We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It included a very nice pool and the neighborhood was conveniently located near local attractions. Our host was vey nice and responsive with accommodating all of our needs. I would definitely recommend this property!!

We had my two son’s family’s with us to visit my daughter’s family who lives near this home. The pool was great and the place was super clean. Also had two washers and dryers which was great for keeping towels fresh for 8 people. Only slight issues was that Spectrum Wi-Fi speed was inconsistent ranging from 10MBs/sec to 50MBs/sec. We might have overwhelmed it as we had around twenty devices trying to connect so it kept disconnecting.

We are in the hospitality industry, nice place overall, but felt like big brother was watching us type of feeling, entry door issues, signs with party notice, and garage door opened several times at night, not sure if the property manager is aware of connectivity issue with garage, door entry and pool light (banged my knee while light went out)

We were looking for a quite relaxing weekend as a girls getaway and this was the perfect home away from home. The house is in the perfect location not far from the beaches or grocery stores. The house actually looks better than the photos. We had a couple of hiccups in the beginning but the host worked quickly to resolve and was very good with communication. Would definitely stay again!

Very clean and well furnished home. But the best was the awesome private pool where we spent many hours. The host, Kenia Nunez, was very courteous and extremely quick to respond to any of our questions. We will definitely book this home next time we are back in Bradenton.

We came here for a lacrosse tournament at IMG Academy and had a great weekend. The house was close to the field and restaurants.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. It was clean, comfortable, well equipped and in a great location! Just a few of the many great things….very comfortable bed, beautiful warm pool, convenient washer and dryer and plenty of linens and kitchen supplies. We would stay here again.

My husband and three children stayed for 12 days and had an amazing time! The pool and patio area is gorgeous and very relaxing. The area is quiet and there are many stores close by. Everything was comfortable (beds, bathrooms etc). We loved everything about our stay!

My wife and I chose Bradenton for the best golf value. This property had everything we wanted. Great quiet neighborhood, comfortable beds, close to a lot of restaurants and of course golf courses. The pools and Lanai area were private and quiet. We would defiantly stay here again if we have the chance.

This comfortable home met our needs as a centrally located base in the Sarasota/Bradenton area to relax, shop for a future home, hit a multitude of beaches and enjoy dining out with friends. I cannot say enough about Kenia and William, who were helpful, responsive and just good people. This property is clean, well maintained, private and perfect for a couple or small family.

Managers were great! House was lovely, pool was awesome, we were on it every day. Location was a quiet nice neighborhood but close to lots of fun cities. Would definitely go back.

Kenia and her husband are the ultimate property owners! Their property is very clean, the landscaping and pool are well cared for and the neighborhood is very nice. They are extremely attentive to any needs the renters have and quite frankly have provided us a fantastic experience while staying in their home. I would recommend any of their properties... they are top notch!

Nicely updated home with plenty of room. All the accessories you could ever use in the kitchen. Towels and linens galore. I saved the best for last, a large heated pool, in the screened patio. Would love to stay again.

There were no major issues- a problem with the cable/ internet - was the company’s fault, not the house- it was resolved within 24 hours. Pool was fantastic, house was very well supplied as far as kitchen, linens, towels- even beach towels. Wonderful washer & dryer! Only desire would be a patio table to eat some meals on out back- nothing big- table & 4 chairs... don’t even need an umbrella. I recommend this cutie without reservation! Nothing extravagant- just clean comfort away from home!

Property was exactly like the pictures. Clean and nicely decorated. Large TV's and more bedding, towels then we could use. When I mentioned that I could use a table for my all in one computer,24" the next day a classy computer table arrived. The pool was fantastic, heated and like bathwater. Almost every day a swim was called for. The kitchen had more utensils then I have in my own home, very well stocked. All appliances worked well also. I would also book again at the same time next year, if available. And yes I would recommend this property to friends and family. My wife and I were only 15 minutes from family down on Rt.70 at DelWebb. Every restaurant was close by that we like and shopping was a breeze.
