This was by far the cleanest most organized rental I have ever stayed at. Can't say enough about the wonderful customer service. Looking forward to going back!

this was a perfect property... owner beverly was detailed with check in and any extra instructions... the extra 6 beach chairs n 2 beach tags was a plus!cape plaza unit 7 is a large 3 floor condo on beach front.. outdoor deck was shaded in evening for sunset. perfect location to beach boardwalk and town mall and sites. Clean, updated and fully equipped. thanx for making our first extended family vacation easy and relaxing! We can't wait to come back !

Four of us girls stayed in Cape May for a birding weekend. The house was close to everywhere that we wanted to go. It was nice that we each were able to have our own bedroom. We had one minor issue and Beverly, the owner, was quick to rectify the problem and even went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. Every time I had a question, she was quick to respond and a pleasure to correspond with. I would definitely rent this property again!

Great accommodations and location!

Being across the street from the beach made this an ideal location for our family getaway. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I would be a bit more specific in the property description indicating that the grill was a small electric standing George Forman type and the outdoor shower was actually a hose. I wish the owner had provided grilling utensils. We also would have liked information about the garbage/ recycling days as we were unsure if/when to put the cans out. Otherwise everything was great. There was plenty of room for us and we could actually see the ocean from multiple rooms.

Beverly is an excellent host- very timely and accurate communication. Excellent location and very clean, well maintained property. We would definitely stay here again!!

We love the location of the property. Right across the street from a beach entrance and a nice walk to downtown/mall area. Plenty of room to stretch out. Would love to stay at the location again.

Townhouse is clean and spacious. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Easy checkin and checkout process. Right across the street from the beach. I highly recommend it. Lucked out with great weather. Had a wonderful time. Cape May is a great town with wonderful restaurants and entertainment.

Property is kept clean. It is a user friendly atmosphere. To further enhance the stay I suggest to replace the frying pans. Bacon and eggs quickly burned.... it was challenging to save it. Great place!

Great location. No surprises

This is a great house. Plenty of space, comfortable, nicely decorated, and stocked with all the comforts of home. There were even games and beach toys for the kids. The location was perfect for us - right across the street from the beach and a short walk to the action in town. Beverly is a pleasure to deal with - she is very responsive, attentive to the guest, takes great care of her home, and she is very kind. She even gave us great restaurant recommendations. We can’t wait to return next summer !

Great location across from beach access. Spacious accommodations with more than enough room for our family of 5. Within walking g distance to restaurants and shops.

The condo was nicer than expected. The photos don’t do it justice. We enjoyed our stay very much. The following was not good: The water in the 3 showers didn’t drain well and the clothes dryer was full of sand. One zone control for the AC was tough first floor was cold while the 3rd floor was hot. Again we enjoyed our stay thank you

I don’t know where to even begin— Between the location—across from the beach. We walked over to the beach each morning with the kids. We had the opportunity to use toys and equipment that Beverly had available for us to use. Then, of course, there’s the beautiful and well loved home that Beverly shares with her guests. The home felt just like that—a home away from home. It was cozy and comfortable AND modern. WiFi, cable, (necessary with our kids) along with board games and books were available for use. The kitchen was stocked with appliances we might need, and we appreciated the Keurig along with the regular coffee maker. She thought of EVERYTHING. The home was beautiful, light, spacious, and clean. This was a memorable week for us and Beverly’s home played a huge part in that. Would recommend 100%.

We had a wonderful time celebrating my sisters 30th birthday in Cape May at this home. We had trouble finding a good place on most home sharing websites, but felt so lucky to have stumbled upon this place in the PERFECT location. Situated right on beach avenue and a 20 minute walk away from downtown, we loved the convenience. The condo itself was also very spacious and was stocked with helpful resources that made our stay easy. Beverly was very responsive and accommodating and even gave us some tips on where we can park (one spot is included in the complex, but others parked right on Jersey Ave. for free and had no issues. Would highly recommend!
