Great location in the heart of Moab! The room was clean (but dated), beds comfy, and (best part) had a double shower head! It was like a massage after a long day visiting the parks (Arches, Canyonlands, Dead Horse). Fairly quiet room, although the A/C was a little loud when it would fire up, but not loud enough to wake us after a long day of hiking.
The hotel pool looked nice and was never busy when we were around (early evening).
Loved the proximity to restaurants with great recommendations from the front desk concierge. We'll absolutely stay here again if/when we return to the area!

地點很好的酒店,一進到房間都開好風扇,房間很乾淨,都會隨時會訊息的店家還會告知您近期可能有蚊蟲多的問題是正常的。

Love the location and the Mexican restaurant right next-door had a wonderful breakfast: best huevos rancheros ever! Love that I could take my dog and that it was so clean and comfortable. Refrigerator microwave bathtub and shower, place really close to walk the dog outside. Everything was good. Reasonably priced.

The hotel did not allow bikes in the room. That is unheard of in Moab! Very disappointing, especially when the floors were not carpet. Bikes could easily be in the room.

The location is great for getting to Arches. The pool was great and so was the hot tub.
its a little dated but not too bad. My main issue was that there's no night clerk. We arrived 15 minutes after 11 and no one was there to let us in our rooms. I called the number on the wall and no one answered. He did get back to me within 5 minutes. We had been driving all day and had no cell service so didn't see the emails with our instructions to get into the lock box. It would've been nice if that info was given prior to the day of.

The staff was very pleasant and smiling and very nice.
The rooms are kind of aged.

walking distance to restaurants and shops, short drive to entrance of arches national park
we had 3 inches of standing water in the shower as it did not drain quickly. the fridge did not work and once telling staff the following morning she said “yeah a lot of ppl complain about that” and made no compensation for our spoiled food. rooms could be updated. way overpriced for a motel

I tried the restaurant on the morning I left and it was excellent, especially all the waitstaff.
Can't think of a thing.

The shower was good.
Very worn out but supposedly it was remodeled. Also, said they had HBO, but it would not come in and the front desk did not know they had it, even though it was on the sign out front. The TV was ready to go out, as it had lines running through it. Construction was going all day, very loud and the contractors were blasting music too.
On the listings, the hotel was listed as a two star, and so I knew what I was going into.

Location was great. Room was clean. Beds were comfortable.
Carpet was old and transition between beds and bath was a tripping hazard. UNSAFE , especially at night. Would have been nice to have some breakfast provided.

Location, room size, pleasant staff, pool
Very noisy AC. Couldn't sleep properly. Louder than the old window rattlers.

It was comfortable and the location was very close to Arches and Canyonlands. Being in the middle of downtown made it very easy to walk to restaurants and shops. May was a perfect time to go. Great weather and the parks were not crowded. I would stay here again.
We were here for 6 days. I asked for some light housekeeping after the 3rd day since housekeeping was only scheduled every 3 days and this was the 4th day. When we came back after being gone all day, nothing was done. The trash was overflowing, we had no clean towels, etc. I went to the office and was told 1/2 of the staff didn't show up that day. The desk clerk could probably tell I wasn't happy. She took care of doing as much as possible and was very apologetic. I do understand about the shortage of help so with all things being said I would stay here again.

Cute little hotel and the location is amazing. Nothing crazy fancy but still a very enjoyable stay.
Please do something about the pillows. They were awful.

it could have been a bit updated but the price showed the quality of everything which I was fine with.
