The staff were very nice. I thank Chona, Julia, Jemma and Nerissa. They tried to accommodate our needs. Chona helped us with the upgrade of our room from the 6 beds dorm style to a suite on the 2nd floor. The suite has 1 bedroom (1 queen and 1 twin size beds), living room, kitchennette and balcony. The staff provided us additional 2 bed cushions to use in the living room area. They gave us extra pillow and towels when we requested it. Also, plates and utensils were provided after our request. The AC in the rooms are good and electric fan is also available. They also provided a complimentary ride to the port. Very nice people. Beautiful view at the back of the resort. We had a good family photo shoot. 😊

The room we stayed in was not well maintained. The main bathroom shower water was first very cold then they made it very hot. It was not fixed in our 3 nights stay. The bathroom sink may have black stain or was not cleaned well. I mentioned this but they did not clean it. The shower was positioned on an higher level from the floor which was weird. The cabinet drawers has bug wings so we did not use it. It would have been better if there was microwave provided. The place should focus on the bathroom, faucets and kitchennette sink. Also, wipe dust on all furniture before a new client arrives.

Läget direkt vid strand som Passade bra för snorkling. Charmigt ställe som var litet men mysigt. Möjlighet att hyra snorkel utrusning billigt samt ombesörjer personalen att Moped scoter går att hyra på boendet. Lugnt & avskilt men ändå nära centrum som vi tog scoter till. Rummet välstädat & rent, luktade gott. Inget att klaga på där.

Matsal som är under ett stort renoveringsbehov. Idag har man stora träbrädor som man använder till att staga upp hela innertaket från att rasa ihop. 70% av sittytan i matsalen avstängd pga risk för att det faller ihop. Inga färska frukter fanns att köpa i restaurangen som var dåligt bemannad när man skulle beställa ex en drink, då fick man leta efter personal för det fanns ingen på plats. Likadant när man skulle beställa frukost fick man leta efter mån som kunde öppna köket & ta emot beställning. När vi beställde en enkel lunch fick vi veta att vi skulle gå vänta 1 Tim på den & då var det bara vi som beställde mat, inga andra gäster var där. Stället har stort renoveringsbehov gällande matsal & behöver jobba på bättre tillgänglighet i restaurang/ bar. Toalett var ur funktion när det gällde att kunna spola så vi fick hälla vatten i toaletten för att spola undan kiss & avföring. Vi blev erbjuden ett annat rum som låg vid en avstängd liten pool med gammalt grönt, slemmigt vatten direkt vid dörren , vi avböjde därför att byta rum för den utemiljön såg äcklig ut. Vi hade en grupp Tuppar ( ca 5-6 st) vid vårt fönster samt på sidan av rummen som väckte oss varje morgon med sitt galande från kl 04-07.30, tupparna turades om hela tiden att gala tidigt på morgonen.

one room didn’t have a very cool aircon but it wasn’t that much of a big deal.

We stayed at the little house next to the ocean, it was beautiful stay watching sunrise and sunset. We loved everything about the place and would recommend it to everyone who is visiting the area!

You will not find more accommodating hosts. The staff is kind and attentive.
