Beautiful South Padre Island, TX Condo w/ Spectacular Views!permit # 2023-0207
Dies ist eine Eigentumswohnung in Familienbesitz, die seit vielen, vielen Jahren in unserer Familie ist, die mit vielen Granit und Fliesen aktualisiert wird. Unsere Wohnung befindet sich am südlichsten Ende von SPI, direkt am Strand in den schönen und völlig privaten SeaVista Condominiums am Meer. Es ist ein 3-BR-Layout, das in eine 2BR mit viel offenem Wohnraum umgewandelt wurde. Es bietet bequem Platz für bis zu 8 Personen (2 Queensize-Betten, eine Queensize-Ausziehcouch und ein Etagenbett). Es befindet sich in einem privaten Komplex (komplett eingezäunt mit Sicherheit vor Ort) von 2 Gebäuden, bestehend aus 112 Eigentumswohnungen mit 2 privaten Swimmingpools, Whirlpools und Tennisplätzen. Es gibt einen großen Wasserpark und Resort an der Süd- und Nordseite unseres Grundstücks, wo wir Zugang zu Rabatten haben, die nach Verfügbarkeit verfügbar sind. WLAN und Kabel-TV sowie eine voll ausgestattete Küche aus Granit sind im Preis inbegriffen. In der obersten Etage (6.), haben wir volle direktionale Ansichten Norden, Süden, Osten und Westen der South Padre Island, der Golf von Mexiko und Laguna Madre. Angeln, Segeln, Surfen, Nachtleben, kulinarische Erlebnisse und / oder einfach nur nichts auf "Island Time" zu tun ist ein guter Grund nach South Padre Island zu kommen.

The stay was great, my only complaint has nothing to do with the condo but the only way into the location was badly flooded right outside the property gates, but after the rain everything was perfect and the owner responded even when I txt him late, highly recommended

We were very happy to enjoy the Needham’s condo. Everything was in excellent condition. The place was spacious and comfortable. Beachfront, just a few steps away from the sea. We will not hesitate to come back

Took a very quick family vacation. Place was clean, and had all the amenities that were needed. Staff was friendly and made the process of checking in and out super easy! Loved the location of condo…corner location and was quiet! Let’s talk about the storm shutters…. Love them! Made the condo so dark… best sleep ever! Would highly recommend this unit, easy location, clean and access to beach is the best I have found!

My family of five had a very comfortable four night stay here in South Padre. It is convenient with semi private beach access (shared with other condos and nearby resorts). The condo itself is modern, clean, spacious and has beautiful beach views. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a nice kitchen made it a good place for a group.

Beautiful condo and absolutely loved the 360⁰ views. The condo felt spacious and well stocked, the basket of tar wipes was a nice touch that came in super handy. Absolutely loved the closet with an umbrella, beach chairs, and boogy boards.

Perfect place for our family’s long weekend to Padre. This condo had it all, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. They even had beach chairs and toys. The location was also great. Away from some of the craze but close enough of you want to partake.

I stayed here over spring break with my family, and it was beautiful! There were balconies overlooking the Gulf to take in the breeze, and the house was steps away from the water and beach! The house was just like described. The hosts were very responsive when a question arose. I loved my time here and would totally go back again. Thanks for the hospitality!

This condo was perfect for our group of 4 women. I've stayed in many units at Sea Vista. This unit was very clean and well stocked. Tons of games to play and beach towels, which were a nice touch. The bedrooms were nice and dark and very quiet. There were extra fans in the closets which we used. You can't beat the location. Our only complaint was that the water pressure in the sink wasn't very strong, but that was a minor issue. Would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed in this unit over the Memorial Day weekend, and it worked great for what we were looking for. Getting to the beach was easy and the beach in this area wasn't too crowded due to it's location at the south end of the island.
There was only one small issue during the stay, and the owner was very responsive and helpful.
One small concern with the condo was that the AC seems to have a hard time keeping up, but that was likely due to the issue with keeping the west-facing patio window blocked. One hint - the master bedroom cools really well, and we put one of the small fans in the floor to push air down the hallway towards the kitchen and living area. This helped a good bit. Overall, the AC works and we stayed comfortable, and more importantly, we slept well.
I would go back and stay in this unit in the future.

Excellent location on the beach, with easy access from the causeway and away from the busier parts of the island. Spacious kitchen and living area with nice beach view from the balcony. Well-stocked kitchen and plenty of family games and beach toys. Near Isla Blanca Park and hours of surfing (thanks to South Padre Surf Company). We would definitely consider this condo for a future stay.

My family loved this rental property. It was exactly as the pictures showed even better. The location is fantastic, with a great desk reception service very kind and helpful persons, and within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Being right on the ocean was amazing, having a pool and hot tub on the property and being able to watch the waves from them was also a plus. I appreciated the place has a good taste and great enviroment. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was lovely. The decor was nice and the kitchen well equipped. The views were great! The location worked out great for us. Although a little bit of a trek to the waterpark on foot, it is literally right next to the waterpark and very convenient if teen kids need to walk back. We hope to stay again. soon!

This place was better than the photos and right on the beach. It was so cute and comfortable, with perfect access to the beach, pool, and just a short walk to a cute little bar/restaurant. Would def stay here again.

This was our first time at SPI and we weren't sure what to expect. The property was perfect for us! It was clean and inviting with everything provided for a stay at the beach. The owners were super easy to reach and were immediately available for questions that we had. I look forward to staying here again!

We loved this condo - from the location to the space inside! Everything was neat, clean, and easy to find. The owner supplied all the information we needed and was easy and quick to contact with our questions. The condo is spacious and set up well and very well taken care of. I love the large kitchen counter and amazing balcony. The location is great because it’s at the southern end of all the hotels so you can walk out to the beach and go a little to the right (south), and there’s no crowd. We got to spread out and enjoy our own spot on the beach! I will definitely consider this place first the next time we want to take a trip to the beach!

Family vacation
Great location right on the beach. The view from the condo was amazing. The pool is the perfect size for our kids and there was always another kid there for him to swim with. It was our first trip there but definitely not our last. Mike was a great host. We would definitely book again.

Beachfront getaway
Great property! Wonderful location. Host was very responsive. VRBO was fully stocked and had everything you could possibly need! We only had a weekend trip but would be perfect for a longer getaway!

Long term stay
We enjoyed our stay. Home is a little cluttered. Furniture could be updated. Master bed was good but other bedroom mattress could be better. Kitchen was fully stocked. The views were wonderful. Very convenient to get to the beach. The property owner was very easy to reach. Will be back next year.

Place was great
We had a great time. The condo was in great shape and very clean. Only problem we had was the TV did not work right could get a good signal and at times it would not work at all said there was no signal. Be all in all we had a great time.
