Spacious cottage located steps from the Seaside Beach and Boardwalk on one of the best blocks in Seaside Heights. This house is 1 of 2 houses on the property. Featuring a front deck where you can sit and relax or dine outside & a backyard with a picnic table as well . Three bedrooms, 1 queen bed, 1 full bed, two twin beds, New bathroom. Central air, granite countertops fully stocked kitchen including a dishwasher, Keurig coffee pot, blender. Washer/dryer, iron/ironing board, ceiling fans , (2) flat screen TV's, (NEW UPGRADED WIFI & CABLE), hair dryer, on street parking with 1 parking pass included with rental, (parking pass allows you to park at MOST meters for FREE!, . Gas grill (Propane included). BEACH PASSES are also included in the price. Linens and towels are NOT included, but can be supplied for a cost of $75 or you can bring your own. Pillows, blankets/comforters are provided. NO... PROMS OR PARTIES. THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST BE 25 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER! THIS IS A PET FREE HOME...SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

This is one of the cleanest, cutest and most perfect beach house! We stayed in the back house a few years ago and this one is just as beautiful! Everything you need including martini glasses!! The location was so close!! Made it an easy walk to the beach everyday! Beds were comfy and there was plenty of space for our family of 5! Outside shower spotless and clean and the inside shower huge!!! Shannon was friendly and they left the house smelling clean and fresh when we arrived at check in! We had one parking permit which was great, luckily we only had one car so an extra one could be helpful for a family with 2 cars. We’d definitely rent this again!! Thank you for making our beach week so memorable!!!

Very cozy, comfortable beach house, smell was a little weird when we checked in but probably because it hasn’t been used in a while. No problems , perfect working appliances and a great overall experience. Would recommend to all.

Over all an amazing place to stay, this trip had multi generational guests. The decor and over all feel of the house is perfect and great to be able to come back to whether walking the boardwalk all day or sitting in the sand. Our only thing was which I don’t even know if the owner knows or not but the fridge doesn’t stay cold so it did make it hard to keep food or have a cold drink. I’d very much come back to this gem so close to the boardwalk!!

I recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice, clean, well maintained and easy walk to the beach stay. The nice open lay out allowed us to relax while keeping an eye on the kids at all times. The front porch is a nice touch for your morning coffee. We loved it so much we stayed here twice this year!!

We had a great getaway for a few days at this Seaside Heights beach house. The parking pass and 6 beach passes provided were a great bonus and much appreciated. The location was perfect- close to beach and boardwalk on a quiet street. The outdoor shower was also a great addition. Shannon and her husband were very responsive and super accommodating! The only thing we had an issue with was the use of the outdoor grill. It was locked to a concrete block on the ground, which was about 1 foot away from the neighbor's car parked in the driveway. When we wanted to grill one night, our neighbors were not at home- we couldn't ask them to move their vehicle, and we didn't feel comfortable grilling so close to their car(s). But other than that, we had a wonderful couple of days!

Has a parking pass and beach passes and is within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, Jersey shore house and restaurants. I was so pleased with everything this house offers and if I ever come back I only hope I can stay here again!
