Adorable 3BR/2BA condo -in a quiet neighborhood with only 2 short blocks to beach/boardwalk. This condo is fully equipped to make your stay like at home. Completely renovated with a brand new kitchen. The kids' bedroom (sleeps 4) has a new bunk and a daybed with a trundle and new mattresses. Two bathrooms are redesigned with new vanities, tiled floors/walls, delta faucets, and accessories.

Flat-screen TVs in bedrooms and the living room. High-speed internet, YouTubeTV, ROKU streaming player. The Kitchen has an electric stove, microwave, coffeemakers, Keurig, pots & pans, dishware, silverware, glassware, blender, and refrigerator. Central air/gas heat, ceiling fans in all rooms, except kids' room for safety issues, washer/dryer, assigned parking at the rear entrance, and so much more!

The property lived up to its description. The house was a short walk to the beach and parking was ample. We were also able to walk to restaurants and the boardwalk. We enjoyed our stay in Ocean City!

This was our second time back at this location. It worked very well for our weekend. The kitchen was nicely stocked for cooking, and we had everything we needed. If we could make any changes, we would mention that the drain in the master bathroom shower is very slow, and the lighting over the table and in the living area is rather dim. Other than that, great place, perfect location.

Inside property is nicely furnished and decorated. Location is perfect, within walking distance to beach and boardwalk. Owner is prompt with responses to questions. Only recommendation is to update front porch and furniture.

The house was dirty, broken blinds, broken doors, no iron and ironing board, no wi fi until the middle of the week. For the amount of money to stay for one week, the house did not meet our expectations. It was the worse house I ever rented. Will never use this property again.

We stayed here for a few days and loved it. Great place, nice decor and spacious. The hosts are awesome and they places lives up to the listing. I would recommend it to my friends and will definitely be booking again soon.

We went to OC to celebrate NYE and take part in the First Night festivities. The house had no appeal from the outside, it looks very rundown. The house was newly renovated on the inside but the layout was not ideal. The kids bedroom was right off the living room and shared a wall with the tv. We had to turn the tv off when the kids went to bed. Also, on the first night in the middle of the night I could hear what sounded like popcorn popping. My husband thought it sounded like squirrels in the walls. Needless to say, we didn’t sleep very well. Also, the neighbors upstairs always sounded like they were moving furniture around. Thankfully we had a blast with our friends, but wouldn’t stay in this house again due to the setup.

Property matched the description. Very clean. Easy first floor access for anyone who has trouble going up and down steps (just a few steps to get to the first floor). Our kids had a blast. super close walk to the beach (one 4-way stop sign and then one stoplight). Would highly recommend.

I stayed here with my family for half a week, and it was a great property. It was a short walk to the boardwalk and the 18th street lifeguard stand was right there when you walked on the beach. The apartment was clean and had everything necessary for our short stay!

This condo was nicely decorated with a modern feel, efficient, in a great location, and walking distance from the boardwalk. Owners were very attentive with a small issue we had with blown fuse in the AC unit and had it taken care of right away. Our experience was very nice and would rent from again.
