This is our 2nd time staying at this property and we really love it. The 1st floor convenience during the busy summer is really nice. We love the bedroom setups and multiple balconies for our 2 families.

We had a large group of ten - 7 adults and 3 small children. There was plenty of room for all of us to co-exist for a week. The balconies are great way to relax and watch the ocean waves. Loved being on the 1st floor because of the easy access to the beach and pools. Since there are two quick easy staircases to get down to ground level, no need to spend time waiting for elevators!!!

We had a great time at Splash with our kiddos. The condo was big enough to fit 6 adults and 4 kiddos. The only negative thing about the condo was that one of the bathtubs didn’t drain well. Being on the first floor at Splash is a huge deal. I wouldn’t stay at Splash any other way because of the elevator wait.

Big layout- extra balcony that no other unit has- 1st floor was perfect- my wife had knee replacement 8 weeks ago she was able to get up and down without a lot of stress or standing around waiting for elevators- unit was fantastic- owners are very communicative- all in all a great trip and beautiful unit!
For US this 1st floor corner was the BEST unit in the entire building

We had an amazing stay and would definitely book again. We had a small issue at check in that was out of the owners control and when we notified the owners they had it taken care of immediately! They were absolutely wonderful.

The property had the perfect set up for us! The MIL section was great for our friends without a kid! The main area was perfect for us and my sister in law helping with our toddler! The view was stunning! Room was clean with plenty of room! Would 100% stay here again! 1st floor was a major plus, no elevator wait just a short stair trip! Pool options were great for our 2 year old, with easy beach access!

We had an amazing time here! Gorgeous doesn’t even begin to explain it all! We had plenty to do, perfect weather and BEAUTIFUL beach and water! Everyone was extremely helpful if we had any questions about the property and the kids LOVED the pools! It was great to have a reserved beach spot for the week so we knew we had the perfect spot. The only thing that we didn’t like… was having to leave!

We had three couples in a toddler plenty of room to hang out together as well as separative needed ha ha. The lockout suite was perfect for my daughter, son-in-law and grandbaby for napping, etc. easy access to the beach, the splash pad and pools. Check in with super easy I can’t say enough about the host. We had one issue with the breaker box. They responded immediately and was fixed. The property was clean well furnished Will Definitely stay there again If you wanna place that super friendly, this is the place There was always plenty of parking Thank you for making our family trip. Amazing.

We loved our stay! The pictures are completely accurate and the unit is actually bigger in person. It was clean, spacious, and in a good location that’s close to all the PCB attractions and restaurants. The lockout suite was an added bonus since it had its own bathroom and kitchenette. Management is easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. Easy instructions for checking in and departure. I would 10/10 recommend and would stay here again!

This was one of the best vacations! The condo is wonderful! One bedroom has bunk beds which the 4 yr old slept on bottom. It has its own mini kitchen too. The rest of unit was great! Nice big bathrooms. The porch (s) are great- we would drink morning coffee and watch the sunrise. The view was great and SO convenient to elevator or stairs. The 2, 3 and 4 year old loved the beach- water warm. Later we herded our group to the Splash pad area for shaded play. Although chilly water, it was amazing! They laughed and played- just great times. After a quick warm up in the hot tub, they were back hiding from the massive bucket splashing water all over. We grilled out one night by the tiny splash pad area. What a treat! The Meisner’s were great to work with. No issues. Lots of bath towels provided, big washer/dryer, TV’s in all rooms. We all agreed this was the best spot and vacation with kids! We had grandparents down to a 2 yr old. Golf nearby, the Dolphin World huge hit, the pirate cruise awesome for little ones. Highly recommend 101East at splash! Thanks for the memories!

This was our second year staying in 101E, and it did not disappoint! With five adults and three kids, we still had plenty of space for sleeping and rainy day fun. The condo was clean and ready to go with plenty of towels and extra pillows and blankets. Love it and can’t wait to go back!

Overall property was excellent. Have stayed at Splash Resort before. Some concerns about caked-on dust on door to furnace/air conditioner as well as dirty air filter and dust on bathroom exhaust vents. There were also yellow stains on sheets in third (queen) bedroom, and what appeared to be dried soda stain under love seat in living room.

The condo was very well equipped for our stay...The beds were comfortable (lots of extra pillows in the closet) and the unit was clean and updated. The owners were easy to contact and responded immediately to a minor concern about the a/c which was taken care of within an hour or so of our arrival. (The owner had already given us a heads up that there might be an issue with the a/c)There were some extra fans available as well if we'd needed them. Having the extra lock out unit was perfect for our family of 9. We appreciated the full size stacked washer/dryer. There were ceiling fans in all the bedrooms and that was a big plus for us. The unit is on the end and there is an extra side balcony which is accessible from the lock out unit as well as then spare bedroom... We have no complaints at all on this unit. The ONLY drawbacks that we had was the walk from the parking garage to the lobby and the long waits for the elevator....thankfully, the unit is on 1st floor so we only had a couple of flights of stairs to walk up or down if we couldn't wait for the elevator. We would highly recommend this unit.

Great Beach Trip!
Splash 101E was just as the description stated. The condo was clean and well stocked. We loved that they had liquid hand soap at every sink. We have typically stayed in the one bedroom condos at Splash, however, this year my parents were joining us and we needed extra space, so we went with this condo. We are happy we did! The views were fabulous. It was nice waking up to the beach right outside the window! I highly recommend staying here. We will be back!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The owners were quick to respond, they have excellent communication and this was the most well stocked condo we have ever stayed in. Everyone in our group was thrilled with the room and there was plenty of space for all seven of us to spread out. The views were gorgeous and the location was perfect. We will stay here again!

Best Vacation Ever
The property is exactly as described and more. Our consensus was it was the best stocked prooerty we have rented. The only thing missing were beach towels but there was a store right across the street so we grabbed a couple and were good to go. The few minor issues we had were resolved by the owner quickly. The amenities kept my niece very happy and there were plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance. We are planning on visiting again soon
