everything - I love IHG Holiday Inn hotels. This one is no different - clean, great free simple breakfast, plenty of free parking, great customer service. Easy access to A&M main campus and all the stores and shops in between. The Cinemark is less than half a mile away and on a 107 degree day, went to see Oppenheimer to stay cool between noon and 3pm.

Actually was satisfied with everything. Due to being in TX it could probably use a little more shade in spots but it's clear this hotel is fairly new as it's in a construction area with other hotels presently being built around it.

Cancelled my room because they were charging me 24 hours before I got there. Card was declined due to my card was turned off. They said they tried to call me, Liars, 24 hours before. She gave me my number but she changed the last digit. Lady in charge acted like she did not care that we were 7 hours away from home that that was our problem finding a place to stay.

Friendly staff, comfortable mattress, amenities, breakfast.

Water pressure in shower.

The older lady at front desk was the best !!!!

Woke up Sunday morning to go get breakfast Opened my door to throw up all the way down the hallway :/ Towels on top of it ! Come back with my food and have to see it again Get ready to leave with suitcases in tow and trying to go around it all and the smell It should of been handled immediately!!!!
