Everything was great

This was our fourth year of staying at Tracy & Erin's wonderful house and everything was perfect as usual! The house was exceptionally clean upon our arrival. The inside layout fits our family for activities with the grandchildren, and having meals together. The location is ideal with easy access to their beach and fantastic dock/pergola over the water. It was another amazing week in northern Michigan and we can't wait to return.

This was our third year staying in The Beach House for our annual family vacation in Suttons Bay. We are family of 10 ranging in age from mid-80's to kindergartner. The home and grounds are beautifully kept, well-appointed with large community spaces for family meals and movie nights as well as plenty of private nooks for anyone who wants some peace and quiet. I whole-heartedly recommend this rental for families or friends who want a comfortable, updated waterfront home with a lovely private beach and dock.

We had a wonderful vacation in this beautiful waterfront property. Everything was just as listed. Lake was gorgeous. Even though Mother Nature didn’t cooperate a few days, it was still the perfect getaway with our family!! Highly recommend. Property owners were great!

We stayed with two other couples for our friends sons wedding. The weather was beautiful so the beach, dock and outside area was just perfect for us during our stay. The house was laid out great for our stay as well. Plenty of room

This home is everything we hoped it would be. Exceptionally clean, provided all amenities, owners very communicative ans helpful. I would stay again in a heartbeat. Never wanted to leave!!

The house was amazing and the pictures were accurate. Starting outside the house has over 100 feet of sandy beach! No rocks, just sand out as far as you can walk. Multiple seating areas on the dock and beach as well as a fire pit (stocked with firewood!) You do have to cross a road but it is a small two lane residential road and not very busy. The house has a front deck overlooking the bay with table (seats 6) and umbrella . Sunrise was beautiful, sunset was blocked slightly. The back deck is very private and has a hot tub, (very clean) and table with umbrella (seats 6) and another large seating area. It was nice to sit in the back when it was windy some days. The house was extremely clean and well stocked. The kitchen was modern with plenty of dishes/glasses/silverware for a large group. Also plenty of pots, pans and glass dishes for cooking. The kids wing has a half bath right near it and bunk beds with a trundle and a fold out couch. Adults could sleep on bunk beds very comfortable. All mattresses were very comfortable and had plenty of pillows and great bedding. Near the front door/foyer is a gorgeous full bath (shower) with modern fixtures. The downstairs master is the largest room, also modern bathroom (bathtub/shower). Upstairs (wooden stairs slightly creaky) there is a master (bathtub/shower) very roomy and modern. There are two other spacious rooms upstairs and a separate full bath (shower) at the top of the stairs. This upstairs bathroom also has a washer/dryer in it. There is also a washer/dryer on the way to the kids wing. All TV's had roku and the wifi was good throughout the house. The house is 1 minute from Hop Lot brewery and 2 minutes from downtown Suttons Bay. Easy 15-20 minute drive to Traverse City. The homeowners were very responsive and I would highly recommend the house!

Amazing house with room for a large group. Tables and chairs inside and out. On the beach on the pier. Large kitchen and barbecue to feed everyone. Our family reunion was a great success largely because of this amazing property.

This was our second year renting this property and we were just as thrilled as last time. A spacious, lovely home designed for a large group with generously sized community spaces as well as small nooks and corners for those desiring a bit of privacy. The back patio, front deck, private beach and dock are each well-appointed with comfortable furniture and wonderful views. Our family of 10 spanned three generations and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay at the Beach House.

This is a FABULOUS property & is the second time we have stayed here. Before we left there was already talk about coming back next year. The addition of the dock & pergola since our last visit are great. Erin always responds quickly to any question or any message.

With 8 adults, 3 kids, and 1 baby, this property was perfect for our large group and had beautiful views of the bay from multiple rooms. We did have some wifi problems so be prepared for that. Clean throughout, with a very well-stocked kitchen. I would absolutely stay here again.

House was clean, in a great location and view of water. We really enjoyed our stay. There were limited towels, we had a group of 8 and some had to use beach towels. Upstairs is a loft style bedroom, something to be aware of. Overall great stay, 4 stars.

Had a wonderful time at this clean and gorgeous property! After seeing the whole layout in person, we want to bring our kids back!

We can’t say enough about this house and it’s view. Layout provided lots of room for our large family to spread out. View of Sutton’s Bay was spectacular and all the outside spaces and dock lounge allowed options on how to enjoy it. Kitchen was well stocked and nicely laid out. Hosts were easy to get a hold. Very impressed with this property!

Great place

We had a fabulous time. The house was beautiful and had everything that we needed. We will come back for sure The only thing that I would suggest would be solar lights down the front yard walk way to the lake and down the dock. There is a step down at the end of the walkway that you don't see in the dark when walking down to the lake. Besides that the house was everything that we needed and wanted. This property is gorgeous and comfortable. The hot hub and deck on the dock were over-the-top favorites. I was a bit surprised tho that we needed to vaccum, wash and put away dishes, and wash towels after paying a $400 cleaning fee and before a 10:00am departure. That was a bit rough to get accomplished with little ones and a late bedtime due to a busy day. Overall, we loved it! Thank you.

This house was absolutely breathtaking! Very clean, spacious, newly renovated with spectacular views! We rented this house for a "girls getaway" with our family and had a wonderful time. The house is ideally located with beautiful views of the water throughout the family room/kitchen and most of the bedrooms. It was very comfortable with a dock that led to a beautiful gazebo on the water which was very relaxing. Although we were busy with our activities, we tried our best to enjoy the house as much as we could as it was very relaxing even to just look at the views while drinking coffee whether inside the house or out on the patio or gazebo. The pictures of the house are real nice but it is even better in person and the owners were very nice to work with - very attentive and quick to respond to any questions! Our family of ten, ranging in age from a four-year-old to grandparents in their early 80's, thoroughly enjoyed our week in this beautifully appointed and well-maintained lakefront home. This rental property provides many community seating areas indoors and outdoors that allow for a small group or the whole family. The "kids' wing" was perfect for the two teenagers and everyone enjoyed the beautiful views from the front deck as well as the beach and dock. I fully recommend this rental to anyone seeking a "home" away from home for their vacation.

Our group of five couples recently came to Suttons Bay for a weekend getaway for some R & R and wine tasting. We couldn't have been happier with our experience at the house. Not only was it super clean and well-maintained, but the house was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for a multi-couple weekend. We love the view of the Bay and it's proximity to town. Hopefully we can stay here again some day, it was a weekend to remember in an amazing house and the owners couldn't have been more accommodating or helpful.

Our family and friends had a wonderful time in Suttons Bay. The house was perfect for our two families. The kids loved the games. We enjoyed biking to Suttons Bay and easy access to lots of hiking and biking trails around Leelanau County and Traverse City.

We had a wonderful time on our Girl's weekend. This property was perfect for our group. It had enough space for all of us to relax and have fun.

House was clean and accurately listed. Owners responded fast to emails prior to stay. Weather was amazing. Highly recommended. We had 6 adults and 5 children- plenty of space. The kids loved the kids room / game room.

The view was amazing! The house is beautiful and the owners were quickly responsive when we couldn't find things. Lovely vacation.

This property is beautifully located close to Lake Michigan. The house has been remodeled but has some pretty major short comings. Space being the biggest one. Our group consisted of 6 adults and 4 children age 5 and under. Not a lot of floor space for kids to play and lots of furniture. Water pressure in most of the showers is inadequate. Sump pump (?) in basement is really loud and the a/c in the upstairs does not cool well. Stairs are steep and could be difficult for older people to climb, especially with luggage. Two dishwashers were great to have as well as the ice machine. The dock was great and we rented a pontoon for 4 days and were able to dock it right there. And there is no beach, which the owners did tell us after we had booked. Little ones were able to play in shallow water along shore line when water was calm.

Our family, including daughters, sons-in-laws, and grandchildren had a fabulous stay for 4th of July week. The house was just as described and very clean when we arrived. The inside layout is perfect for family get-togethers and the outdoor space (we had perfect weather) was better than we imagined -- large yard, multiple decks and the new dock was used everyday for swimming and relaxing. A big thanks to the very kind and welcoming owners who answered all our questions and we're immediately responsive to any of our needs. We're already planning next year's trip!

We rented Erin and Tracy’s place with a group of friends for an extended weekend up north. The house exceeded our expectations and we are anxious to plan another trip. They recently added an incredible dock with pergola extending out on the bay that was great for hanging and relaxing with a small group. The photos just don’t do it justice. Erin was great to communicate with and I would recommend their place to anyone looking to enjoy a northern Michigan gem. Also less than two minutes from hop lot!

We were attending a wedding at one of the local wineries and chose this beautiful home to stay at vs staying at a hotel in T.C. So glad we did ! Close to Suttons Bay for shopping and restaurants.

This home has just about everything you could ask for - amazing water views, great spaces for gathering and relaxing, up-to-date decor, impressive outdoor living spaces, and private beach. The pinball machine and hot tub were enjoyed throughout our October stay since the weather was cool. It is in a very good location and on a road that is not too busy. Just a short drive or a nice walk takes you to downtown.
