Willkommen in unserer Gästevermietung, die wir liebevoll als Rustikaler Charme bezeichnen. Unsere Familie hat jahrelange Ferien am See verbracht und wir freuen uns darauf, unser Zuhause mit Ihnen zu teilen. Dies ist keine gewöhnliche Vermietung, sondern ein Ort, an dem wir uns entspannen und mit Familie und Freunden teilen können.
Unsere Wohnung ist eine zweistöckige Einheit und verfügt über einen geräumigen Loft-Bereich, der aus einem Kingsize-Bett, einem eigenen Bad und einem Ausziehbett besteht. In dem handbemalten Schrank befindet sich ein Smart-TV, auf dem Sie alle Ihre Favoriten von Netflix, Amazon usw. genießen können.
Unten finden Sie die voll ausgestattete Küche, Essbereich, Wohnzimmer, Waschküche und 3 Schlafzimmer. Alle unsere Betten bieten eine Alternative Daunendecken mit Pottery Barn Bettbezügen. Die beiden Gästezimmer haben Queen-Size-Betten und teilen sich ein großes Badezimmer. Die Waschküche befindet sich direkt neben der Küche und steht unseren Gästen zur Verfügung. (Wir haben sogar ein paar Strandtücher für Sie am Pool.) Der Wohn- / Küchen- / Essbereich ist ein komfortabler, offener Bereich, in dem sich alle Personen aufhalten können, egal in welchem Raum sie sich befinden. Unser neuestes Projekt ist das jetzt abgeschlossene, welches die Kaminwand war. Wir konnten ein Stück unserer Familiengeschichte hinzufügen, indem wir eine Akzentwand aus wiedergewonnenem Scheunenholz von unserem jahrhundertealten Bauernhof in der Nähe von Hermann, Missouri, bauten! Der Mantel, der hinzugefügt wurde, wurde ebenfalls von einem lokalen Handwerker aus der Region handgefertigt und wir könnten nicht glücklicher sein, eine weitere Besonderheit zu haben, die wir mit unserer Familie und Freunden und, was noch wichtiger ist, unseren Gästen teilen können. Der Außendeckbereich ist vom Wohnzimmer und dem Hauptschlafzimmer zugänglich und umfasst 2 Terrassentische mit Platz für 8 Personen und einen Gasgrill. Es gibt drei Gemeinschaftspools, die Sie den ganzen Sommer über genießen können. Wir sind auch eines der wenigen Gebäude im Komplex, das über einen Aufzug verfügt. Dies ist besonders wichtig, wenn Sie Familien mit Kindern haben.

We did a long family weekend at Rustic Charm and had a great stay! The condo is very clean and well decorated and the property and location is immaculate. Having a slip was a great bonus. We had a total of 8 adults and were very comfortable. Highly recommend this rental !!

Such a great place for a bachelorette group to stay at with multiple showers and rooms. Beautifully decorated and clean. Great view from the balcony and located near everything. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Spent a wonderful weekend at this luxury condo. It is beautifully decorated . All the furnishings are high end and beautiful. The condo is very spacious and comfortable. We had a great time.

Family vacation
This place is beautiful and exactly how described! Bed were all comfy, kitchen had everything we needed and location was great for our family. Thank you for your kindness with letting us check out late! It was a huge blessing to us given all the rain we had on Saturday!

Friend trip
We had such a great time staying at Rustic Charm. The owners have thought of everything. The condo is well stocked with anything you may need, all the way down to the coffee creamer in the fridge. This is a perfect condo for a friends getaway. The property is clean and the docks are nice too. The only downside to this resort is there isn’t any room to bring a boat down to your condo. We would highly recommend this condo.

We took a trip with three other couples to celebrate milestone birthdays/anniversaries and had a wonderful experience. Start to finish, this process was a breeze as Adrianna communicated regularly to provide information about the condo facilities, area points of interest, restaurants to visit, etc as this was our first trip to the Lake. She even offered to make a cheese and meat board with Champagne to welcome us when we arrived. The condo felt like home when we arrived as it was beautifully decorated and just felt cozy and inviting. We had plenty of room with 8 adults between the bedrooms and bathrooms as well the kitchen/dining/living area to eat and play card games. The balcony was awesome as well with seating for all of us, a gas grill, and an amazing view of the property and cove. We also made good use of the covered boat slip as we were able to easily launch our boat and store our trailer at the state park across the lake. $5 a day was minimal to launch/store the trailer and it was a 5 minute ride back to the property. I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay, our property managers, and the location which was quiet, yet close to everything whether by boat or vehicle. We were already planning our next trip before this one ended as this was truly the perfect getaway!

Pictures Don’t Do It Justice
I booked this property based on past reviews and online pictures that made it look very homey and well thought out. We were blown away by the many, many personal touches throughout the condo. It felt like we were walking into our own home. My wife ended up taking many pictures of things she’d like to do at our home. The property and grounds are impeccably maintained and the communication was awesome. The owners show that they really want you to enjoy your experience by placing welcoming treats throughout as well as custom soaps and shampoos. Bed linens and towels are of high quality. Trust me, I could go on and on. The only drawback is we couldn’t stay longer…

It should let you know in the Description that all bedrooms do not come with a TV, and the Tv that was upstairs in the loft would not come on. Also the hot water didn’t work it only worked in the kitchen. When trying to take a shower the water would come out warm but as soon as you turn the shower the water would turn cold. I contacted the owner he came out why we were gone and said when he turned the water on it was hot. Not understanding how they happens because when we returned and tried to take a shower night everyone had to take another cold shower.

We had a great time! The condo was Absolutely beautiful. It was decorated very cute, the decor was very pretty. Check-in and check-out was super easy. First class accommodations, Everything worked perfectly for our family of 11. Beautiful view from the fourth floor. Elevator to ground level. Easy walk to the pool and docs. Would highly recommend anyone who wants a quality vacation spot.

Relaxing Girls' Vacation Spot
We all loved the attention to detail in the decor of this property. Everything was perfect and helped make the place feel homey. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay perfect! The location of the property was SO convenient. It is very close to 54 which makes it easy to get to Bagnell Dam and other destinations. Plus it's probably only five minutes from the outlet malls!

Annual girls trip
We just loved this condo! It has the cleanest deck of any property I’ve rented in the area and the decor is fabulous. The location was very quiet and close to everything. All amenities were just as stated. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was the BIG WIN of our weekend!
The location was great! (On the 4th floor, but right up from the elevator!) The patio was roomy with a beautiful view of the lake! It was very peaceful and great for morning walks!
It was very clean and beautifully decorated! Seemed like you just jumped into a section of “Southern Living” magazine! It was also cozy and roomy enough for our group of nine!
The host was very helpful, friendly and responsive to any questions we might have had!
It was a wonderful weekend to shop, sight see, and recharge with the family! Here’s to hoping we can take the feelings of this weekend back home...because nobody has more fun than us!
