La struttura è pulita. Sterilità anche da parte dello staff. Nel senso che entri, ti assegnano un loculo e fine.

La stanza è decisamente piccola e senza finestre quindi la consiglio solo per un soggiorno di una notte veloce. La posizione è abbastanza lontana dai mezzi pubblici e dal centro.

It was really worth the price as there are bus stations nearby (although the nearest MRT station is like 15mins walk away but bus are enough for times). The toilet was clean and we spotted no cockroaches. Also, the staffs were super friendly to customers.

The place wasn't 100% clean as there were crumbs on the floor and some dusts over the facilities. Also, the area is quite dark at night so you might have to be more aware of your surroundings while travelling at night.

The bed are comfortable and well located for public transport which is near to MRT Paya Lebar and malls.

Not at all clean and very congested. For the same cost I’d get a much better quality one and a bigger room

It was quite clean and within relatively easy walking distance of the nearest MRT. The mattress itself was quite comfortable.

The room I booked was 150 square feet. The room I got was about 110 square feet. Given that the ONLY reason I chose this hotel over others I was considering was because of the room size, I'm not happy, and am feeling ripped off and somewhat scammed. I had to put my CPAP machine on the bed, as the only power point was on that side, and there was no bedside cabinet. The pictures of the room I booked clearly showed bedside cabinets. Unfortunately, because I'd checked out so many motels and knew that rooms were very small in Singapore - and because I trusted Booking.com and the motel to do the right thing, it didn't occur to me that they'd give me the wrong room. I didn't realise until about half-way through when I was checking something else. Yes, I should have realised earlier, but unfortunately I have a trusting nature.

Close to the airport and value for money, Small room but perfect for an overnight with airport about 20 minutes away.

Can be noisy

Good aircon plus no windows equals a good sleep and no hangover.

The room is clean , value for money and very well organized.The staff are very friendly and helpful!! A recommended place for sure, easily hop on to the bus service ( less than 300 meters walking distance from the hotel) or less than 1km walking distance to the nearest Payar lebar train station! A good stay indeed and will book this place again in the future for my next visit! Along the streets there are supermarkets, cafes and bakery shops. Also walk across the street there are wet markets with food stalls above for breakfast and also a 24 hrs laundry service with coins exchange machine available . 12 Sing dollars for ~10kgs wash&dry and washing time takes around 1 hr. An awesome & strategic place for families with young kids for holiday stays ! Give it a try!

The room was bigger than I expected and perfect for one or two nights. Lots of food options close by and close to train line. Overall a good spot.
