Beautifully presented property, nestled amongst the trees and hills. We particularly enjoyed the hpt tub, comfy beds and log burner. A lovely place to rest and relax as well as a great base for hiking in Nelson Lakes NP

We thought breakfast was provided based on photos on the listing, however this is no longer the case. The host has promised to update the listing accordingly though and we were provided with some cider, teas, coffees, snacks and toiletries which was a lovely touch.

This place was even better than I thought. The whole layout of the unit and attention to detail was amazing. All the appliances, sheets, toiletries were high quality. Lots of space, so comfortable. The hot tub was amazing. Such beautiful grounds. Easy walk into town if you need it. So beautiful.

I can't think of anything for this place

This is my favorite place in New Zealand. It is a native bush/bird paradise with luxury accommodation ,great for teenagers and the hot tub is amazing in winter. The fire is cozy and I actually was able to RELAX. Love the lake as well 'Thanks Mary Allan

Excellent hosts in a very magical location

It’s beautiful setting in close proximity to Lake Rotoiti and surrounding walks. Very comfortable and thought out furnishings. Well equipped and spacious rooms. Hot tub. Relative isolation. Excellent hosts.

The grounds is lovely.

That we did not have any heating for very cool single digit nights and the fire place could not be operated because it is officially summer.

Serene and private . Nice environment and convenient. Facilities are good. Having both Washing machine and dryer is great .

Some Sand flies at area, hence must keep the doors and windows closed most of the time . There is no heater for the chill weather . Though an aircon is good for the afternoon sun that heats up the room when the doors are closed ( green house effect)
