The pics do not do this property justice. The bedrooms are warm and comfortable. The rest of the house is absolutely beautiful and has a nice backyard area. I would recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a unique experience.

The house was charming, as was the "park" (we sneaked a look at a wedding). The shower in the Violet room was hard to control; really hot! You also need a new can opener....lol. Overall, it was really a fun place to stay. In fact, next year we might like to rent both houses, since we are adding people to our team! Thank you for providing such a unique home to stay in!!

Wonderful

This is the second year in a row our youth group has stayed at this property. The home is clean, the beds are comfy, the kitchen is stocked, & the hot water lasts. The large dining room and two living areas gave us plenty of space. We would have liked to have some drapes or blinds hung on the doors and windows in the living areas. We highly recommend!

Easy process.

Had a grandson wedding 1/7/2023. Grandparents, aunts, uncle, and cousins, 9 total, stayed here. With 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms we all had enough individual space and community rooms were very adequate for family, including local family, gatherings. Had to blend into older but adequate accomodations.

Everything was smooth and as described.

Don’t often find bathrooms for every bedroom. Our group of 8 (family and friends) thoroughly enjoyed our 3-night stay. Wish we had more time to sit around and visit. Hope to use again!

Overall very nice place. We had several people staying together for a conference so we did not spend much time at the house. The house was clean. Ac worked pretty well. The house was easy to get to. It is an old house and it comes with some issues as old houses do. But overall it was a great stay.

Furnishing and linens were pretty worn and need replacement and improving.

We were in town for a soccer camp and this home provided us with a terrific place to be a home away from home for us and our kids. Clean, close to stores/restaurants and really easy to get comfortable. Great stay!

Victoria was so friendly and helpful! She answered all of our questions promptly, which was very much appreciated! The house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation and we will absolutely stay here again, should we vacation in Tennessee again! I would recommend this property to anyone visiting middle Tennessee!

Our family meet in Murfreesboro to celebrate 2 anniversaries in our family. We absolutely loved the beautifully restored older home. We enjoyed the wrap around porches and the backyard. The house was well furnished, especially the kitchen. We enjoyed our meals in the beautiful dining room. Each of the 5 rooms had there own bathrooms, a big plus. The owners lived next door and helped us with any questions we had. We will definitely stay again.

We loved our stay in Victoria’s home. She was very easy to work with and had everything in perfect order for our arrival! The house is in a great area of Murfreesboro! The porch swing finishes off !

We stayed at this house for a family wedding nearby and it was most enjoyable. Tons of space - the 5 full baths were most helpful with our large group. the back porch area was used the whole time and so enjoyable- gas grill worked great. This is a historic older house so decorated accordingly - it’s not modern but is full of character and all amenities worked great. Large washer & dryer, full coffee maker + a keurig, as well. Highly recommend for large family get togethers. The owners/ host were most attentive to anything we needed (replaced the propane tank) and they even came over to put air in the basketball that was part of the free standing hoop - enjoyed by both the young and old on our group!!

House was perfect. Bathroom in every room. Owner was very hospitable. Would love to stay again if the opportunity were to arise.

We were a family of 6 adults and 5 children. Plenty of room for us all. House was very clean. Beds were very comfortable. Loved swinging on the back porch swing and eating dinner outside in the back yard. Quiet neighborhood.

Located in a safe, walkable neighborhood, this property is convenient to downtown and campus. I've stayed twice and will be sure to book again.

The location of this house is great, very close to everything. It was perfect for our family with each bedroom having its own private bath. The managers of the property made themselves available if we needed anything, we didn't which was nice. My two year old grandson was with the family and when we arrived I saw that a gate on the fence was missing. I mentioned that it was a concern and when we returned from the grocery store there was a small fence covering the opening. The garden and back porch are wonderful. The house is very old and needs quite a bit of work, so don't expect a Four Seasons but it was quite accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

My ladies tennis team rented the large Main House to house two teams for four days. We were delighted with the spacious, comfortable and clean house. There were ten ladies in this large 5/5 house with plenty of room, and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with plates, utensils and cups. Everyone was very pleased with their stay - we would recommend the property and plan to return next year.

Clean, comfortable, safe, and plenty of room for 5+. Five BR's, each with its own bathroom, plus two common areas, a dining room, kitchen, laundry room, front and back porches, and a balcony. Off-street parking. Quiet neighborhood. An easy walk to the town square (with restaurants and pubs) and the MTSU campus. Owner communicates promptly and answers all questions thoroughly.

Our family and friends had a great time relaxing in this historic home located right in the heart of Murfreesboro. The accommodations met our needs and allowed everyone to be comfortable.
