We enjoyed our stay at this home, and our girls would like to stay here during our annual trip next year. The ping pong table was fantastic. The shampoo/conditioner and soaps in each bathroom were a great touch. Plenty of towels for all of us after trips to the beach. Great location! Our only drawback is not every window had screens, so we could not open to let the cooler evening air in to circulate through the house...especially the downstairs. We ended up purchasing two fans for the bedrooms without screens. It would be nice if there were fans available for use.

This home worked very well for my family's short trip to Seaside. The ping-pong table was fun for the kids & the adults. Access to the beach & the short walk to town was great too.

House is exactly as advertised. Very big, awesome deck and lots of room.

The house had nice separation of space, very open feeling upstairs, and thoughtful amenities to accommodate young children or pet. Our party had three adults and two children (9,11) with plenty of space indoors to enjoy activities together with quick access to the beach and promenade. We appreciated the beach toys on a clear morning and ping pong table that we played for hours. The quiet neighborhood was a relaxing atmosphere for our family gathering.

My family and I stayed in this home for a week while visiting my daughter and her family who recently moved to Astoria. The house was perfect: clean, comfortable, and in a charming, quiet neighborhood only one block from the beach. Everything was perfect. We had a wonderful week enjoying the beautiful Oregon Coast and had a peaceful place to call home every night.

This is a great house for a family getaway. Clean, good sized bedrooms and lots of bathrooms. Simple house with everything you need plus a fun ping pong table. At the end of the Promenade, so very peaceful, within 2 blocks of a coffee shop, family friendly bar/restuarant and grocery store. A quick 10 minute walk to the Seaside strip. Beach and Prom access is also only a block away.

Ping pong table was a hit with adults and kids, very spacious and well equipped. Even had a PlayStation. Two car garage was also very helpful.

This location is great, but the actual house seems like it’s been rented for years and not updated. Holes in the wall, chips in trim and furniture that seems to be falling apart. Again, great location.

We had a GREAT stay! Nice set up for families with preteen/teen kids & pets! We had alot of fun playing ping pong. Large enough dining table for our family to eat as well as play games! The kitchen is nicely equipped with cooking pots/pans, lots of dishes, glasses & coffee cups, coffee pot, slow cooker, cookie sheets, basic spices. FYI...no blender. Dishwasher & laundry detergent were supplied. Beds & pillows are soft & comfy! Child safety gates available if needed. Plenty of HOT water & towels. Pet friendly rental expectations...a few light spots on carpet where it looked like pet clean up but nothing too bad. We would rent this house again for our pet friendly family vacations!

This home had the perfect amount of space with room to spare for the 6 of us and the amenities were great! The ping pong table provided fun and laughs for all of us. The only thing I would recommend are larger sized beds, which it seemed there would definitely be room for.

My friends and I do an annual guys trip and we ended up here this year. The place worked perfectly for us. The house is not fancy but is an overall good shape and was very clean. Definitely could use a bigger TV.

The house was a wonderful location for our family get together....6 in all. My wife and I, our oldest son and his wife (and 2 dogs) and our youngest son and his girlfriend had a great time at Seaside. The house was roomy, comfortable, nicely located with proximity to the beach and downtown restaurants. The kitchen was very well equipped and there were adequate supplies for several days. The beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were nice quality. The heating system was responsive and toasty when we needed it. It was a major plus to be able to bring the 2 granddogs. The rental was clean with the exception of the stained rugs which we reported when we arrived. We did ask for an itemized bill as the added cost per dog was unexpected, as was the service fee. Overall, it met our expectations for the vacation that we wanted.

Great place for large(r) groups
We were 8 of us, plus a big dog. This place was very clean when we walked in. The toddler in our group is picky and his first comment was "I love this place.. can we just be here?". The Kitchen is equipped for a vacation stay. Beds are comfy. Beach is 1 block away.

Wonderful family time
We enjoyed our stay in this clean, light and airy home. It was very close to the beach and a lovely walkway in addition to the long, sandy beach. It slept our crew of 7 very nicely. It is a great value.

Perfect!
Great location right next to a strip of restaurants/bars, which we didn't know existed as we're usually on the main strip. The house was very spacious, clean, and we very much enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend!

Mid-week stay
A really great place for a large group. Lots of space, very clean, well stocked with towels and linens, and fantastic location. Only draw backs was the furniture in the living and dining room. It all needs to be replaced due to wear. And either dimmers for the overhead can lights, or table lamps.

The description that it has an ocean and mountain view is a bit of a stretch. You can see a sliver of the ocean and part of what could be described as a hill, but the views are limited.
BEWARE THE PINGPONG TABLE. It is falling apart and if you put any weight on it, it will collapse, potentially causing harm to an unsuspecting shin or foot. Also, pingpong balls are quite scarce. The ones that were left for us were all cracked, so you'll need some new ones if you choose to play.
The water temperature was set to warm, so look for a water heater downstairs if you want to shower.
It was walking distance to a couple good breakfast restaurants and the beach, and that was nice. Ended up watching a movie on my ipad because I couldn't navigate on the TV because there are 4 different remote controls. Plenty of parking and it's on a quiet street, away from the fudge and t-shirt shops.
Overall, it was adequate, but not remarkable.

Nice home, but needs some improvement
Wonderful location for a family retreat. We really enjoyed our stray: easy access to the beach, great cafe, quiet neighborhood, spacious house. But there were a few things that I wish could be improved. The first and the most important - beds. The mattress in the downstairs bedroom was impossible to have a good rest, considering 3 kids we had to take care of, sleep deprivation made every day harder and harder to handle. There is only one fan, so if there are many people. - long line to share. The beach toys are low cost and were broken. We couldn't find a large pan for cooking, ended up driving around and buying a huge one for $45 at the local hardware store to make a soup for a party of 7.

The layout of this house was perfect with two master bedrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs with an additional a joining bedroom. It could use some updates on living room furniture and kitchen supplies.

Stay at the Seaside Beach Club
To say our stay exceeded expectations would be an understatement. The amenities were fantastic and made for an experience that didn’t involve worry. 10/10 would do again!

Unsatisfactory
Came in to garbage on the floor ,tools, and sink that needed to be installed. TVs didn’t work . Toilet flooded. It smelled stale. The clean up crew was kind but also assumed we rearranged all furniture so we had to help get it all back to what it was before we had ever even come. She let us know whoever cleaned it last hadn’t readjusted properly . Lots of loose ends. But all people In my group fit , and the location was good and safe , and a block from the beach .

Great location just off the Prom, nice big spaces, very clean, well stocked kitchen, lots of towels and bed linens, well built house.
On the annoying side, lots of things that an on-site owner should have noticed: constantly running fridge that doesn't seal, a leaking bathroom faucet, broken dining room chair, not enough towel bars, a DVD player without the right connectors. We also had a GFI circuit fail which could have been dangerous (reported to Vacasa)

Perfect for 2 families
This property is very close to the beach (2 mins walk) and food. Older property. Couch and table can be updated. The DVD player did not work. But because of that, our 4 kids got to have screen free vacation. Highly recommend!!

Beach House Father’s Day Stay
This rental was decent in terms of location, space, and ease of check in. Everything was average in the unit with items like towels, soap, coffee, etc. The few complaints I had were in terms of cleanliness. The unit is in serious need of some deep cleaning areas of the walls, light switches, stairs, floors, and corners just look like they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. All the regularly used spaces were clearly straightened such as dinner table, kitchen counters, and restrooms. We also were looking forward to grilling in the back deck but once it came to starting up the grill it was not in working order. As soon as we turned it on it would not get warmer, we tried everything we could think of but ultimately ended up cooking all our pre-bought burgers and kabobs on the stove and oven. This stay is an average one at best, I would still choose it as a last resort as it isn’t terrible but there is much room for improvement.

We will be coming back!!!
This home was everything we were expecting and more! It was very clean and well stocked with towels, blankets and pillows. The beds are all very comfortable. It is so close to the beach and town that we didn’t have to drive anywhere the whole weekend! Thank you for sharing your house with us!

Great location
Unfortunately did not feel the place was very clean. Found multiple sheets dirty. Furniture falling apart and smoke alarms going off for no reason. Bathroom faucet didn’t turn off, toilet seat broken.
The location was great!

Great location, nice house, terrible furnishings.
Location is great, half block off the walkway along the beach and a view of the ocean. The house and property were very clean. Communication with rental agency was great. Furnishings and fixtures were college apartment grade, appear to have been found along the roadside with a free sign (not exaggerating). If you are just looking for a place to crash or if it is cheaper than everything else you find then it works. If you are looking for a beautiful home at the beach then keep looking.

Great place poor execution
The place was nice, location great. The checking process was lacking. Check in was late (5pm) do to the cleaners being short staffed. I reached out to speak with a manger twice and never received a call back. Disappointing.

Fun Family Trip
Went on a family trip and stayed here for 3 days. We enjoyed the open living space upstairs. Everything inside was very clean and tidy upon arrival. We were a block away from the beach and it’s located on the quiet end of seaside which was nice. We enjoyed the balcony and the grill although the glass part of the balcony railing was dirty. There were lots of kid drawings all around it. The beds were a bit uncomfy and pretty small for the amount of people it says it could accommodate in my opinion. I also noticed the couch was broken on one side but fully functional which wasn’t a dealbreaker. We would have liked to have some more pots and pans. Luckily we went prepared and took most everything we thought we would need. Overall we had a great time together and the house was pretty fun for a weekend trip.
