3rd year in a row staying at the hotel, i like the location is close to downtown but far enough away to not be crowded.
gas and food is all around you. parking lot has space for trucks and car trailers
the sheets and pillows didn't seem to clean and fresh, garbage was not always taken out of our room.
as stupid as this sounds the TV is limited to a few channels, could not change input to watch Roku at night during the Olympics or could not cast the videos and pictures from our day off roading to the TV.
they said they lock the TV channels i.e hdmi 1, 2, 3 so people don't steal them.
tried remote apps on the phone and they would not even connect to the TV.

Convenient to town
Had some weird smell to the rooms

The check in was very easy. We like that we can stay with our dog ($25 pet fee) and they have a little enclosed pet area that they can wonder off lease. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfy. Lots of choices (not many if you are GF) for breakfast.

Great location in Moab. We had our retriever with us and the property was next door to a great walking path through a wooded area. The room was very comfortable and we also enjoyed the breakfast, which had waffle and pancake makers.
Next time we stay here we won't request a room at the end of the hall. The exit door toward the pool area is heavy and closes with a bang! I never knew so many people started their day at 6am.

Clean. Up to date. Convenient.
Staff was stressed out and short tempered although not unfriendly.

Gloves and sanitizer were right by the start of the line and guests were asked to wear them. Rooms were clean.
The elevator is in serious need of repair. It grinds, vibrates, and makes popping noises when moving. That doesn't instill confidence. Also, the interior of the elevator was a mess. Looked like no one had wiped down the buttons or panels in a very long time. Come on, that should be done daily in this era of Covid. Also, the bathroom door lock didn't work. The toilet was so low flow that it plugged up. Staff were ok, but not overly friendly and it felt like we were imposing on them just to do their job. The do not disturb cards fall right off the type of door handle you have installed every time you open the door.

I loved how clean the hotel and rooms smelled. I loved how cool the rooms were after a hot day outside. The staff helped with anything we needed. The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Our room was big and spacious. Great place to stay and pet friendly, too!

Good variety. Fresh food. Staff cleaning off tables as soon as vacated so were always ready for next group to eat.

Comfortable bed.
A bit pricy for what you got but that is true for pretty much any place in Moab.

I am disabled and have a service dog. Because this hotel also allows pets, there was a grassy area specifically for them to potty in, which was great. I also didn’t have problems with other dogs chasing, distracting, or being aggressive toward my service dog. The staff at the front desk was always nice as well.
The mattress and very thin duvet were both stained. Thankfully, the sheets weren’t, but it is enough to stop me from staying there ever again. The quality overall is not very high, which I would expect from a hotel charging one quarter of the price. The regular rate for this place is $400 per night. I was “lucky” enough to only pay $800 for three nights and have since seen online deals for $230 a night. With a rating of around 8-9 out of 10, I was super excited to find it last-minute for a price less than the similarly rated hotels in the area. Instead, I ended up at a hotel that would only charge $80 a night if it were in Salt Lake, but is alright charging four times that because it’s in Moab.

Hot Tub was open in the off season and was clean. The location is right in the center of town. It was easy to access the grocery store, gas stations and restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful.
We booked two rooms and one room smelled of animal urine and carpet cleaner. The windows did not open. It was nice that they allow pets but the hotel was FULL of dogs. The dog area was nice too. However, with so many pets it was difficult to find a time to take our dogs when there weren't so many other dogs already out. Breakfast was difficult to navigate. There were too many people for the size and layout of the breakfast.

Even though my room was next to the elevator, it was very quiet and comfortable. Really enjoyed it for my 3 day stay. Friendly staff too!
