Overall stay was ok.

Martina, the one who takes calls, has been very helpful.

AC wasn't that cool enough. Water pressure was very low. Location was difficult to find as road construction was being done.

Good location if you like to walk

I loved the rooftop kitchen and dining area.

The location wasn't the best, the bed was uncomfortable, I was there two nights and never saw an employee. Some of the photos from the ad weren't from the real location.

L'odeur provenant de la salle de bain était très compliqué à supporter. Très bruyant avec Les coqs et les chiens la nuit. Pour l à troisième nuit j ai préfère changer de lieu

A great stay for the price. Great location, staff and nearby services

Excellent centralized location within the Hipodromo ‘neighborhood.’ Great local services nearby including eateries, fruit stands , bakery and laundry. Alaya Center Cebu is a 20 minute walk away. Good mix of Pilipino & western people staying @ the property. The upper balcony is a relaxing place to eat & lounge

For westerners with high standards, this place may not be for you

NIENTE, dopo la prima notte abbiamo cambiato hotel

La posizione "tipo favelas" La stanza, piccola, nuda, rumorosa. Spero mi contattiate per spiegare meglio. Non è possibile che booking.com faccia simili giochetti. Le foto della struttura sono false, come pure i commenti assolutamente falsi.

Caratteristico ed accogliente

La struttura è situata in un barrio a mio parere molto carino, caratteristico del posto, mi è piaciuto molto. La stanza era pulita anche se c'è qualcosa da migliorare.

L'unico problema che ho riscontrato è stato che c'è un muro di cinta intorno al barrio invalicabile, le uscite sono solo 2 o 3.

What you pay is what you get, if you lre on a tight budget this place is good,cheap not much clean, no tissue provided n

Simple, so many small shops you can buy stuff like coffee or small meal, aircondition is cold , wifi is ok

Theres no tissue , the blanket , no kettle inside the room you have to go rooftop for the qater and hot water , no coffee available no coat hangers for the cloths

Decent for solo travelers on a budget if you can withstand a hot room

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the locals in the area was also very friendly. The roof open area was nice and spacious and had a decent view of the area.

The room was too hot, and at night there was too much noise from the locals and dogs barking. The bathroom sink was partially falling off and the toilet flush was weak.

Low cost and down to earth stay in Cebu

I really enjoyed the simple breakfast and coffee, and the host was friendly and helpful. Great roof-top kitchen and outside dining area. Wifi is also available. I appreciated the soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toilet tissue. The people I met in the community around the guest house were good to talk to and some gave directions or casual conversation or watched to ensure all was well. I used Grab to get to and from the city cente.

Nothing, I didn't sleep well

The location it's difficult to find,the stairs going up so slope,the aircon long time to cold,the dogs in neighbour so noisy barking, and I checked out 3am and I already informed them when i checked in that i will checked out 3am because I have a flight but no one in will assist me and I'm looking with my 1 luggage that i keep down coz it'sdifficultto bring it up because of the stairs, I knock the door how many times,I called the number almost 1 hour nobody's answer, so I decided to report and ask some help of barangay tanod because I'm getting late going to airport to my flight,we went together with the barangay tanod 2 houses to wake up the person in charge or care taker and thanks God I got my luggage at 4:30 am,imagine 1 hour and 30mins i was panic coz I'm thinking I will be late in flight or I will go with my flight without my luggage.. bad experience ever.

Staff were very helpful and kind. Staff catered our requests with no complaints. They got up so early just to cook and prepare our breakfast because we had early tours and flight. Awesome staff. Nice view on the roof top. Good value for the money.

Steep stairs and open window on the stair areas. It maybe difficult for seniors and kids but we managed.

It is a nice place to stay and like to say thanks to their staff!

It’s a home away from home -if that’s what you’re looking for.

It is quite hard to get a cab during rainy days but the staff is helpful if you ask. Grab and Angkas are available in this area.

Exceptional

The staff were very accomodating even with our last minute change on our booking. They were very understanding and no further questions were being asked. The breakfast was also good. Overall, we were happy with their service and would definitely book with them again the next time we visit Cebu.

The property is a little bit hard to find but if they will put a big sign outside their street, it will help the guests to easily find them.

Very good

It’s very cheap and it’s already a good deal for those who are looking for affordable accommodation.

The stairs are too high and it’s not safe for us especially I stayed with my baby. Good thing, they hand over us our breakfast.
