We came to relax and celebrate my 65th birthday. The house is beautiful and the view is amazing. Loved how peaceful and relaxing the area was. We had deer, hares and quail walking through the yard, which we really enjoyed. The beach was a joy to visit. This house has everything you need for a great visit. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need. Would definitely recommend.

The house is well stocked for hanging out, cooking, relaxing, and quality family time. We enjoyed having three separate levels of sleeping options. The appointments and furnishings are casual and not fussy which was as advertised and worked fine for us. The area in general offers great walks/hikes including more remote coastline trails.

Home was very well appointed. It comes with just about everything you need to cook in. Weekend getaway was everything we were hoping for and the house was a major factor in our enjoyment. Highly recommend this property.

We chose this place based on the photos of the views. The pictures are accurate, even though we managed to come on a very foggy weekend. Still, the house is cozy and clean with comfortable beds. It was just my husband and I, but this would be a comfortable place for a family of four or five people.

This house is a terrific property. Incredible views! The home felt very cozy… Relaxing living area, comfortable beds, good size dining table, fully stocked kitchen. Lots of wildlife on the hillsides to enjoy. Close to Dillon Beach. Small general store nearby, with essential groceries, but I suggest bringing most of your groceries with you! We had a bit of an issue upon arrival, but Linda, property manager, addressed it quickly, and went above and beyond for us. We greatly appreciated her!

My visiting family members enjoyed a relaxing vacation in this home with a beautiful view and a great cooking/dining area. Plenty of places to sleep comfortably and kid friendly.

I am sad to leave this place this morning because it is so peaceful and the view is so lovely. The house furnishings are very nice except the sofa which is showing some wear. Plush towels. Thumbs up all the way.

The great room/kitchen/dining is a great place to be, ocean views from every window. Comfy beds, very well-stocked kitchen.

Our family had a great time here. The view was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked. The proximity to Dillon beach was great. The stairs are slightly steep for an older dog, but this is no fault of the owner. We just kept our pet upstairs and it was fine. Plenty of area for us to spread out. We thoroughly enjoyed our time on their front porch staring at the ocean. This came is handy when the winds picked up at the beach. We could still enjoy looking at the ocean but protected from the wind. They had plenty of boogie boards and things to bring to the beach.

A very comfortable home w well stocked kitchen except for no paper towels or sponge for wiping countertops. Appreciated the filtered water in the fridge, children’s dinnerware, and games and puzzles. I did not realize second bathroom on the main level and not near other bedroom but turned out not to be a big deal. We enjoyed our stay with beautiful views of ocean and fun at the beach.

Perfect place to have a family get together. Multi-level house that offers a space for everyone and of course has great views!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this house. The ocean, beach, and Pt. Reyes views were spectacular and the weather was perfect. Beds are comfy. The few small things that were amiss we're responded to promptly. The kitchen is narrower than is depicted in photos, so our group of cooks, all of whom wanted to be in the kitchen, were crowded but happy. You will get plenty of exercise if you walk to the general store or beach and then back up to the house. Great hill!

The house was easy to locate and the view was more spectacular than any of the online photos! The beach was close by, but far enough away to have privacy and not traffic. It was homey and elegant all in one place.

We have rented several houses out in Dillon, and were very pleased with this home. Stunning Views. Awesome kitchen, fabulous appliances, has great cookware/crockery and nice serving dishes. Very comfortable.

We escaped to Dillon in search a beach retreat for our family before the days of summer ended. We were very happy with our stay. A few call outs;Pros; well stocked kitchen tools(labeled shelves would be helpful), mattress toppers for beds, beach towels, boogy boards, great open floor plan, beautiful expansive views. The house is very well-loved- and not pristine- which is a pro in my opinion. Cons: Better cleaning needed- mold in master bathroom was awful, set up of upstairs bedroom not ideal - listing was not clear - extra room with trundle is really a hall way, Rules for recycling spelled out would be helpful (Paper/plastic/glass), Wall Clock not working- set at 3:00 AM, Water pressure low, Odd low counter and small sink in master bath, not enough cleaning supplies for guests (counter spray NA), no batteries in mini vac, guest book was very outdated and offered zero value.We had a wonderful time and enjoyed exploring Tomales Bay, Bodega Bay, Inverness and Dillon of course! Of note, when a rather big issue occurred [the water heater was not working] but Property ManagerJohn arrived 20 minutes after my call and handled it perfectly. Very respectful. We had hot showers that night. If you're looking for luxury- this isn't your place- it is a cozy beach house you where can put your feet up.
