Amazing patio views! Brought my dad to enjoy the beautiful mountains and night sky of Tucson. This is the perfect little condo for small family or friends to really see amazing views of the mountains. Would 100% recommend and stay again!

The best part of this condo is the back porch and the view! I soaked it up every day! Just gorgeous. The condo is convenient to shopping, dining, and hiking. It is a quiet community and this condo is tucked back in a corner. There was a lot of maintenance going on in the parking lots and at the front of the condo that took some manipulation to get in and out some days, but otherwise, it was an easy, quiet, and comfortable stay with a gorgeous background!

Also, nice extra touches, such as coffee pouches, laundry soap and shower products - none of which were expected. The pool on the east side of Kolb Road could have been cleaner, but that is not the owners responsibility. Also, there was some landscaping maintenance going on during our stay, but it was not disruptive. Great stay, we'll be back!

This is a wonderful place to spend time enjoying the Catalina foothills. The condo is comfortable and attractive with huge windows directly facing the mountains. The outdoor patio has a view directly into the Ventana canyon giving a sense of being out in nature. The condo complex has great amenities making this a wonderful place for a getaway especially for those who live in a wintry climate.

Especially as the agreement was only sign up once a day and no guests was did not give us flexibility to flow through our day and make a change. However,I was given the invite to Swim at the Loews Ventana swimming pool which did enable me to have the vacation and exercise that I needed. I do have a complaint. We were charged $75 fee for paying our advance fee via credit card! This was a rude surprise as there was no word of the charge or another option offered for payment like a money transfer. So the expenses piled up.

To be part of a condo complex, this one level "casita" was a standout. Bright, spacious, private and lovely views of the desert and surrounding mountains.

The condo was perfect! Great location and the view of the mountains was better than the pictures. We stayed for a work contract and the location was perfect. Neighbors were very nice.

The condos are well-appointed and the location is less than a 5 minute drive to Sabino Canyon, one of the most beautiful, natural areas in the state. Spectrum Realty, specifically Jeannine Bradley and her team, are responsive to any issues, which greatly enhances our renter experience. We come back to this spot year after year.

Prime property on development. Overlooking the mountains. Plenty of wildlife including the calls from coyotes some nights. A visit to Sabino Canyon a must. Plenty of other attractions to see too.

Reviewer Comments: Some people don't care much about where they stay when they're on vacation because they're going to be out doing things all day and they just want a place to sleep, take a shower, etc. That's not me. I want to feel just as comfortable as I would at home, yet surrounded by beautiful scenery while enjoying peace and quiet. This casita at The Greens at Ventana Canyon was perfect for that. Because we didn't realize that Arizona was not on daylight savings time, we arrived an hour before check-in time and Adrianna (I hope I'm not misspelling her name) was still cleaning, yet she was gracious and friendly and welcomed us anyway. During our stay, we had one little problem crop up but management sent someone promptly to fix it. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The casita itself was lovely (we appreciated the thick towels in the bathrooms) and the private back patio had those splendid views. We liked it so much, we hated to leave!
