The apartment is very wide, excellent view of the city, well equiped, most importantly an amazing host, super generous, she brought coffee, honey and bread and she was very nice to give many recommendations and connect with her friends in other regions in Georgia, will definetely visit again!

My family stayed there for one night only, but we will definitely will go back as It was pleasant to stay. More than polite and welcoming personnel, cool view from the top.

We didn't spend much time at the property, but it met all our requirements. Our host was very welcoming and nice, she got in contact with us right after booking via whatsapp, got all the info to be sure what we need. We arrived from airport with rental car, but she also offered transfer from airport or you can ask her about car rental options. There were no problems to find the location, they had a sign visible from street and google got us close enough. We arrived very late (around 2:00 or 3:00) but our host stayed up and met us upon arrival. She also offered breakfast, which was very nice. Room had a nice balcony.

We had a very short stay at property and it met all our expectations. Room has a gas heater, host turned it on before our arrival and it was sufficient, we were also offered extra blankets, but those were not needed, we come from colder climate and felt good. Bathroom next to the room but with entrance from outside, it meant you have to transit cold area, but we didn't see it as a problem. Walls and floor slabs are thin and uninsulated, so sound travels easily, but the neighbourhood is mostly quiet.

Pictures are far from reality and road to the building only for best F1 drivers. Narrow and extremely steepy alleys with deep holes.

Everything according to the description. Very friendly, flexible people. Clean, Spacious, rooms, and home atmosphere. The location is perfect: the city center is very near, but the apartment is on a hill, so you have fresh air, quiet, and plenty of greenery. The view from the balcony and terrace is spectacular. The owners offer transport to all kinds of places. Great stay for a low price.

The host Nino is super friendly and helpful. Nino and her husband offered us a transfer from/to airport for reasonable price. Furthermore Nino helped us to rent a budget car and assisted to arrange sim cards for internet. Does not matter she does not speak English, she manages your local language immediately via translator instead 🙂 BESO apartment is a good start into journey through Georgia. Of course they offer some food, wine and quite strong chacha at place. 5 min away from apartment you may find beautiful old church. You will love the perfect view over the city from balcony. Fully recommend it!
