The apartment was lovely, warm and cosy but spacious too, It had everything we could need and we will be staying there again. Great location too just a 10 minute walk into keswick (if you walk behind the spar you get on the old railway walk and avoid the main road) Also very dog friendly which is fabulous. The owner was really nice and answered messages quickly also let us park in the car park before check in time which was kind.

The apartment is a great location as it is just a short walk into Keswick and there was loads of room for parking. We liked it being a duplex with the bedroom upstairs to the lounge and kitchen. It was a really good size and cosy.
The house smelt quite damp and musty. The kitchen and decor was quite dated and could do with modernising. The shower screen wasn't very effective so the bathroom got soaked every time anyone had a shower! We also weren't told the exact name of the apartment which made key collection confusing for me and other guests when we arrived.

Stayed 3 times before so we knew location was great.
The flat was dusty and full of cobwebs .The kettle was a travel kettle and took an age to boil ,the microwave and toaster needed replacing.The cushions covers were dirty.The TV is outdated too.

The property was in a great location for our walking holiday in the Lakes.
The kitchen was well equipped, there was a bath and shower, and the beds were very comfortable.
It also had plenty of on site parking.

We had a fast response from the property owner when the heating went faulty partway through the week - it was fixed within a few hours. Really pleased with the service we got!

Good location to town centre
Everything there for your stay
A bit dated and wanted modernizing. Cleaning needed to be checked more. There was lots of cobwebs and the cushions on the dining table chairs were dirty .

We had to come home due to a terrible smell in the kitchen and the manager was not available

Good location and an easy walk into Keswick with local shops,pubs and eateries. There was ample free parking for all of the apartments. The apartment was very warm and too hot at times. It is a 2 minute walk from a shell garage and a spar shop which is handy for small items that you have forgotten.
The apartment is on the ground floor and at the end of a terrace of apartments and unfortunately is suffering from rising damp. The wall behind the sofa in the lounge had peeling paint coming off in chunks. The kitchen has a fridge that has been enclosed with a cupboard door and everytime it was opened the smell of cooked cabbage,broccoli and sprouts hit you which is presumably caused by the dampness. We didn't even have those vegetables so it was very unpleasant. The oven on the cooker didn't work at all so we could only use the hob. The extracter fan is broken and so there is no light above the cooker hob. The toaster is rusty and in need of replacing. All in all the kitchen needs a bit of a renovation and some TLC. I don't think that it was worth £700 for the week and I will not be back.

Ideal location for exploring Keswick, with handy off-road parking. Kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for doing a cooked breakfast! A perfect base for a long weekend
We didn’t notice until the last day, but the smoke alarm has been removed. I passed this on to the staff at the hotel when I handed the keys back

Good location and comfortable for the price we paid. Ideal place for dog owners. Plenty of places to park the car.
Shower temperature was difficult to adjust. Would have been useful to have a door mat at the front door

Great location walking distance into Keswick. Also dog friendly, charged extra £25 for dog but worth it, small back garden at rear. Kitchen good size and all equipment and crockery there if you want to cook and stay in for food.
Furniture a bit dated, but no problem, only really using property to sleep and get washed.

We liked the closeness to Keswick centre. So we walked and left the car near the property, off road parking excellent. We liked the easy access with key in lock box. Comfortable beds and rooms, kitchen, lounge area. We had a lovely stay on a very wet Keswick weekend.
The deco could have been slightly more colourful, as location surrounded by trees and therefore bit dark inside. We brought flowers etc to cheer it up a little. But otherwise, very happy value for money.

net curtains dirty, even with the frosted window in the bathroom could have done with a blind for extra privacy also grill handle melted and not picked up by staff after cleaning from previous tenant

Good location, very close to the town, very reasonably priced compared to some properties we looked at.
Toilet & shower both broken, lots of missing kitchen items, lounge lights not working. WiFi mostly non-existent. No response from owners when I contacted them.

the bedroom smelt and felt damp. As this property didn’t get the sun it was very cold and no working heating.
Towel rail didn’t work so towels always damp.
Fire alarm had been removed.

Great location and reasonably priced.
Place smelt of damp, slugs seen in shower room, keys had to be collected and returned to hotel which was an issue as I was leaving at 4am.. Luckily the poor girl on reception came down at 4am and collected the key from me... she is a star...
Need to start using key safes again or have a letter box to post keys in to.

Good location near to the centre of Keswick.
Somewhat dated, superficially clean but probably has not been deep cleaned for some time. Surprisingly cold. odds and ends for crockery and cutlery. Sink plug didn't work. Stereo worked intermittently. Smoke alarm had been removed!
