I have discovered Mandala three years ago and since then, I spent every year my summer vacation at the place. I was absolutely fascinated by Mandala, a luxurious boutique hotel right on the beach, comprised of seafront suites with beautiful individual terraces. Mandala offers an absolute luxurious experience, whether you are a family, a romantic couple, or a single person that loves fabulous sea front locations. The suites are spacious, quiet, clean and top furnished. The breakfast is absolutely amazing, diversified and very fancy. You can have buffet or à la carte, as you prefer. The place is run by an extremely kind Greek family, with excellent skills in providing high-class hotel and leisure services. Everything you need you can ask and they will make sure you will have a one of a kind personalized luxurious experience. The staff is extremely kind and professional. During the day you can experience sunbathing from your individual sea view terrace or from Mandala private beach. The property gives you easy access to turtle spotting tours, where you can swim in the crystal clear blue waters, alongside the marvelous Caretta Caretta turtles. Dining at Mandala restaurant is an absolute must-do! The experience is fine-dining indeed. Whether you prefer fish & seafood or meat, you will definitely love it! The food is delicious and sophisticated served in a wonderful atmosphere. At Mandala restaurant you can enjoy as well thematic evenings. You can enjoy live piano music while tasting a glass of exquisite wine. I highly recommend Mandala, a magical place, depicted from fairy-tales! ❤️

Only the location was great

The service was HORRIBLE- Run by a group of kids who did not want to help in any way and did not know a single thing!! ZERO HOSPITATLITY!! The hotel did not have basic amenities for a "4 star" hotel as it is rated. Definitely NOT worth all that money we paid!!!!

The location is great, very good food at breakfast. Also food was excepțional at hotel's restaurant.

The most expensive accommodation of our trip to Greece, but you can probably find better places for that money. We stayed 3 nights in a room – Seafront Suite. There is a lot of potential here, but unfortunately it is not being used. This accommodation is run by a family but unfortunately everything is pretty run down. The rooms look better in the sales pictures than in reality. It is not possible to use the Jacuzzis on the balconies. The breakfast was one of the worst we have ever had. Fortunately, this place also had its good sides. We chose this place only because of the location. Located on the beach and everything you need is very close: shops, restaurants and entertainment. Our rental car broke down when we arrived on the island. So as long as we were without a car it was easy to find activities in Laganas town.

We do not recommend order a taxi through the hotel. They probably call the most expensive taxi who likes to cheat tourists. We got a taxi driver who was extremely rude and drove 100 km per hour in the city. Fortunately, our previous experiences with taxi drivers on the island of Zakynthos were more pleasant and the prices were also more reasonable.

There was NO Wi-Fi when I asked about the problem we were informed there had been NO Wi-Fi for the past 3 yrs and they had to use a special machine to process checks etc They offered no solution to the problem which caused problems for us communicating with other properties etc for the continuation of our vacation just to name one problem They didn’t make up one of our beds and we asked for sheets and said they would bring to our room , which never happened so we went and got them late that night . It was run by very young people and didn’t seem as though they had any direction .

I had room downgrade at arrival... if I didn’t argue, the price for the better room would have had to be paid, they wanted to convince me that I had booked the simple room in vain did I show the original booking. Finally i get back the difference, it was 100 % their mistake. Hot tub does not work due covid 19!!!??? Very poor breakfast, bad wifi. No reception, hard to discuss anything. I dont recommend.

Everything! Clean, bright, well equipped, great location. All the staff are very friendly and helpful.

It's very noisy. The hotel restaurant and some night bars are right under the terrace. The beach itself is very narrow and cramped together. We've had an included breakfast, but they charged us separately for coffee and drinks during the breakfast.

Everything was perfect! The staff is great, food is delicious, the view is amazing and it's perfectly located to expore the area.

good central location, breakfast was ok. lovely waiting staff in restaurant. Convenient for boat access and swimming in sandy shallow water and close to restaurants and shops. Fun to get paddleboats too.

I thought from the photos that we'd booked a much bigger apartment with a kitchen as I hadn't realised that the photos show all the rooms not just the room you've booked so I was looking at the deluxe seafront suite. The normal seafront suite is nice but much much smaller with no kitchen or living room. I found the female manager very difficult to communicate with and not helpful. The male manager onsite was more helpful.

The place is perfectly located to offer easy access to turtle spotting. The luxurious private beach with comfortable sun beds gives access to swimming in the warm crystal clear blue waters and snorkeling alongside the famous Caretta Caretta turtles. Having lunch or dining at Mandala Restaurant is an absolutely exquisite experience. The quality of the food and services are the ones you encounter at Michelin star restaurants. The menu offers a variety of choices from fish & seafood to all kinds of meat making a one of a kind culinary experience, for you and your loved ones. I was particularly touched by the thematic evenings at Mandala Restaurant. Every Tuesday you can enjoy live piano music, which makes dining even more pleasant in a sophisticated atmosphere and every Friday you can dine with the stars. Mandala offers the possibility to watch the moon and the stars through a big telescope and take pictures of them. What can be more delightful than dining with the stars or enjoying live piano music?! Mandala is a place touched by Gods, an absolute heaven on earth, that one must experience at least once in a lifetime! <3

The room was very spacious, very clean, exactly in front of the beach . The hotel has a restaurant that makes really good food

The breakfast was kinda limited and you had to wait lot to get it. I mean like 1 hour waiting. It was clear that the hotel did not have enough staff to prepare it on time. There was no telephone in the room and basically no room service. The jacuzzi was not prepared

The room was wonderful and very clean. We had perfect view to the sea while having breakfast, which was also fantastic. Everyone was very kind and helpful, in my opinion it is the best place on Laganas beach.

The rooms are brand new, spacious and very clean. The food was very good and the staff very friendly.

The location is not suitable if you are looking for a quiet place, rather a destination for nightlife and partying. The wifi in the rooms is very weak.

Impossible to sleep before they cleaned up the kitchen at around midnight. Also terribly loud in the aisle in front of the room. Waitress in the restaurant is running her a...off. Completely overloaded with work!

Fantastic location, exceptionally modern and clean, great helpful staff. Hotel sunbeds are without a doubt the best on the beach. Highly Recommend this as a place to stay in Laganas Make sure you get up one morning and walk down the beach to Cameo Island while its quiet, €5 to get in, but you get a photo keyring

The hotel is directly at the beach and has a very nice restaurant at the seafront with an amazing view over the sea. As an hotel guest, you can have sunbeds for free all day long. The rooms were very big, clean, new and tidy. We always had a very good and transparent communication with the lovely hotel manager and her staff at all times. Although the street with bars and clubs is not so far from the hotel, it was very quiet and silent at night.

Nice room and nice position.

Wasn’t so nice the service and long waiting time for the breakfast, like about 40 min from the order. Even tho the structure is new there are still missing a lot of details.
