fantastic location everything you needed round you but relaxing too.lovely and close to Eden project which we came down to see.
there's nothing really I can think off to say I didn't like.

The caravan was soo clean and spacious
One of the main reasons we booked is because of the pool. It was closed for the whole time! Kids were really disappointed as they were really looking forward to it. We could have booked somewhere else for cheaper if we knew that.

Amazing site,beautiful surroundings. Staff were so friendly. Courtesy call morning after first night to check we were OK!. Clean caravan. Beautiful little touches of cleaning pack and smellies. The beach right over the road is stunning, a lovely pond with lots of ducks,geese, and swans. The play park is just right,my daughter loved it. Perfect t location for eden project only 4 miles away. Myself and my daughter were there to see Yungblud at Eden sessions and we are already waiting for next year's line up to book again to stay at par Sands!

Lovely caravan, lovely location next to a lake full of geese! Lots of wildlife and beach right on the doorstep.
Pool was only available at certain times which if you're busy on days out didn't fit in. If we had been there for a longer holiday I'm sure we would have used it but as we were only there for 2 nights we didn't get to use it.

It was nice, quiet and close to the beach. The property was clean and comfy. I could come back there in the future.
The pool in the leisure centre was a bit too small.

We were comfortable . The dishwasher was left dirty with the dirty dishes, and it was very smely. Also there were dogs hair all Overy and saliva on the table. No pillow covers on thd pillows.

Location good for nearby beaches such as carlyon bay. Also close to Fowey.
Par sands beach, at times there was an awful smell like a sewage.

The dog friendly beach was only a short walk over the dunes. The park was well maintained and the staff were friendly. The caravan was pleasant and cleaned to a good standard on arrival.
The outdoor furniture was shabby and damaged so we had to use our own camping chairs.

Dirty carpet and foul smell in the sitting area, bed sheets were not clean enough and really dusty rooms. Old and dirty bed cushions.

We were visiting family in Par and didn’t have any real expectations. Purely chosen because of proximity to family home. However, we were really surprised how good the accommodations was. Modern, clean, well equipped accommodation and friendly staff. The grounds are kept in extremely good order and the kids loved being almost on the beach. We will definitely visit again.

If I had to find one small negative it’s that we couldn’t access Wi-Fi from the accommodation.

location was a great base for days out. swimming pool was spotless, as was the entire holiday park.
There really wasn’t anything not to like.

amazing value for money, very clean and all staff were lovely. great location and well looked after premises.
I cannot fault much of my stay, we were only disappointed with the way the use of the swimming pool worked. we tried 4 times to get a swimming slot for us and our baby but we were turned away each time due to it being full. it is run on a first come first serve basis which I don’t think seems to work well and means some people don’t get to use the facilities. we were told by a member of staff to come half an hour before a slot to get a space, we did this and still no luck.
