I feel at home because: Quiet space. Room was extremely clean. There are many windows that open to the air. Fully furnished and fairly new. The host is extremely friendly and attentive. The security in this area is quite good. There are many different kinds of food and drink outside, so it doesn't take much time to travel. Convenient to travel, especially to the airport and places to visit or work.

Staff were very nice and friendly, the place was good for the price, we only stayed one night and it was fine for us.

The location was not central, it's a bit of a walk to get to the main area and attractions. The pictures look a bit better than the actual place, but it was fine.

You can leave the baggage before check in and after check out. The host is very kind and helpful. We happy to stay here and we will come back if we have a chance to visit Vietnam.

Nice size and clean room. Good shower with good pressure, temperature and draining. Nice building with elevator. Shops around for food and supplies, short rides to all the cool places in Saigon. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Family run by some great people, I will be coming back.

It’s a great base to explore Saigon. There are some good food places and coffee shops nearby. The owner and his family were incredibly friendly and were always on hand to help including providing laundry services etc.

I could hear some noise from another room/neighbours, but otherwise everything was great.

Kind staff, cheap price, and near to the airport

Vietnamese family living next to the hotel was having karaoke party every night. It was so noisy that distracted me from spending comfortable holidays. Despite its good access to the center of Sai Gon, this hotel is located in a local area, not in a tourist area. Not really the place to feel cozy atmosphere.

The owners were very nice, waited for my arrival late at night. Good value for money. Perfect if you’re looking at something close to the city centre but also a short taxi ride to/from the airport, skipping the traffic. Room was very basic (don’t except anything too modern) but probably what you could expect for such a price. There’s even a lift in the house.

Very basic room, nothing fancy, could use a small bed table light. Would be nice to have shampoo/shower gel bottles (rather than samples) in the bathroom. I could hear the neighbours in the morning, not a great sound proofing between the rooms but I guess it’s more a matter of people being respectful and talking loud at 7 in the morning than the place itself.

In the center, very nice people. The apartment very value of money. Its a good choice if you are looking for an economic stay. It was clean and had the basic and necessary.

The location is under 20 minutes to all major attractions. Within walking distance, there are plenty of choices of local restaurants and markets. The room is well-furnished. It's very quiet and can serve as a base for anyone needing to work during the trip. The manager/owner is very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again the next time in Ho Chi Minh city.

The hosts were very welcoming. The room was clean and the towels smelled good of fabric softener. There are many good noodle restaurants around the hotel. I would like to stay there again.

It’s not far both from the airport and the city centre. The room was clean, there was a air conditioner, a fridge and even and electric stove and a kettle. There was hot water in the shower, all in all quite a decent place.

The bed was a bit hard for me, but quite good for a couple of nights anyway.

This is a great place to stay while in Saigon. The host and his family are sweet, helpful, and readily available. The room overlooked a nice line of buildings nearby. The best part for me was the lift. Carrying luggage over the stairs is so exhausting. The room came with a kitchenette, TV (they have Animax channel for anime fans), AC and fan, wardrobe, and a small table. It is also close to public transit, Family Mart, and the airport. Do note that you have to buy water, it is not offered for free.
