This elevated mid-level unit at 54th street sleeps up to 10 people with 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths (2 primary baths with showers, 1 main hallway bath with tub/shower, and 1 indoor, beach level full bath with double shower).

Spectacular ocean views surround the living room, kitchen, dining area and decks. Enjoy outdoor furniture on the elevated oceanfront balcony, ideal for a sunny morning coffee and newspaper. Newer kitchen cabinets and stainless steel appliances with center island and beautiful hand selected granite make a focal point for entertaining and socializing. Living room and dining room were also updated recently and all 3 bathrooms on main level were recently remodeled. Flat screen HDTV in the living room along with 2 additional TVs in bedrooms. Wireless internet. Had a wonderful girls weekend at this home. It was clean with amazing views and very close access to the beach. It was a cold weekend but we could sit in the living room and watch the waves which was nice. Everything was as stated and our host was awesome. He checked on us when we arrived and took the trouble to send us ideas for dining. Hoping to stay again maybe in September. It’s a 10 !

We loved everything about this home, especially the updated bathrooms and the location! We drank coffee on the beautiful deck in the morning and played games in the evening at the perfect size dining table! All while listening to the ocean. You will not be disappointed!

This is our 3rd time renting this property and I’m sure we’ll return. It’s clean & spacious with several upgrades since our last visit. Happy to see brand new bathrooms and kitchen cabinets! Everything looks bright and new. Best part by far though is the ocean view from Living space and deck.

This was a lovely stay with a great 180 view of the ocean. The decor was really perfect and the bathrooms especially were top notch. The fireplace was so nice off season. We loved having the beach so close but being on the quieter side of OC. Highly recommend.

Stayed for 3 nights over the Thanksgiving holiday. This place is gorgeous. Check in was easy with the access code. Had a nice surprise with newly updated bathrooms! They were seriously so gorgeous! We had a wonderful time. The location and the view of the beach and ocean are amazing. It was a very comfortable stay for my family. The sunset on our first night was beautiful. We had some rain during our stay but the covered porch made that ok. I would definitely stay again. It was the perfect spot to celebrate my daughters birthday:)

This house was perfect for our small family (with two young children who were obsessed with the bunk beds). The house was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained, and had everything we needed for our week. I was especially impressed with the updated bathrooms in the back bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed with a huge supply of glasses, plates, pots, pans, etc. The porch was perfect for dining and relaxing while enjoying the views. We loved the quiet location that was still conveniently close to a few eateries, bakery, deli, etc. Paul was very responsive prior to our check-in and when we had a question. We had no problems to address during our stay but I know he would have been quick to help if we needed anything. Also, his list of nearby attractions and vendors was really helpful; we rented bikes via Surf Buggy and they were great. We hope to return!

The property was as listed, but the location was even better than we anticipated. It’s the second house in from the beach, so the shortest walk to get everything set up without the foot traffic of being on the corner. The house was nice, and very clean. The views from the deck were wonderful, and to have the nightly breeze from the ocean water was worth it’s weight in gold. Lastly, Paul was super responsive and the whole process was very easy. We will definitely rent this property again!

My husband and I traveled to Ocean City for our 31st anniversary. We had a lovely time walking the beach, the board walk, reading and relaxing. It's just what we needed. The unit has a beautiful view of the ocean and is well appointed--it felt like home. We would definitely book it again.

We rented this beach house for a long weekend girls trip. The property is amazing. The furnishings are great! The kitchen had all the supplies we needed. BUT the view - simply spectacular. This was exactly the weekend the girls needed and this was exactly the best place to say. Thanks to owner Paul who was super attentive. We will be back!

My mother-in-law needed help with the steps up to the property, but once seated, there was no reason to go anywhere else! The property was well suited to our group too. The 2 master bedrooms are perfect in size and the bedroom with the attached bathroom (that also opens into the hallway) was perfect for my MIL. We went over Presidents' Weekend and I was thankful there were some things open!! But, there really is no need to go out because the kitchen has everything you would need to stay in. I highly recommend this place for small groups who are looking forward to catching up. The comfortable couches let us catch up for hours! Again, back to the view...and we got to see snow on the beach!!!The owner is wonderful!! Very helpful and lots of communication. We hope to return next year! Thank you!!

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, our stay was perfect. Paul was a pleasure to work with and made booking and any questions during the stay painless. The kitchen is well equipt, the furniture in the living room was comfortable and the views from inside and outside on the patio were exactly like the pictures. This house did not disappoint! It’s a lovely as the pictures and the location (almost at the end of the island) was perfect for a long weekend retreat. Strong internet, great rooms, and views for days. The sunset was like a postcard on a clear night and the sun is warm enough in the morning to sit on the porch. Fantastic space.

Small family reunion of adult sisters, brother, and mom during the off season. Clean, quiet, steps onto the beach, 180 degree surf & beach view. Just what the doctor ordered after eight months in pandemic lockdown. Well-equipped kitchen, laundry room, and comfortable bedrooms. Ample parking off street. Owner was friendly & responsive. We had difficulty starting the gas fireplace and a repair person was sent the very next day. Highly recommend..
