Easy to communicate with the host. Very clean and organized place. Location was also great.

The location was great and the apartment was spacious (except for the bathroom). The price was good, and the kitchen was very well-equipped. It was very convenient being able to use the washing machine. The owners were friendly and helpful.

I didn’t like that you used a code to open the door, and the code obviously hadn’t been changed for a long time. Anyone who had stayed there could have come in whenever they wanted.

The quality of air in the apartment was very bad, a very dusty apartment - my daughter was very allergic to dust and was sneezing continuously. So we stayed only one night out of 3 that we booked. I asked for a refund for 1 night but the landlord refused. Another thing - noisy and outdated AC , it was impossible to sleep in those conditions. Regarding parking - if you get lucky to find one then it's free ( took me 30 minutes to dry around to find one).

it was well equipped and smelt very clean when we arrived. the owner was very kind and helpful and helped us try to locate a lost item. there is a coffee shop opposite and restaurants and take aways nearby.

Located next to busy main road in the lower town, it’s a good 20-30 minute walk (uphill) into the Old Town. You will hear noise from the unit upstairs (if it’s rented at the same time) their bathroom is right above your bedroom so as soon as they are up showering / flushing the loo you will be disturbed. a curtain in the bedroom would be nice as the blind is broken and the light comes in too early which is not nice.

Great place to stay as lots of convenience store near the place we stay, close to walking distance to old Quebec.

Good location, free parking at nearby streets, interior is pretty spacious.

The sofa bed is not the most comfortable, and it is in the living room which is right right the streets, can be a little loud. the main bedroom however does not have any issue.
