The property was mostly very clean.

This was all in suite 431. When I sat on the end of the bed the whole bed came up off the frame several inches and when I got into bed, it came up like it was going to fold me up in the bed. The shower pressure was awful and the shower head needs to be replaced! There were stains on the wall and head board!

The woman we dealt with at check in at the desk was as about as friendly as a rock! The young man I dealt with when I paid 4.50 for an ice cream bar 😠. He never even spoke to me. No thank you, no kiss my butt. Crickets! This bugs me because I’m coming into your hotel spending a lot of money(we stayed 2 nights. Room was nice & clean but shower had no water pressure. Other than your unfriendly employees it was a great stay. Just remember your employees represent your company. I would be talking to them about it because that is a big turn off when paying Biden prices for EVERYTHING. Makes ya not want to go anywhere and spend the LITTLE bit of money that we have. We checked in Friday and left Sunday. Thank you Jon Pulliam

Other than rock friendly employees it was great.

Breakfast was excellent and very good location to access Restaurants, Costco, Walmart etc.

Hot water is inadequate while taking shower! It is the problem in shower only as good hot water comes in the sink. Also, it took two days to get replaced a broken microwave.

When we got there told we could not use the pool.Then at 10 pm when returning for the evening, we were told the pool was usable. Sorry for the wrong information. The next morning, I called to see if we could use the pool and was told I would not. When I questioned the person, they said well you could at your own risk. When I asked what the problem was, they said they did not know. We got the hotel so my granddaughters could swim before we went to the balloon fest. We live in town but thought it would be nice. Also, the bed killed my back.

We liked the breakfast because we had choices from cereal to oatmeal to eggs. Everyone could choose what they wanted to eat. Loved the variety! Thank You!
