Nothing clean

The furniture old and the bed not clean and have a lot of hair

Bardzo miły i uczynny personel. Pan z recepcji tłumaczył jak dojechać , co ciekawego i gdzie zobaczyć , uśmiechnięty i życzliwy o każdej porze dnia i nocy :)

Osoba sprzątająca pokoje zapominała o wymianie ręczników czy kawie. Po zgłoszeniu na recepcji wszystko zostało uzupełnione.

Good hotel to stay both for strutture ( clean, central and new) and for the staff always available and kind. The hotel have also discount for all activities such as snorkeling and diving.

The bathroom water supply was poor, no towels And the closet in the Second bedroom was broken

The stuff was so nice and helpful, the hotel was clean.

They need to take care more of the room facilities. For e.g. the shower door was broken.

The price was good for the dates I visited Aqaba.

My room had window to the corridor, that's why the curtain was always covering it. There was no fresh air in the room and I had to use AC all the time. Bathroom is very tiny.

the hospitality, great staff always available with great service. the hotel provides many great activities specially snorkelling and diving, would surly do it again!

Good position, very nice staff. Big room, clean.

We found in the room just one towel each, no shower mat, and no toilet brush. The mattress cover kept coming off, it was uncomfortable.

The size of the room was huge, we even had a living room. Everything was clean and comfortable. The location is good, you can easily walk to all the important sights of the city. Breakfast was plentiful. They helped us organize a trip to Wadi Rum, including a Jeep tour, accommodation, and driver. Their camp (Nael Bedouin Camp) in Wadi Rum was amazing (10 out of 10). The service was also perfect, they were very welcoming and helped us with everything that we asked.

The shower could have been separated from the toilet with a curtain. This style was very common in Jordan though.

They are robbering you if you choose a Petra or Wandi Rum trip managed by the reception !

We liked the location, the staff, and the beds. Nice parking spot.

It smelled of cigarettes in our room, and the bathroom got flooded if someone showered. We did not know that we needed to turn on the hot water, so we showered in cold water.

The staff members were very helpful and friendly, and the rooms were a good size.

Unfortunately there were bedbugs in my room and I realised by the time I'd left the hotel that I'd been bitten. When I notified a staff member of this, he was very apologetic and assured me that they would deal with the issue.

Sultán was a very helpful at the reception explaining all about the diving activities to do at the Red Sea he was organising all for us, Hotel, nice, and clean...we had a nice apartment. Good price relation

not enough toilet paper - we had to ask for it every time breakfast - not good quality locality - construction sites all around, noisy, dusty, rubbish cleanliness - insufficient some equipment in a room - not working

The personal was very nice. We had really nice room with everything we need. The location was good, we went only down and were at the city. I really recommend this hotel.

I don't like the shower because water was everywhere but its small thing.
