Magical West End Townhouse w/ Panoramic Roof Deck
Charming, vierstöckige Lilac Court Stadthaus im West End von Provincetown. Perfekt in einer ruhigen Straße in der Nähe von Shankpainter Pond gelegen und doch nur ein paar Blocks zu Fuß in die Stadt. End-Gerät verfügt über große Fenster auf drei Seiten mit Blick auf den Provincetown Monument und einem schönen Garten im Innenhof. Jedes Gästezimmer ist auf einer eigenen Etage, mit einem lichtdurchfluteten Wohnraum, Küche, Essbereich und kleine Terrasse auf der obersten Ebene. Über der oberen Etage ist ein großes roofdeck mit Panoramablick über Provincetown - von Race Point nach Provincetown Harbor. Deeded Parkplätze und alles, was Sie von wird denken können (Geräte, Stereoanlage, Gas-Grill, etc.) Das Haus ist voller Spaß Kunstwerke aus der ganzen Welt. Gäste sagen mir, dass sie eine sehr magische und besondere Ort finden das Haus.

This is the second time we have stayed in this excellent property—and we will probably do it again. In addition to the property being good value, the owner is extremely considerate and renter-friendly.

Location is great in the Westend, less than 10 minutes to Tea, 7-8 minutes to the Stop & Shop grocery store, and 15 minutes to centre of town. With luggage it is a bit of a hike from the ferry so recommend taking a taxi or Rick Shaw. We enjoyed having our own spaces all on separate floors. The basement room does not have a door. The rooftop view is stunning and great place to have a group dinner. It was nice having a washer/dryer to use. No shampoo/conditioner so be sure to bring your own!

This place was very well appointed. The top level living and kitchen area had great views of the area in addition to a nice rooftop deck. The owner was very good about communication, which we appreciated.

This was a wonderful experience!!! A+ all around. Jonathan was excellent in communication and even let us check in early (not guaranteed just fyi). The house, the amenities, and location were prime. We plan on being return renters. 5/5 stars!!

My partner and I just returned from a fantastic 9 days in PTown that was made even better by Jonathan’s townhouse. The property was exactly as advertised, in a great location that was no more than a 10 minute walk to all the amenities you could ask for, and with a beautiful rooftop patio that provides for stunning views of the whole area. If you’re looking for a place that provides some peace and quiet with easy access to Commercial, then this is a perfect spot. Jonathan was also a fantastic host, checked in with us regularly and had the place very well-appointed for whatever we needed. Hopefully we’ll get to come back again soon!

Our host was very responsive, and the unit was great! The bedroom on the bottom level didn’t have a door which was odd. The roof deck was lovely and had a great view. Very clean. Good WiFi.

A wonderful property and Jonathan was a fantastic host. Great sized rooms and communal areas. The roof deck is superb. We especially appreciated how accommodating Jonathan was as we changed our bookings due to the pandemic.

But this also offered a lot of separation of space to give everyone some privacy if wanted. And the owner is great about communicating and obviously cares about his guests. Would definitely rent again.

This was a perfect spot for our group of friends to have as the hub of our week in Provincetown. Not only is the townhouse fabulous with its roof deck, living space, and three separate sleeping spaces, but it is also an easy walk to the bustle of Commercial Street. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jonathan was easily available for any questions we had, but frankly there was really no need to contact him as we had no issues with the house!

Beautiful Property Gorgeous Location
Jonathan’s home is so lovely and perfectly located for a secluded, but close to everything, oasis on the west side. It is a vertically lined up home with 3 bedrooms one of each floor and a top floor kitchen / living room, and stair rooftop access with truly stunning views. Never before have I seen such beautiful ptown sunsets. And Jonathan was a stellar host in every way. Highly recommend staying here if you can book it.

Excellent Accommodations in PTown
Jonathan was a fantastic host. The entire rental process from start to finish was superb and effortless. The house is kept in incredible condition and well furnished. The roof top is probably the feature that sold us on the listing the most and it did not disaappoint. Thank you for making our annual stay in Provincetown one to remember!

High Class
Modern, well maintained property with lots of stairs. We did have to wait until around 4:00PM on day of check in for clean up to finish but they did a good job. Did not use roof deck much due to windy conditions. Small deck off living room was sheltered from wind & very nice. Be sure to park in your assigned spot! Neighbors are watching. Most everything you need is supplied (kitchen stuff, beach chairs, towels, linens, soap, etc.). Great location & very nice host.

The unit was both easy to find and easy to access. The neighbors were very nice. The townhouse was very well-appointed. Even the hand soap smelt nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with whatever you needed and then some. The bedrooms were all good sizes and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were nice and very clean. There are two outdoor seating spaces, a small pouch off the living room/kitchen level and the roof deck. We used both and they were perfect. The roof deck has some great views and you get a nice ocean breeze up there. There is a good size table and lounge chairs on the roof deck. Perfect spot to enjoy the weather, and take in the sights. The location was also is an easy walk to Commercial St. We would definitely stay here again.

A perfect spot to plan your PTown adventure
This condo has everything necessary for a perfect vacation in Provincetown but the highlight is the rooftop deck with sweeping views of all of the key sites and perfect sunsets.

This is an exceptional choice for a family or group of adults visiting Ptown. Extremely well furnished and appointed townhouse, and had everything we needed. Great location, too.
And Jonathan in particular was a pleasure to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Our group had a wonderful time at Jonathan's lovely home. The place is thoughtfully arranged for each guest with even a TV in every room, easy instructions for enjoying the house and the town, and Jonathan is always easily accessible to answer any questions or concerns. Top recommendation.

Fabulous spot in a fabulous town.
Everything about our rental was perfect. Great location, quiet, perfect bedrooms, a lovely living area and a great roof top deck. The kitchen is extremely well stocked and the host Jonathan was very accommodating. The property is located five minutes from Commercial Street by the Coast Guard Station with another four minute walk to Joon Bar or Sal’s, and an easy ten minute walk to the heart of town. Highly recommended!

Great place and location
Three couples were in a very happy place, each with their own floor with their bedroom and bath, and two more that were amazing common spaces. One space being a great eat-in kitchen and dining room, the other the roofdeck we spent much time on. One block to Bradford, one more to commercial, easy to get to a show or nice dinner by foot.

Great space and location!
The house is super comfortable and it’s great to see newer style bathrooms as well as an updated kitchen. Every room had its own AC unit so everyone is able to control the temperature to their liking.
The roof deck is major and the view is wonderful.

Great location plenty of space!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay the top deck was perfect spot to enjoy the view and we did! The lay out of the house gave everyone their own space, House was well stocked with some basics too which was nice. Plenty of stairs but we were all healthy enough for them. Location made it easy to walk to Liz’s for breakfast and then on into town for the days adventures! Highly recommend!

A great location and property with an amazing roofdeck overlooking the Monument and horizon.
Great proximity to town and yet far away from the congested sections. The entry courtyard is very welcoming and parking is easy. AC was a blessing in the heatwave. The washer dryer was a great to have to keep towels and a favorite outfit fresh. A great stay.

Awesome in every way
Myself, my husband and three friends enjoyed an awesome weekend here. This place sleeps 5 more than comfortably, with plenty of privacy for everyone but enough shared space that we were all able to spend tons of quality time together. Loved the gorgeous spacious roof deck. Kitchen offered everything we needed to make a couple big meals when we didn't feel like going out.
Location is perfect. Set off enough from the busy parts of town that it's nice an quiet but close enough that we could go out easily whenever.
Price was well worth it. Host, Jonathan, was communicative, easily reachable and super helpful.
The long and short of it: you should absolutely stay here.
