I love the entire apartment.

No lift in the property and the noise coming from the window type ac.

The size of apartment was good.

The lack of grocery , 7/11, sari sari , ministore fir food supplies like milk , coffeee, water and food snacks.. within walking distance.

The lounge suite was painful to sit on and the balcony was like a prison cell.

Big spacious, clean, felt at home.

Stairs, but it’s a very minor problem.

We like the room over all and it's very clean and quiet place. The stuff is very nice and friendly too Also me and my bf do love the room we stayed there for like 2 weeks and we really really enjoy our vacations with a nice place to stay. 😊💖

Nothing, I like it overall

The staff (Jen & Rose) was awesome, friendly and responsive. The rooms are sizable. The room was clean and everything present for easy home prep meals.

There really is no attraction around, embedded in the local community. NO elevator, so if with luggage come strong. The couch, i really didnt want to seat on it, could use shampoo in my opinion. No soap or shampoo so bring yours. Checkin and checkout strict without additional pay.

amazing value for money. Everything was clean/comfortable. Kitchen hob worked great, able to cook just fine. Check-in was easy, even though we missed the opening hours of the office. Highly recommend

Jude the guy who helped us and explained everything we asked about in great detail, was amazing. The rest of the staff were also very welcoming, as we did arrive earlier than expected

It is on the 2nd/ 3rd floor and there were no elevator, just stairs so not ideal if you have heavy bags/ baggage.

The apartment is convenient when you are coming / departing from the airport. There is a big super market not far away from the apartment. If you arrive outside the office working hours, make sure you write the company in advance, otherwise you may experience issues with getting inside the room.

Far away from the city center and sometimes it could be a challenge to get a cheap taxi that would go from Cebu City to Mactan area. The room had a smell of food / cooking from the previous owners. It is very noisy from the street and the curtains do not cover all the light that would come from the light in the street. The beds were uncomfortable and with a lot of springs.

Clean, friendly staff. I enjoyed my stay. Highly recommended!

the property was very clean and tidy and the bedroom was comfortable. they had some toiletries too which is always nice despite it being an appartment. the staff working there are very nice, helped us with our luggage and when leaving at 3am the man working there helped us again with our luggage and in calling a cab down from the road.

we didn’t know there is a male club next door - so when we returned to the hotel at night to sleep there was super loud music playing the entire night until the early morning when we left. none of us could sleep, including my 8 month old baby- not recommended for families. if you’re a young couple and plan on staying out all night in bars/clubs and coming home late and sleeping during the day then it’s fine. also there is no elevator so its not going to be appropriate with anyone with mobility issues or if you have a lot of or heavy luggage. The kitchen facilities are poor for an appt - hardly anything to cook with and very few plates and cups - I’m used to having more utensils and plates etc available when booking appts.

Spacious apartment with great bathroom. Well priced.

Our apartment was next to the male strip club, thus very loud. There is not much to do in the area but use as a place to sleep before flight. No kettle in the apartment. The kitchen basin tap was leaking.

Wifi/Internet was too slow and barely worked. The heater in the shower was or too hot (on) or unheated (off). You couldnt adjust the temperature.

Close to mactan airport. Huge and spacious apartment, equipped with all the things we need. Safe and quiet at night. Reasonable price.
