The facilities of the accommodation are very good and large.The host's communication and kindness is very good.There is a shopping center nearby and the beach is 8-10 minutes away

An incredible place, cozy, very clean. Meters from the sea with convenient transport, shops and everything you need for a pleasant holiday. With a great host, We would be happy to visit again and I recommend one hundred percent🙂😁🙂

We really liked our stay in the apartment of the host Igor. Firstly, on our first day, Igor met us right at the house, showed us, told us everything and offered to show us the local surroundings, the beach and shops nearby. Next, the host always asked us when we met if everything was okay, if everything was fine, or if nothing was needed. We are also very satisfied with the apartment itself, there was absolutely everything you need for a comfortable stay. All appliances are in working order and without failures, there was a washing machine, even a dishwasher. A large TV with a good screen extension was a pleasant bonus. and as a very pleasant bonus it is worth adding that, despite the check-out time at 10:00 in the morning, Igor, at our request, allowed us to stay until 17:00 in the evening, because we had tickets for the late evening. We were very happy because we still had time to spend in the house I am happy to recommend Igor's apartment, it is a very good option for a holiday in Croatia.

Very nice and cozy, not just about the nice design but also its functionality. Inside, everything was as described and works great. We enjoyed having coffee in the garden and after a full day of activities, relax in the living room and watch some cinema, or come back to the garden and have some good time (There are other guests in the building so use your common sense). About the location, it´is well located, which is by bus to the south, just a few minutes to the center of Rijeka and to the north 15 minutes to Opatja, a must go neighbour city. The bus station is just a few meters down and hipermarket a few meters up in the numerous layers that compose this interesting town. Rjeka was definitely a better experience being a guest of Igor, a true gentleman, who loves his hometown and gave us great tips to enjoy it even more. My experience as a guest is that this property was a mirror of Igor, so I believe not just this flat but all of his others must follow the same standards. Strongly recommend it.

Beach, bus station and supermarket are within walking distance. The host Igor is very friendly and helpful. He also designs the apartments with great attention to detail.

2 adults + 1 5yo child: Perfect location, near to several beaches (10min), beach restaurants and bars, grocery shop (5min), bus stop (10min), not so far from city centre (10-15min by bus). Accomodation corresponds to the photos (there are even some improvement compared to photos in bathroom and bedroom), absolutely clean, cosy, kitchen and bathroom well equipped (dishwasher, dishes, washing machine, hair drier...), air condition in living room, TV with access to Youtube, Netflix, perfect patio with nice gazebo suitable for eating or relaxing, we were absolutely satisfied. One of the biggest advantages is the owner of apartment Igor, he is very friendly, supportive, ever ready to help with everything, answer all your questions or just talk about anything. After our arrival he picked us up from the station and drove us to show us the important places in the area, he even provided us possibility to store our luggage in utility room after check out till the evening and then he drove us to the train. He made us to feel very great and comfortable during whole our stay in Rijeka. Many thanks, Igor!
