This beautiful, bright 2nd floor beach house with private elevator boasts a great room with vaulted ceilings, gas stone fireplace, 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, large front porch, and a private balcony off of the Primary Suite.

This shore house is fully furnished with new, solid wood, contemporary, comfortable beach furnishings. The kitchen is centered around a massive quartz island with overhead pendant lighting. It's fully stocked with dishes, glasses, flat wear, pots, pans, serving utensils, Keurig coffee dispenser, standard coffee maker, blender, and toaster.

A large portion of the front porch is roof-sheltered with a comfortable seating area. There is additional outdoor dining area open to the air.

The private elevator provides ease of access for luggage upon arrival as well as seamless entry for grandparents and those needing extra assistance.

Our home is conveniently situated on Ocean Avenue between 1st and 2nd Streets at the edge of the Gardens just 3 blocks from the beach and boardwalk (two short blocks and one long block). It's a 15-minute walk to the center of Ocean City's downtown shopping and restaurant district.

This spacious beach house is a "must-see" for families looking to rent an affordable, large home for vacation, but still have the convenience of walking to all of the Ocean City attractions. We even provide 8 beach tags and beach chairs for your family to use while here. This smoke-free, pet-friendly property will rent quickly!

This house was perfect for my wife and me, our two sons, two friends of theirs, and our little dog. The owner gave very clear instructions for check-in and check-out and the house was very clean and comfortable. Couldn't have asked for anything more.

We cannot say enough about our stay at 133 Ocean Ave. The owners were responsive from the minute we booked until the minute we checked out. They even stopped by to help with something during our stay! Steve arrived within 10 minutes of calling him! Impressive! The property was clean, beautiful, and welcoming! We will certainly be booking this property again for our next visit to OCNJ. Thanks for a wonderful experience

This property was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could have needed and more. Having the elevator was priceless! We went to the beach (very short walk) everyday, water park (which was the best fun), ate as much food as we could (ice cream, lobster rolls, pizza, shrimp), and more! The host, Steve, went above and beyond to accommodate us! Best week ever!

Absolutely beautiful place for our Family vacation. The location was perfect, house was spotless, and it provided everything you could possibly need or want while you were there. There was plenty of room for our family, including our dogs, and the elevator was a plus for my parents and older dog as well. The owner was really nice, responsive, and informative, prior to our stay and during. We had a great time and would love to stay here again in the future.

This home was absolutely lovey! Probably the nicest property we’ve ever rented.. All of my family members loved it. The elevator was a plus because of my knee issues and my dog.. He doesn’t do steps well. The host was so nice and always available if we had questions.. Definitely a keeper! Thank you for allow us to stay in your beautiful home..

We had a wonderful stay at this location! The house was perfect for our annual family vacation! Beds were all very comfy, the porch was beautiful, great water pressure for showers, quiet block, and a short walk to the beach! The communication with the owner was phenomenal 🙌 we will be back next year!

The property was accurately portrayed online and was beautiful and new! We had a wonderful time with plenty of room for all of us. We were close to everything that we needed and it was a nice and peaceful neighborhood. We will definitely come back!

Most wonderful and amazing stay. We celebrated our first overnight womens weekend bible retreat with 10 sisters in Christ . The owner was extremely accommodating to our group. The place was immaculate. We were all so thankful to Jesus for his amazing gift he gave for us for the weekend . Stephen’s home is a beautiful gem located 2 blocks from the beach. The large patio and elevator were both awesome features that the ladies loved . The entire place is well kept and nicely furnished . A home away from home . Thank you again !!! We will be back next year Lord willing !

The property was great. We all had our own bedrooms. We were all able to sit comfortably and watch tv and eat. The location was great. We enjoyed exploring the area and going to shop and gamble in Atlantic City. The rooms were decorated perfectly. It was easy to communicate with host and we had everything we needed for our stay. We are looking forward to our next stay.

This property is awesome. It has 5 bedrooms, so there was plenty of space for 10 of us and two dogs. The home is very clean and beautifully decorated. Also the neighborhood was quiet. The off season is a perfect time to enjoy the shore. The property owner was very prompt when I had questions for him and he made the whole process so easy. We can’t wait to visit this property again.

PERFECT property for a much needed girls winter weekend getaway which included lots of shopping, movie watching, eating and laughter. Each one of us (5) had our own comfortable bedroom with every creature comfort available. Home is so tastefully decorated and clean with so many amenities included. Highly recommend this property!!

Just returned from a week stay over thanksgiving with the whole family and a dog. Enjoyed our stay there. Everything very up to date with a lot of amenities. Very clean and spacious. Elevator a game changer! Lots of deck seating. Communication with host very prompt and informative. Had a great time!. Hope to return again! Thank you !!

I have been staying in OCNJ for over 20 years and this is one of the best houses I’ve ever stayed at. It’s so cozy and you can tell it was decorated with love. We didn’t mind the walk to the beach but if you have a ton of stuff and kids it may be a bit taxing. The elevator was a huge plus for bringing everything upstairs or downstairs. We will be back in July thank you again!

Perfect house, close to the finish line for the MS city to shore ride. House was a immaculate, kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils. bed's were very comfortable. . Everything is brand new. Elevator was a add convenience. Hope to stay again.
