Nice house

Host was great and communicative. He ran into an AC issue and was upfront about when it would be fixed and offered options. I ended up not staying. I will be booking next time I am in town.

The house was huge and plenty of room for the 7 of us. The best part was that I felt safe. It was a quiet, one way street and very little traffic. Plenty of space to park vehicles and I felt they were safe too. It was located in a very cute neighborhood with sidewalks so we could take an evening walk. We did have an air conditioning problem but the property manager handled everything professionally. The house could use a deep clean but I know good help is hard to find. I just hope he inspects what the cleaner does. I would fire this cleaner in a second. They left moldy coffee grinds in the coffee pots and the blinds and fans were caked with dust, just to name a few. But once the house gets cleaned up, I would highly recommend it.

The location is in the middle of the city which made it convenient to get to our conferences downtown without having to fight the traditional Atlanta traffic especially on a weekend. The place was exceptionally clean, very spacious with three separate floors with balcony access, and plenty of room for parking.

This house worked well for our needs in Atlanta. We were thankful for the driveway because the house is on a narrow, one way street with several cars parked in front of the house. There was plenty of space for 6 adults. The house is older, but well kept up. There are 3 levels, so lots of stairs. The main “living area” is on the second floor - living room, kitchen, and dining room. Beds were mostly on the firm to very firm side. Linens and towels were good and plentiful. We oils stay here again.

This is my 3rd time renting Andre’s spot and it’s always a pleasure to stay here. Great location, great house and affordable location. This is our #1 spot when we stay in Atlanta.

Great location for a weekend in the city! 5 beds plenty of sleeping space. Kitchen was amazing Master bath was World Class. Plenty of parking space. I would definitely recommend if in the city for a weekend or even a week.

This was property is fabulous! The property owner is very nice and willing to accommodate and meet your needs. My friend and I were blessed to stay in this home while in the ATL downtown area. We were close to everything but still had a neighborhood feel. We really enjoyed ourselves. 5STARS!!!

House was very large. We stayed 6 nights. The house needs some attention. We did not eat there but noticed that had we been a larger party there would not have been adequate silverware. The bedrooms need dressers. I would stay again but my standards are low.

This home is great for a large party wanting to be downtown. The owner was nice enough to let us check in 30 min early. The home needs a good deep clean, fresh coat of paint a few minor repairs to the bathrooms, and new beds. We also had trouble cooling the home. We were very hot during the day (80 degrees) and cold at night (66 degrees). I am a travel agent and I would not recommend my clients to stay but it’s a good place for persons wanting a 3 star home.

This was a girls trip. A group of my friends and I picked this property due to its location, appearance and it had 5 bedrooms to allow everyone to have their own room. This property required the highest damage deposit I have ever seen with a booking, so we had high expectations. Sadly, it’s clear this house is undergoing numerous “DIY” projects while ignoring the details of the property. The artificial plants at the entrance need to be cleaned, most tile work had no grout, all the walls need to be wiped down, some wires are exposed or covered up and the back seat of the toilet was disgusting. Luckily, our 5th person had a family emergency and could not go with us because the 5th bedroom bed is practically an uncomfortable cot. The fourth bedroom bed was ok but also sat low, could use a better mattress and better bedding. Being able to park the car in the garage was a plus.

We had a fantastic stay and I’d highly recommend this property for your stay.

The property has a lot of space for people to gather. Some work has been done to update the place. In my opinion, it could use a good painting on the inside. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor terraces, and felt it was in a good location to get downtown & most other locations. Communication was good with the property owner/manager. I would rent it again for this size group (9 people).

The house and amenities were very nice. We enjoyed time on the balcony enjoying the great weather. The shower in the master bathroom was also especially nice.

We came to Atlanta for our son's wedding, the house was perfect for our family - several adult children with their spouses and kids. Easy access to freeway.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at this home during Labor Day weekend. The home is well-kept and the location was perfect. The property manager was super helpful and polite. We would definitely stay here again.

We were in Atlanta for wedding. GREAT place for our family to be together. Close to downtown for those wanting to explore. Andre was there when we arrived and is very nice. Would definitely come back!

Home was just as described. Property manager was available and answered all questions promptly. The thermostat downstairs was off and it was touch hot in the home, but I do know owner/property manager is having it fixed. Overall great stay.

Really nice and clean, all the bedrooms were a good size except one. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

Smelled weird, looked like people had just left before we got there. Outdated. Had problems getting the correct WI-FI info. Would not recommend this property to anyone.
