervis Bay, and staying at the gorgeous Hyams Beach. Even though the property is at the front of Bill and Jenny’s home, you have complete privacy, which is a nice thing to have. Will stay again and will recommend it to friends.

The property is well located and well equipped for short stays. All appliances were working and of a good quality. The furniture was excellent and comfortable as was the supplied linen. Bill and Jenny are very thoughtful hosts and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and memorable.

We loved this place for our Winter stay with its gorgeous north facing balcony. We walked the beaches and also enjoyed the bush walks all within 5 minutes from the property. We had a fabulous whale watching trip from nearby Huskisson too. The property was wonderfully cosy, quiet and clean - perfect for a couple wanting a relaxed few days away.

The Beach House was such a delight. Easy to find and great comms with owners prior to arrival . The location - Hyams Beach - is world class. Beaches, forest, the hamlet itself. Superb walking and swimming. The House is beautifully and thoughtfully laid out. Comfy bed, elegant bathroom, well-appointed kitchenette. And all solar-powered. Total schmick!

Lovely outlook and accommodation space.
No contact needed with owner who had their residence above the free standing rental 👍🏻.
Toilet had stains on the seat.
Grime around the cooktop nobs.

We loved the accommodation and an amazing location. Everything was great, only limitation was Wi-Fi at some times restricting being able to watch TV, otherwise a perfect stay. We especially loved the views and closeness to Chinamans Beach. It was great to be able to cook using the kitchenette and wash clothes in the washing machine. Thanks for a great stay.

Great little flat. Very clean. Great view with lots of local wild life. Easy access to beautiful beaches. Great communications with host and were able to extend our stay for a late checkout. Cant wait to go back.

This granny flat is great for a couple to stay in with the large balcony with a great view and ocean breeze. A quiet relaxing location. It is an easy walk to the beach.

The cottage was the perfect little oasis in Hyams Beach with ocean views from the covered balcony so you didn’t even need to leave the comfort of the accommodation to enjoy your surrounds. It’s close to the White Sands Walk and a quick walk down to the beach. The accommodation also has all the amenities one would need.

Just what we needed. Neat space with great views. Wonderful balcony with visits from beautiful birds. Easy to enjoy nature. Parking space difficult to use but otherwise grounds lovely and easy access to beach and bush walks.

Beautiful cottage
We enjoyed our stay at the Eco cottage and hosts Bill and Jenny were friendly and welcoming. Views of Jervis Bay from the deck, clean and comfortable, and 5-10 minutes walk to Chinamans Beach or the Scribbly Gum bush walk. Highly reccommend

Ideal compact apparment with easy beach access.
The studio apartment was convenient, clean, well appointed with nice view. Sheets, towels, soap were provided which was nice. Be prepared that there is no oven (stove-top and micro). Nice to be able to self check-in. Visited by friendly King Parrot with bird seed provided.

Lovely views but uncomfortable bed
We really enjoyed the views from the balcony. Studio was presented as pictured, however we were disappointed with the cleanliness. There was leftover sand inside, broken shampoo bottles, cleaning liquids like detergent and washing liquid bottles were oily and dirty, frying pans not clean and breadcrumbs left on chopping boards. The other downside was the mattress is incredibly uncomfortable and had us tossing and turning all night for the 3 nights we stayed. Unfortunately that had quite an impact on our enjoyment. If the mattress was replaced, we would consider returning as we stay at Hyams every summer.

We had a refreshing and invigorating time. the cottage was excellent, with views, gorgeous walks, white sands beaches and the sea water water just sublime: we swam ..in winter! And loved it. Bill and Jenny very helpful.
