House was spacious, beautiful furnitures in all rooms and free Internet access.

The house is very old, big and spacious, most of the door handles weren't secured properly. Bathrooms were not cleaned properly, there was dirt visible in some corners and the toilet upstairs had urine inside before it was even used. The fridge wasn't cleaned properly and the rest of the kitchen appliances was dusty. The amount they charged us for 7 nights was significant, I would have thought that the cleanliness would have been of high standards based on the advertisements and previous reviews. Most of our guest spent their time cleaning all surfaces and bathrooms prior to settling in. There was no spare towels available only the ones given to us on the first day, i had found out that the towels were locked away and we didn't have access to the key. Access to bins was somehow complicated.  Definitely  not worth the money. To our unpleasant surprise when we checked out, we were accused of damaging a property. I felt that this was a sabotage/scam, as this wasn't recognised at all during our stay. We were threatened to go to court if we didn't pay a fine of £500. After paying a significant amount of money for our duration, I would think this would have been included in the price, little did I know I was being prepared for such unpleasantries, never will I stay at this accommodation again.

The apartment was large there were 6 adults plenty room for all of us. Was warm was quiet had ever thing you needed. Location was great

Flat was right in Broughty Ferry and near shops. Close by to Dundee. Flat was clean and 4 big rooms.

Fabulous Apartment in excellent location. Very quiet, clean, comfortable and spacious, fantastic for our family get together. Central within Broughty Ferry and just a short walk to railway station for access to Dundee and further afield. Information provided was very helpful and response to any questions to Garry speedy. Would definitely recommend to anyone and we hope to return sometime soon.
