The only thing that could have made it better was if the view was the ocean instead of the golf course :). Great property that is well appointed/equipped. Spotlessly clean very nice rooms. We had 6 adults and 3 children (two teens) and had plenty of room for all. Hot tub worked perfectly. The deck was large and had plenty of chairs. Location is a short walk to the beach and town center is about a 2 min. drive away. Very quiet street with ample parking on the property.
I highly recommend this property for a family get away.

The property is in a great location, had everything you would need to stay for a week. Very comfortable. There was dog hair on the comfortor in the master bedroom. We pulled it off and used our own blankets. Other than that it was a fantastic stay and hope to stay there again.

A great location for a family of mostly golfers. The house is beautiful and worked well for our group. We will definately be back.

Overall it was fine. The hit tub was cold and didn't heat up until tge second day.
We ran out of propane while cooking burgers.
The upstairs shower drains slow.
We were there on Christmas weekend. The property owner did give us 100 bucks back for the cold tub. I'm fine with it but the rest of the group is a little more bummed than I am. I guess it is what it is.
We did solely book the place because it had a hot tub and a grill. And then two things that we were stoked about not working, kinda bummed.

The condo was in a great location on the golf course. The neighborhood was quiet and within walking distance to some fantastic restaurants and the promenade.

Seaside VRBO Rental Experience
We totally enjoyed ourselves staying at this place. It is a very nice place, but with a comfortable feeling to it. It was not so clean as to make you feel uncomfortable, if you know what I mean. The kitchen is stocked very well with dishes, etc; Then bathrooms have plenty of extra towels. There is lots of extra bedding. It is pet friendly. Very easy keyless access. It is in a nice neighborhood with a very short walk to the shore. You can also adjust the heat for day/night comfort which was really nice. Would definitely stay there again.

We had to use the electric skillet to cook meals. Also, there wasn't a bath mat for the upstairs bathroom.We enjoyed the size of the home and back patio. Nice to have the hot tub, as well. Nice and quiet and quick walk to the beach
We had a great time at this place. We especially liked the quick access to the promenade and a quieter part of the beach. About a mile walk into downtown Seaside. Hamilton Market was also a nice perk.

Overall a fun trip house is very cute and very nice. nice view of the golf course. We had a dog with us so the few blocks walk to the beach was nice. close enough to town/main promenade was a plus.Negatives: the first full day we were there we realised that in the spring summer you would have to be aware of golfers because even though it wad windy/overcast we heard a couple golf bals hit the house and bounce down to the deck every hour and a half or so first couple suprised us. maybe should get a warning on that one. Also the hot tub was unusable so paying a hot tub fee sucked. when we got there hot tob was 44 degrees and when we tried to warm it up it would turn itself back up. management sent out a repaireman who discovered the pump was cycling air so he fixed it and said it would take several hours to heat up the tub. this was at 930/10 at night. our first night. Hot tub was not ready until 1135pm our second/last night meaning we really didnt get to use it since the management requests no hot tub use after 10. also it seems we had to do part of the cleaning crews job with offloading an entirely full dishwasher and replugging in all the tvs/cable boxes in the bedrooms and reprogramming them so we could use them. the master bath toilet seat also had a crack in it (it wasnt a show stopper but definitely an annoyance) and the flusher handle was cracked so when you flushed it would look like it was going to break off.overall still a nice vacation. would rent again.

Cute spot close to the beach
Cute little spot, easy walking distance to the beach. I messaged the host beforehand to ensure the hot tub would be working, and someone would go through and tidy up before we arrived. I was impressed with how clean everything was. Nice little hot tub on the back deck.

Very nice home, great location just a few minute walk to beach. House was very well equipped with everything you would need. Hot tub was a nice feature to unwind in at night. Would definitely rent again.

Perfect
Having rented other properties on the coast from VRBO, I would say this was the best yet. The house was incredibly well stocked and clean. The huge back porch overlooking the golf course was a very refreshing place to hang out and enjoy the rocking chairs and hot tub. Grilling out and cooking in the kitchen was easy. Super big thank you to the owners for paying attention to so many details. The only negative thing at all was that possibly some guests in the past have scraped up no-stick cookware. Fortunately, I’d brought my own frying pan just in case, but the house overall being so well stocked and comfortable made it a huge pleasure for a few friends and I to enjoy my birthday weekend. Hope to return for more refreshing weekends.

Bad Experience
We went the past Christmas . The night was terrible, I slept downstairs and the sheets made me and my husband really itchy and the pillows were uncomfortable. The next day we check the bed and we found dog hair in the pillows and also we washed all the sheets. My family from the others room had to wash the sheets too because they felt itchy as well . Was not a good experience with the beds also my brother and I woke up with red spot in our body maybe the beds have bed bugs. The house is big and the kitchen has a good equipment but they really need to have a deep clean and we also found a lot hair in the carpet and beer cans under the sofa.

We loved the location and the ease of walking to the beach and the Prom. The cobwebs in the corners and on the ceiling fans need to go. Could really use some hardware on the kitchen cabinets. The kitchen was well appointed and there was nothing we lacked

Overall, great townhouse had most of everything we needed. The walk to the ocean was only a couple blocks from the house, but it was still a little further then we could have hoped for with young kids.
