Hotel is quite good, bathroom was small but I had exactly what I needed) There was just moment with entrence in early morning so it better to write details about your early arrival) Breakfest was good, it was personal meal and only on second day.

the last day of our stay, there was spider in our room’s ceiling. there was no person to reach in the reception. I had to clean them on my own. that was very disapointing thing for us. for that reason my wife slept in a satate of fear.

This hotel is situated in the center of Odessa. All tourist spots are within comfortable walking distance. The room was spacious and furniture and wall paper were with nice design.

On the first 1.5 days it was really cold in our room, but we got another blanket when we asked for it and also the heating was then turned on - so no issues there during the second half of the stay. On one day there was no hot water available, they told us that there was a problem in the city. One hint for improvement: When we left on Saturday morning with our four backpacks we tried to ordered a taxi, but somehow it did not work like the previous days with the apps. We then somehow managed to get a taxi via the app and then the driver called us and said that the road is blocked for vehicles on weekends and that we have to walk like 300 meters to meet him. That would be an information that I would expect from the hotel staff when they see that we are leaving with big luggage.

The hotel is so cute.It is very convenient location. Very close to all attractions. Anytime you can use the kitchen with microwave, coffee machine and kettle on the first floor.. You have your own refrigerator in your room. Everything is so clean. The staff are amazing. Everyone is so helpful. I especially want to say thank you to general manager Marina. She gave to us a lot of info what to visit and what to do. She is so professional and top level personality. I recommend everyone this hotel. Thanks a lot!!!

Great location in the city centre, but in a very quiet nook. You are just a few steps away from all the main tourist locations, but have enough peace and quiet to spend the night. Inside it's very posh and very well-made, everything is kept clean, all the amenities are there, including the kitchen with a kettle, free tea, and drinking water. You can also order breakfast for extra cost. I love the woman on the reception, she's beyond lovely and welcoming. All in all, great stay, I highly recommend!

I loved everything

Suit is georgous, very big, very luxury, big bathroom, it's really clean, they clean each day but we liked more bed in standard apartments. All bath sets in the bathroom. Location is absolutely perfect, totally in the city center, I would come back again.

In the suit ( room 14 on the ground floor) air conditioning wasn't working, it is very noisy because the windows are just for the patio. Materace on the bed is much better in the standard room ( number 22). In room number 22 there is a curtain in the shower instead of the glass but doesn't disturb too much
