We had a wonderful time in Sutton's Bay. This property has a great location close to the public beach park that was perfect to launch our kayaks and for our grandson to play. Hop Lot brew pub, Hansen's grocery and many eateries/shops are a short walk into town and the bike trail was very close too. The house was super clean and the owners very responsive. The kitchen is very well stocked and we appreciated the second fridge. Overall one of the best homes we have rented. we plan on renting this property again.

Spent the week here for out daughter's wedding. The home is beautiful and spacious. The back yard offered plenty of space for our grandson to play. We enjoyed the beach across the street. Easy walk to town. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at this beautiful home in its perfect location. Four of us came up to bike, and had access to the bike trail and other lovely rides right from this spacious home, coming back for a dip in the bay right across the road at the end of the day. When the weather was questionable we enjoyed the back screened in porch and two living areas, waiting for the clouds to clear. Nice grocery store across the road and plenty of shops and restaurants less than one mile down the road. We already made our reservations for next year!

We have a group of 10 women who have repeatedly stayed at this rental. We love the location and the property. The house has plenty of room for everyone and is always neat and tidy. The host is always so helpful and sweet. We will continue to come back year after year.

Girls trip weekend - we stayed here last year and loved it so much we returned this year (and will again next year!). Great location, super clean, modern kitchen, comfortable beds. Couldn't be better. (okay - a hot tub would be great, but that's probably asking too much!)

This was our first time staying in Sutton's Bay, and we couldn't have been happier. The house was in the perfect location - walking distance to downtown, the grocery store and the beach park across the street, as well as a short drive to Leland and Northport. The house is much larger than the photos show, and when we arrived it was absolutely spotless. The kitchen was very well stocked, which was wonderful because we love to cook. There were 7 of us, and the dining room table was larger enough for, not only our meals, but our evening board games. Also, Robyn, our host, was very accessible and accommodating when we had questions or needed something.
All in all, it was a perfect three night get-away. We have rented houses in the Grand Traverse Bay area many times, and this house was by far our favorite. I hope we can go back again some time, when we have a longer time for a vacation.

We stayed in Suttons Bay for a family wedding and the location of the home could not have been better! We walked to the water and to breakfast! The home was adorable, clean and had everything we needed! Hands down one of the best VRBO stays we’ve experienced! The owners were so nice to deal with!!!

We stayed at the beach cottage with adults and teenagers. It was exactly as advertised, immaculately clean and the location could not be beat! The pictures don't do it justice. I also have to mention the comfy beds because that's very important to us. Even my picky teenage son said it was one of the nicest rentals we've ever stayed at. The layout of the home provided ample room so everyone had their own space and we thoroughly enjoyed the patio and firepit. The little extras (two refrigerators, breakfast area, beach chairs, cozy throw blankets, etc.) made all the difference. We're hoping to return next year!

The property lived up to the expectations of both the adults and kids! Enjoy the house and its proximity to the beach… Suttons Bay is such a nice little town, and all of the amenities were fantastic. No complaints. The beds and furniture are comfortable and the home overall very cozy.

This home was beautiful, clean, very accomodating for all ages including young children (toys, dishes, silverware for the toddlers, sand toys for the beach & pack & play bed). We had a family wedding in the area and 9 people in our party stayed here. I would definitely stay here again. We had camp fires in the evening, went hiking and shopping during the day and played on the beach/playground. Location is close to everything! Robyn was always available when I had any questions and very friendly and responsive .

We had two families with a total of 4 kids and this was the perfect spot for us. The kids loved the beach across the street, we had plenty of room to make and enjoy food for 8 people, walking to downtown Sutton's bay was easy and safe along the trail, and the grocery store nearby was convenient. Everything was clean. Toys and books for the kids was a nice surprise too!

Check in was super easy, the house was more perfect than the pictures or the description. Four females headed to Suttons Bay for fall fabulousness - the colors were amazing, the house met every need, we will absolutely be booking again! Host was immediately responsive when I made a little boo-boo and locked us out of the house. Could not have been a better weekend (okay, well, maybe more sun, but no one has control over that!).

This has been our favorite VRBO stay in Suttons Bay/TC. Such a beautiful house, and perfect for our family. Our kids loved the sunroom with all kinds of toys, and being adjacent to the beach/park was ideal for lots of time outside. There was plenty of room for four adults + two kids. Location made it easy to get everywhere we wanted to go - TC, Northport, Leland, and walking distance to the shops and restaurants of Suttons Bay. We will definitely be back!

Amazing
We arrived a lot later then we had originally planned, and the owners were awesome and went and turned some lights on for us so we were able to see when we arrived. When we walked in, man we were amazed! The pictures do not do it justice. Everything was immaculate and well stocked. We had four nice size bedrooms (3 on the upper floor, 1 on the main floor) and two beautiful bathrooms (1 upstairs with tub/shower and 1 downstairs with shower) with plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything we needed to make the stay a breeze, plenty of dishes, cookware and lots of extras. A sun porch and a covered porch were used quite quite bit. They had books, toys, games and even some beach chairs available for use! The location was amazing as well. It had a nice little park with a sand beach right across the street. You are within walking distance to town, grocery store and a brewery! You are 15 min from fishtown and approximately 35/40 min from sleeping bear dunes. We would for sure go back and would recommend to our friends as well!
One thing that we noticed and might have missed seeing, was is if you like extra blankets or throw blankets to take some. I had a kid who liked to nap or sleep on the couch and there was only one throw blanket that they had extra.

The location of this home to the quaint little Beach across the street is amazing! The house had plenty of space and a beautiful well stocked kitchen for our 2 families! So many toys and books for the kids to enjoy, they were never bored! The rooms have bright windows and sheer curtains so we did have to try to shield the sun for the little ones sleeping. Will definitely visit again!

Great vacation get away for the family
This property had all of the necessary amenities as well as plenty of space for our family to spread out to feel like home away from home. The backyard had a wonderful patio setting, bbq and fire pit to enjoy a quiet evening under the stars. The location to the beach and town was terrific. We really enjoyed our time here!

Words cannot express how great this cottage is! Perfect location, plenty of space, all the comforts of home and excellent communication from the hosts. Truly a home away from home. They’ve thought of everything for this home, children’s indoor and outdoor toys, a high chair, board games for rainy days and so many towels! The only suggestion I have is to add a hammock out front ;) You are steps away from the beach which although it’s public was more like our own private beach complete with a playground and picnic tables. Our family cannot wait to visit the Sutton’s Bay cottage again and again!!! Thanks for a great vacation Robyn and family!!!

Great Location
We were very happy with our stay on Suttons Bay. The location was amazing! It was just a short drive to numerous wineries.. Walking distance to downtown and Hop Lot (great brewery and food). It was also across the street from a park/beach which was so amazing for young kids. The house was spacious and clean. Great kitchen with updated appliances. Back yard where we spent most of our time had a firepit and ample seating. Would stay again!

Beautiful Suttons Bay
We had a wonderful time in Suttons Bay! The house was beautiful and mostly everything was up to date. It was very clean with lots of space for a large family. The beach was right across a small road that you can see from the living rooms windows! Lots of games and puzzles to spend a rainy day. There is a fire pit out in the backyard with lots of seating. G Th here’s a grocery store nearby and Hop Lot brewery across the street in walking distance. This was just a wonderful place that we will sure to visit again!
