The bath shower room was updated and nice. When messaging owner he was nice.

The house was hard to find and we didn't have pictures of the outside to help look for it. Cleanliness was lacking. Proper Repairs from the previous guests had not been fixed. The house seemed like it was lived in a while ago, and now used for guest housing. Furnishings were odd and old, kitchen was cluttered.

Unfortunately the place was not cleaned when we arrived due to a misunderstood with cleaning staff according to the lord. We had to sleep another place. Maybe the place is good when clean. Communication was bad : little English, fortunately we had a friend speaking good Japanese, but generally speaking we couldn't have swift and clear answers to our questions. Advice for next tenants : speak Japanese and check properly a few days AND hours ago the status of the place (cleaning, reservation). Otherwise try another place.

Good location for surfing and beach lounging.
