Alberto was a perfect host. We still can't believe this place was available.

DO NOT BOOK THIS THRU BOOKING.COM. Location and in-room breakfast was perfect. Located steps from the train station, in the heart of Rapallo and minutes from the beach. Room has excellent, clean with a small kitchen (includes free espresso) and complete with air conditioning and a ceiling fan (so hard to find in Italy!). You will not find a better host (welcomed us with a free bottle of wine, connected with us daily to ensure our stay was going well and if we required anything) and value for your money. Very safe with three different lock set ups to get into your room. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay

Best thing about this place is Alberto. He is attentive, pleasant, kind and always there to fix any issues or give great recommendations. The place is also great, has all the necessities and in the middle of the town close to everything, restaurants, farmer's market, cafes, etc. Perfect little place to explore Cinque Terres.

Amazing place and fantastic host - highly recommended

Alberto is the best and kindest host ever, always helping and making your stay super nice and comfortable. The apartment is of great quality with lots of space and all the things traveller needs. Location is superb in the center so you can find anything you need just a in a couple of steps around. Loved staying there, will definitely return and highly recommended to all.

Fantastic stay!

All is perfect! Absolutely fantastic hospitality of the host! Ideal cleanness, comfort and location. Room temperature was very comfort (in October), no smells or humidity at all, although the building is old. Very good windows - no noise from from the street. Recommend to all my friends and will come again! Many thanks!

Nice appartments at 3rd floor in the middle of town. Clean and cozy. If you plan to visit Portofino by car, better to da that early in the morning, bcz when the parking there will be full, the police will close the road. Otherwise pick up the fairy

Amazing!

We loved everything about staying here! Alberto was so friendly as soon as we arrived and went above and beyond for us. It was clean, close to everything and a great little coffee shop right out our window. I highly recommend staying here… it has been the best place so far!

Great location with amazing host

Alberto has been amazingly nice, open , always responsive and helpful. He is an amazing host and the apartment is super centrally located near the beach and near the train station. Perfect for a short stay.

Unfortunately there was no AC but super hot and sleeping with Windows open in the city Center is also super loud.

Our stay at Giramondo was amazing. Alberto is a great host, very thoughtful and kind, helpful, with a lot of tips and recommodations for our stay in Rapallo and the area. The location could not be better, in the heart of the town with tiny shops, cafes and bars in a few steps. We loved that a vegetable market appeared in the square in the mornings. On the top of that, the sea and the beach was only 5minutes by walk. The room was beautiful, clean, well equipped, comfortable and had everything we needed. We highly recommend Giramondo as it made our stay in Rapallo unforgottable.

A great choice as a base for a few days exploring the region

Centrally situated, just a few minutes’ walk from everything in town: stores, restaurants, buses and trains… Clean and nicely set up. Charming, helpful and caring host with many good suggestions and pleasant conversation.

Lovely destination and great location!

We enjoyed a lot staying at Giramondo. The host, Alberto, was very kind and helped us with a lot of useful information about the greatest sights and places to eat. Everything was clean and lovely arranged in the room and we didn't miss anything. We received a lot of local goodies (sweets, wine and a mouth dripping foccacia) that made us feel welcome. The location might be a little noisy because of the late night restaurants and the city cleaning in the morning, but wasn't so disturbing. The location was great because we had the train station very close (approx 800 m) and a lot of restaurants to choose from. It is a perfect location if you want to travel everyday to different cities and visit a lot of Ligurian beaches.

Nothing to complain. Everything was really nice and I enjoyed it a lot.

Great stay

Excellent location in the middle of the old town with bakeries, restaurants, etc within a few steps, and close to the train station. We found free parking nearby (it's in a pedestrian-only area, so be prepared to walk a little). Alberto was extremely helpful!
