This property was fantastic to use as a 'homebase' for visiting lots of Keuka Lake wineries. It was also perfect for walking into Hammondsport for morning coffee, dinner and ice cream!

I loved the quiet neighborhood only a couple of block from the Village Green. Spacious layout floor plan with excellent ability to control the temperature with theair conditioners and fans.

Love this quaint small town located in & around great wineries with some amazing views! The unit we rented was perfectly walkable to the village & Keuka Lake. Will definitely return

We had a perfect stay. Check in was a breeze, and the apartment had everything we needed. It was very quiet and the bed is super comfortable. Just a few blocks walk to the lake. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

My wife and I stayed here for the weekend and had a great time. The rental was clean and just as described in the listing. It was in a great location, just a few blocks to downtown Hammondsport and Keuka Lake. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to explore the Finger Lakes region.

We had a great time staying in Hammondsport while making the rounds to all the nearby attractions. The place worked perfectly for us and it was spacious and clean. We spent most of our time out and about but it felt great to come back to a cozy and private place to call home for our holiday weekend.

Great spot. Loved that we could walk to town for dinner and drinks. The apartment was spotless. Ample kitchen space to make breakfast or late dinner. Don’t let the stairs in other posts discourage you. This location is great. Quite neighborhood. Great parking. Many wineries and lots to do within a short distance. Perfect for a getaway!

From my arrival to my departure this was the most comfortable and convenient places I have stayed! Jody and Tommy were excellent hosts and their home is equipped with everything you need to make it your own. My partner and I worked from home one of the days and the wifi was great and there was lots of space for our needs. We will definitely book Jody and Tommy’s place again when we come back into town. If you’re reading this, definitely book it!!

Spacious, clean & easy walk into town. Only negative would be a spiral type staircase to the apt, tough when you have luggage etc or for the elderly.

Like most reviewers have said, the narrow winding staircase can be brutal bringing luggage up and down. We had several suitcases, several bags, etc. and we made it up and down without a problem. The loft is a studio, but it is spacious. The lot is located on a quiet street, but the entire town is actually quiet. It’s a quaint town on the lake. it is located within an hour of many attractions: waterfalls, Watkins-Glen Chassm, and many wineries and breweries. Ithaca is within an hour where are you can visit Cornell University, museums and several waterfalls. The interesting Sagen planet walk starts in the commons and ends at the science center in Ithaca. The loft has a couple of attention to detail features: 1- bright baseboard night light and bathroom night light, 2- they put a heater in the slanted ceiling at the shower—very nice getting out of the shower. The front door enters into kind of a wet room-since it is locked, it was convenient to put luggage and such down there the night before leaving. The wifi was strong and the internet reliable. We highly recommend this gem.

We enjoyed our stay!! It was a much needed relaxing amazing mini honey moon! We will definitely be back each year for our anniversary to make more memories!!! The house was very cozy and relaxing, clean!

We had a perfect weekend staying in this Hammondsport studio. Communication with the hosts was seamless which made check-in/out easy. We walked to town, took a beautiful hike, and drove to several close by wineries where we could take in the lovely lake. I especially appreciated how clean and well appointed the apartment was. The steps to the apartment are steep, but it was no problem for us, but could be a challenge for those differently abled. We hope to come back!

The property was perfect for our long weekend to the finger lakes. It does have a tricky set of stairs so if you are not good with them might not be the place for you.

Easy to check in and out. Easy to talk to. Great little area for a weekend get away. Plan on booking again next year.

Location Location Location! nearby museums, wineries, waterfalls. comfortable accommodations in a quiet village. steep staircase, but we didn't let that get in the way.

Very light, bright and clean. Plenty of towels, and well stocked cute kitchen. AC window units keep the temperature comfortable. Queen bed with lots of nice pillows. There is a keurig and drip coffee pot. Neighbor hood is beautiful and quiet.

The property was just as expected as listed. Location was perfect for our needs. We wanted a quieter area and that's why we picked Keuka lake vs Seneca lake. We did one day of wineries and one day of hiking at the state parks and enjoyed walking around the town of Hammondsport and watching the boats come and go down by the lake. We pretty much cooked all our meals and the kitchen was well equipped for our needs and the town grocery store just a short walk away as well. We would stay at this location again if we ever make a trip back to the Finger Lakes.

Property was perfect and at a great location in town.

Good property and listing was right on. We had only one suggestion and that is to put a divider between the bed and the TV. Hard to go to bed early and have a bright TV screen glaring at you.

As others have mentioned, the stairs to the apartment are steep and narrow. Other than that, I have only good things to say about the property! Everything was extremely clean and the apartment was spacious. It's a little less than a half mile walk into the center of Hammondsport.

Don't let the outside fool you. The inside is completely renovated. Other than the spiral staircase that is slightly narrow and makes carrying suitcases up to the room, the unit is spacious and is a great place to stay if you are visiting Hammondsport and the surrounding areas for a few days. We were able to cook so we weren't eating out every night and the room is within walking distance of downtown. Add to that, you are within a 15 minute drive of dozens of wineries, this place fit the bill. The owners are very nice and communicate very quickly. That was a pleasure as we had made a coupe of changes to our reservation along the way. We would recommend this property

Nice location,quiet neighborhood. Close to town for walk . Coffee pot available but bring your own coffee. Stairs are very narrow and steep.

Great property for return to area. Small apartment was perfect for two adults. Must be able to navigate stairs. Super clean and owner is very attentive to details and responsive to issues.

The apartment is in walking distance to the town square and lake. Great restaurants and watersports available. The locals were so friendly and so many beautiful homes. Get out to the wineries and enjoy the wines and magnificent views. The apartment is very roomy, clean and well stocked. We did not need to get in touch with the owner but 2 numbers were available if you did. As others mentioned, the stairs are narrow and steep so if you have physical limitations it would be difficult. The shower stall was quite small and the water pressure was not the greatest but it was ok. We definitely recommend this property and had a lovely time.

My husband and I stayed for 2 nights. It was a great place to stay. Close to the lake and downtown. Stairs were a little steep and awkward to navigate but we managed.

Very nice 2nd floor apartment. Quiet, good amenities! If you are unable to navigate steep steps, you will want to pass, but we are in our 60's and were fine. Loved walking around the neighborhood, the downtown area is about a 10-15 minute walk away. We will stay again.
