The whole process from booking to check out was simple and easy. Lots of communication with owner/manager. If I had a question I messaged her and got a response within just a few minutes. The condo was very clean and nice and very quiet.

The place was very clean, well stocked, mattresses were very comfortable, and there was plenty of room for a small family. Location was perfect within walking distance to the boardwalk and the North End Market. The owner was also very quick to reply to questions. Highly recommend this place!

Our first stay at CB was very enjoyable! Good local food, great time on the beach, and quality time with family. Property manager was very up front and informative about the limited parking which was a non issue after a day. Condo was just what we were looking for. Beach was great - not crowded at all.

I could not say enough good things about this property. Feels like home and has all of the amenities you would need. The location to the beach is perfection and the easy beach access really makes the location and property top tier.
Our favorite part was sitting on the patio with the view and listening to the waves crash! The new patio high top table and Adirondack chairs are perfect to see the view and are extremely comfy!
Communication with the owner was extremely easy and she was fantastic with communication and responding. There was a 3-ring binder with info on the property, things to do around Carolina Beach and what to do before leaving.
As per other reviews the parking is tight BUT the owner was thorough about explaining and even sent a picture for clarification. If you are comfortable with your vehicle and maneuvering it, parking honestly should not be an issue!
Do not hesitate to choose this property! All around, a wonderful vacation, property and location! Thank you Kathy for sharing and opening your property!

The condo is decorated beautifully. It is completely furnished and I mean there is absolutely nothing you could possibly need missing. The view is gorgeous, the furnishing are very comfortable and everything is spotless. The owner is very accommodating and cares that everything is perfect and that you have everything you need. You could not ask for more. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!!!

We enjoyed the condo itself but damaged 2 autos trying to park. The parking space is quite narrow and the driver must maneuver around a utility pole, both going into and out of the parking space. One auto was damaged on the rear fender going out, the other was scraped trying to get around the building to park. The latter was finally parked successfully after much backing and filling, but the process was stressful. Once parked next to the building, there is about 3 inches of space between the auto and the curb for the building next door. The owner reports that she parks an Expedition successfully in the space provided, but she has a lot more practice with the narrow parking area and more investment in making it work. We will not return to this property but the beach is great.

Beach access is right at the condo! The host had detailed instructions for parking and checking in-very helpful. The condo was pristine at check-in. The parking space is very tight with no room for maneuvering and can't imagine trying to navigate it during high season.

This is the nicest condo I’ve ever stayed in. The beds are comfy, the kitchen is super well stocked, and view from the balcony can’t be beat. So easy to get to the beach and walk to good restaurants and other stuff. The beach itself is quiet and clean and exactly what we needed. Kathy, our host, was super quick to help when we had a concern about the parking (it’s a little tight, don’t bring a Hummer). It was all great. Walls are a little thin so you can hear the neighbors, but it wasn’t a problem at night for sleeping.

Plenty of space for my friend and I, VERY clean, well appointed kitchen, and clear instructions from the host! The “worst” thing I could say (and the owner told us about this) was the parking. Lol. When they said right by a utility pole-they meant it. Someone less scaredy-cat than me would probably feel quite comfortable though. I know anyone would enjoy their stay here-the sound of the sea, just steps across the dunes on a boardwalk to the beach, plus a beautiful place to stay-what’s not to love?!?

Great place, well located with respect to activities, and everything you need is here. The owners were very quick to resolve a minor glitch with the TV. My only hesitation in booking again would be having to deal with the dreadful VRBO, with their hidden fees and harsh cancellation policy. Otherwise a delightful place!

This is a very nice place. It is very clean and has nice bedrooms with large beds. There are TVs in both bedrooms and a big one in the living area. The kitchen had everything you need. There is a walkway to the beach. You can see waves and hear the surf from the balcony. It is wonderful! I think it would be great for two to four people.

We just wrapped up our week at this lovely rental. We enjoyed our stay both at the property and Carolina Beach. Very easy access to the beach, restaurants and entertainment. This rental is on the first floor, easy access to unload all of our gear. Kathy has thought of everything! Clear and timely communication- great job!!

Really enjoyed our time …found the condo to be very clean and comfortable. Parking space was narrow so vehicle needs to be midsize . But as with everything, practice makes perfect. By the end the week we had it mastered .

The condo was ready on time for our arrival. A new lock has been installed with a code so no key which I love! It does take a minute to figure out how it works but after that no issues and no key to worry about. This condo is first floor but has stairs which aren't bad at all. Very nicely decorated and very clean. We enjoyed our stay. Everything was updated and plenty of kitchen items.
I have only 2 complaints and honestly not the owners fault at all!! Parking is so very tight. We had a full size SUV and trying to park beside the condo and not hitting the wood planks on the other property while avoiding the power pole is challenging. The people upstairs was so loud. They woke me up on morning from the noise. Like I said these are not owners fault! Out of 7 days this is all I can complain about and to me it's not a big deal. Just want others to be aware. Especially bad parkers/drivers..lol.
We would stay again because its beautiful, clean, great location and short walk to the beach. The added extras in the closet on the back balcony is wonderful. A few beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, cooler and grill to name what I can remember. Great place to stay!!

We enjoyed our stay at Carolina Beach. Condo was very nice and clean. New appliances, comfortable beds, and great view of the ocean. Very close to the ocean with a private walkway. Host was easily reached and was helpful and kind.
Less than a mile from the boardwalk. We did not realize you had to pay to park at most places at/around the boardwalk where the best restaurants and attractions are. You could easily walk from this condo, but we didn’t always want to bringing a 13month old with us. Parking is $5 an hour. It certainly didn’t affect the quality of the condo, but is something worth knowing beforehand.

We loved the ease of communicating with Kathy, the owner. She was quick to answer any questions. We loved how super clean, comfortable and cozy her condo is. All the needed amenities were there. Loved the view of the ocean from the balcony. Enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the balcony and wine in the evening, very relaxing and peaceful. Loved the location and was only a 20 minute drive to Wilmington. Highly recommend this condo !!

This rental was amazing! Location was just as described...just a short walk to the beach. The condo it's self had been recently redone and is perfect. We had 4 adults (2 couples). We walked to supper every night. We look forward to staying here again.

The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking utensils and dinnerware, etc., and the appliances are wonderful!
The open concept layout between the kitchen and living room allows a view of the ocean even during meal prep. The living room has comfortable double couches for relaxing and the balcony is perfect for eating outdoors.
The two bathrooms were spotless and stocked with samples of very nice shampoos and hand soaps.
Both bedrooms are beautifully decorated, and there are extra linens, blankets, pillows, etc.
I loved having a washer and dryer so that arriving home meant only unpacking my clean clothes!
Kathy is the BEST host, and she even texted with us during our visit to be sure that we had everything we needed. I have never experienced that level of service!
The entire unit has details and extra touches that make it feel like home away from home!

First, Kathy was great. She made reaching out to her easy, but everything was perfect so we needed nothing. Condo was clean and nicely furnished. Great view of the ocean and within walking distance of boardwalk and several restaurants. Only downside was parking is tight, but got use to it. Carolina Beach is a walking resort town anyway.

We stayed the week after Labor Day and had a great time. Nice unit: clean, comfortable, well-stocked, serviceable, attractively furnished. Nice king bed. Small glitch with check-in handled promptly by Kathy. Great location. Wide, clean beach. Nice, clean temperate water. The surf was rough (?hurricane in Atlantic?). I'm used to it, but my wife could only get in to her knees and couldn't swim in it. I'd stay here again.

Beautiful condo right on the beach. Everything was nicely updated. Kitchen had everything needed. Loved sitting on the balcony at night listening to the ocean. Was great to have a washer and dryer in the unit don’t have to go home to a bunch of laundry. Owner responded promptly to questions we had when checking in. Beds were super comfortable. Would go back again!

Excellent location for beach vacation
Well maintained and sparkling clean property! Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Good quality linens provided as well as basic toiletries. Very happy to have washer and dryer on site. The spare mattress didn’t fit in either bedroom so we had 1 kid in the living room. Otherwise very functional space. Well equipped kitchen. Only complaint was TV in master bedroom really didn’t work.

My family had a fantastic time @ Carolina Beach. The accommodations were beautiful and exactly as depicted on the website. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals. The beds were especially comfy. I slept better there than in my own bed! Kathy was a great host and answered all of my questions promptly. Loved the proximity to the beach and all we had to do was step out the back door to the private walkway. The balcony was my favorite morning spot to greet the day, sip coffee and hear the ocean waves!

We brought our almost two year old daughter here for her first beach trip and it was perfect. The close proximity to the beach is the best part, plus the condo is very well accommodated and the hosts are lovely to work with. Would visit again!

We Loved it!
We loved our stay here. It was our first time to Carolina Beach and we fell in love with the area. The room was everything we needed and felt modern. It was very convenient to the beach and all of the restaurants in town. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
