Great location in the old town with windows facing to a lovely square with several restaurants which close early enough to do not have any noise troubles during the night. the apartment is very well furnished and has a very comfortable bed.

Only minus is that AC cannot be installed since the building is old and therefore there is an AC machine with a hose that goes out through the window, which needs to remain open while the machine is on... I wouldn't choose it during a heat wave. For all other occasions, it is perfect!

Great aircon, very good location so close to city centre. Easy communication with cleaner for grabbing keys.

Had no handsoap - towels were provided but we did have to buy soap for washing and showering

Great location in the heart of the town, close to everything. Amazing restaurants right in front of the building. Highly recommended, both the apartment and the city of Nimes!

Good: 1. The apartment was fully equipped with everything you needed so you could sit back and relax as soon as you arrived. 2. The apartment was kept very clean and tidy. On arrival the bed was made and we were given clean towels. 3. The apartment location was very quiet at night so you can get a really good sleep. 4. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I have slept in. 5. The apartment was very close to all the amenities, shops, restaurants etc. 6. The apartment is a very short and easy walk (approximately 400-500m to the city centre). 7. All the main tourist attractions are a very short walk away from the apartment. 8. The apartment overlooks a lovely square which has 5 really outstanding restaurants around it, which between them are open every lunchtime and evening. 9. The square "Les Esclafidous" is a nice place to spend the evening, if you don't want to venture into the city centre.

Bad: 1. Wardrobe door nearly fell off on top of me when I tried to open it, 2. Informed on arrival by the caretaker/key holder that the aircon wasn't working and we would have to use a fan (that was quite noisy). It was 29 degrees Celsius when we arrived and the apartment heated up quickly. 3. The pillows were very old and desperately needed replacing (preferably with 2/person), 4. The bathroom was a little tired and needed decorating (some black mould around the edge of the bath). 5. Some of the plug sockets were not properly secured to the wall which is not good if you have young children. Minor Problems: 1. The TV was difficult to get to work. 2. There was a coffee machine but no kettle, so you had to heat up water in a saucepan for a drink. 3. Parking near the apartment was very expensive (21.5 Euros/day), but it was secure. The host did kindly explain the system of park and ride where you parked outside the city centre and caught a bus into the city (although I did not like the idea of leaving a car in a park and ride for 3 days).

Everything you see in their pictures here are exactly what they have and the place is really neat. We loved being there and anytime I come to nîmes I’m sure I will be knocking on your door again 😉

There is nothing not to like

Location was perfect for us and everything was nearby and within walking distance. Very peaceful.

Ventilation in communal hallway was inadequate

Perfect location but bedroom is too hot. The sofa bed is not so comfortable.

We are nott free to leave the appartement whenever we want but only at the given times bythe host as she has other professional activity.
